Reviewed Dec 7, 2025The issues I would like to complain about are related to cleanliness: 1. The fans in every room were not cleaned — there was thick dust on them. 2. The bathroom in the master bedroom was clogged when we showered (I didn’t manage to take a photo). 3. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled of urine and it was still wet, as if someone had just used it within the last 5 minutes. 4. Overall, the unit was not clean because there was a lot of dust that was not swept. Please check all your units, as it seems the cleaners you hired are not doing their job properly. Every guest pays a cleaning fee, so we expect the unit to be clean. Thank you.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2024We stayed because of our children. Of cause they like the pool. . Others the location is also close to bandaraya melaka. So we can go around bandaraya melaka easier. Also many places we can go during our stay at your place.
We didn't like the place we stayed if not many people around.

The dishes at the dining table is to not supposed to be there because it can be dangerous for kids. It look nice but inappropriate to put there.
