Loved the staff, they were very friendly. Afternoon tea was pretty good. Breakfast was nice.

They have a mouse problem. The hotel is in a bit of a difficult spot for drivers to get to.

The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and genuinely trying to help at all times. Even when issues occurred, they listened carefully, apologized, and did their best to resolve everything quickly. Their attitude and effort were the strongest and most positive part of our stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and good potential, and we always felt that the staff truly cared.

During our stay, there were several recurring issues that affected the overall comfort. We experienced repeated misunderstandings with breakfast orders, some maintenance issues in the room, housekeeping details such as dust not being properly cleaned, and problems with laundry service. While none of these were major on their own, the fact that something came up almost every day made the stay less smooth than expected.

It was a bit tucked away which was a bit hard for taxis/grab to come and go from.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The staff were very helpful and professional throughout our visit. We highly recommend this accommodation. The view,the rooms and all the hotel are very beautiful.

Phòng cách âm không được tốt nên sẽ hơi ồn. Trong phòng chỉ có một thùng rác nhỏ trong phòng tắm nên khá bất tiện. Phòng 2 giường đôi lúc trước có view sân vườn nhưng giờ là view tường mà trên app ks vẫn để view sân vườn nên lúc nhận phòng hụt hẫng luôn. Phòng 4ng nhưng có 1 cái ghế thôi.

A peaceful gem with beautiful views and exceptional service. This unique home and cafe is a true hidden gem in Dalat. The setting is incredibly quaint and charming, boasting beautiful views while remaining completely silent—not a sound of traffic disturbed us. Despite the secluded feel, it was very easy to get here using a Grab taxi. Practical amenities like WiFi reception were good, too. What made the stay truly special was the service. Huynh Anh and Linh were exceptional. We also loved the breakfast; it was homely, local, and delicious. Highly recommended!

Le personnel, surtout la dame qui nous servait le thé le soir était particulièrement agréable et gentille, les autres personnes aussi, extrêmement serviables. Les cocktails et thé étaient délicieux, les petits-déjeuners aussi. La vue de la chambre très agréable.

Il manque un frigo dans la chambre. Pendant la canicule, nous avons dû jeter beaucoup de nourriture.

Die Zimmer waren sehr stylisch eingerichtet, große Fensterfront, großes Bett. Direkt in der Unterkunft konnte man sich Motorroller ausleihen/mieten. Personal auf Nachfrage hilfsbereit.

Zimmereinrichtung nicht 100% wie auf Booking beschrieben (Schreibtisch und Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden, Fernseher ist ein Wandprojektor auf Nachfrage, Bidet war nie vorgesehen ist fälschlicherweise auf Booking). Badezimmer roch etwas muffig. Ausblick aus dem Fenster geht neben Gewächshäusern auch auf Baustellenbereiche und Lagerflächen. Frühstück war a la carte, was gut sein könnte, aber die Menge reichte eher für einen kleinen Snack als Start in den Tag und Getränke waren viele aus der Karte nicht verfügbar.

We had a smooth and wonderful trip here. We booked a Superior room and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Deluxe. The room was clean with new furnishings and even a view of Da Lat’s signature valley of lights. Breakfast and the afternoon tea service were also delicious and relaxing

Предупредили заранее, что приедем в 6 утра, в итоге на рецепшене никого не было, пришлось ждать до 8. В душе были проблемы с горячей водой, не было мыла для рук, но были другие одноразовые туалетные принадлежности, также отсутствует душевая кабина и перегородка, поэтому после принятия душа вся ванная комната оказывается в воде. В номере были пакетики с кофе, вода, а также лапша быстрого приготовления, при этом никакого прайс-листа не было, только при выселении мы узнали, что оказывается лапша была платной. На завтрак с вечера выбираешь одно из 4 блюд, мы оба дня выбирали яичницу с багетом, так как остальные блюда были вьетнамской кухни. В первый день на завтрак принесли растворимый кофе, что было немного странно, так как у отеля есть своя мини-кофейня, во второй день никто не принёс его, когда мы спросили об этом, нам принесли кофе, но сказали, что это «комплемент», так как вообще пакетики кофе есть у нас в номере и видимо по их мнению мы должны были на завтрак пить его.

Le personnel nous a aidés avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte était délicieux et copieux. L’emplacement n’est pas trop éloigné du centre, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement par nous-mêmes ou de louer une moto pour visiter la ville. La chambre offrait une belle vue le soir. En somme, nous avons vécu une expérience formidable ici

Although the hotel is located quite far from the city center, it is still convenient to get around, and because of that, it’s extremely quiet - which we really liked. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were very attentive, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the sweet pastries and afternoon tea set. We truly liked this place

Our favorite accommodation so far during our time in Vietnam. Everything was thoughtfully set up and beautifully decorated to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We will definitely recommend this place to others

Property and rooms were clean and well maintained.

We didn’t receive bath towels in the room but that was quickly resolved once we mentioned it.

The hotel is not too far from the city center and still very convenient for getting around. Our room was new, clean, and especially well-equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind, offering great support throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the afternoon tea and pastry set. Everything went smoothly during my stay

The room is very clean and the staff were very hospitable. We also enjoyed the personal touch to the breakfast that was provided unlike the buffet style type of breakfast.

Everything here was perfect for me

I had just started my motorbike tour through Vietnam a few days before and wasn't feeling my best due two days of heavy rain that left me soaked. When I checked into the Unique Home and Cafe the receptionist was super kind, sweet and welcoming, the room was great and I quickly decided to stay another night which really recharged me and put mening a good state of mind. Thank you again for the wonderful time I had there, I recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Da Lat.

I spent hours just sitting there, watching the city slowly quiet down as the night fell - such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. Breakfast at the homestay was simple but delicious - warm, comforting, and thoughtfully prepared. The space where it’s served is bright and airy, which made mornings feel calm and refreshing. The staff were all friendly, kind, and always ready to help. One of my favorite touches was the complimentary afternoon tea around 4 PM - a warm cup of tea with a few little treats made me feel genuinely cared for. In the evening, there’s also live acoustic music at the café inside the homestay. With soft lighting, cool air, and relaxing melodies, it was the perfect way to end the day.

The lack of a chair and a table where you can sit and work. A small refrigerator is a must in the room, and I missed it a lot. If you want to attract foreign visitors, it would be great with a menu card in other languages than only Vietnamese
