Jobos Beach Apt #2 near food truck and beach

Location is good close to beach, parking is easy, gas station across the street is basically a general store where you can buy lots of things you need. Amenities are good it has in unit washer dryer, nice bathroom & kitchen. AC is only in the 2 bedrooms so it’s good for sleep but not so good for the rest of house because instead of windows they have shutters so the cold escapes / heat comes in. If they installed insulated windows instead of shutters this problem would be fixed :)

WARNING - You will be woken up EVERY night from 1am. Every night. No sleep. Every night we were all woken up by a yard full of captive roosters right outside our bedroom window (actually no, there are no windows in the bedrooms, instead actually the rooms have thin shutters that don’t keep noise out like a window would) The neighbor keeps roosters, lots of them, in cages probably for breeding or fighting. That’s fine - the problem for you as the guest is that they are LOUD!! Very loud, and from 1am or 2am every single night they will start to compete with each other with constant non stop screeches and squawks. The Booking.com property knows this, because they put ear plugs next to the beds (you will still hear them). When I mentioned it to the host they said that we are already warned on the listing - this is a lie. Maybe they’ll change it, but when we stayed the only place I found mention of any roosters was hidden in the hosts personal hosting profile (this is not the property description and it definitely was not made clear to prospective guests) ——— Anyway, this has the potential to be a great property. If they install some double glazed sound insulated windows then maybe you can get some sleep - everything else about the property was great. But we pay for a place to sleep, don’t we?
