Jamaica unplugged! The owner, reggae musician Jamaica Papa Curvin, has lived in Germany for 40 years and a few years ago he discovered his favorite property on the island. Now he lives in Jamaica and is looking forward to hosting guests with a genuine interest in his home country and tell hes guests about hidden treasures in the island.
From the star deck in front of the yard , you will enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, or discover exotic birds and butterflies in the lush vegetation. In the evenings you can watch the light of fireflies. Relax and listen to the waves.
If you want to, you can fish directly on the property or get refreshed by jumping from the cliffs into the sea, if the sea conditions allow.
The whole year you can enjoy stunning sun rises and sunsets from here.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Groene omgeving met een gezamenlijk terras aan zee. Behulpzaam en enthousiast personeel. Leuk eenvoudig huisje met een back to basic gevoel. Goede locatie om activiteiten te ondernemen. De eigenaar kan er voor zorgen dat je toegang krijgt tot een afgesloten strand voor een kleine vergoeding voor de beheerders.
Wees je ervan bewust dat de accommodatie wat meer back to basic is. Zo is er een vin maar geen airco. WiFi alleen bij het hoofd huis maar ook dat werkte bij ons niet altijd.

Falta de aire acondicionado. Y la ventilación de abanico no ayuda con nada. Al calor o bajarlo para que se sienta que hay a ventilador.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2025We loved the tranquil peaceful natural environment. Stunning scenery gorgeous plants and interesting wildlife. Perfect location for the ultimate relaxation. Joan and Papa Curvin were the perfect hosts; offering a variety of excursions. Cafe and restaurant within walking distance. Unmissable is Chris"s legendary woodland walk. We will be back!

It was a bit hard to find the place, but Joan was super helpful with directions on the phone.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2024The cabins were very spacious and set close to the cliffs landing and caves below if you're willing to trek the stairs. Very private, off grid feel. We didn't miss the TV or street sounds. Quiet. James Bond Beach close by, short cab ride. But walkable too. We sat and watched the fisherman in the mornings as we sipped hot tea and cocoa. Bonfire was set up and ready if you wanted also. The workers were super friendly and helpful with transportation and a store run when we forgot what we initially went to get in the first place. Thanks all.
I would have liked to have sat out on the porch at night, but they mentioned the lights stay on to deter bats...so nope. But I loved the cabin overall.
