Size of the room

We checked in at around 9:30 PM, and there was a constant loud noise coming from what seemed to be the water pressure tank or generator. The two caretaker boys told us it was due to a leak and asked us to turn off the tap and wait. Unfortunately, the noise never stopped, and the explanation they gave turned out to be misleading. My child was only half asleep throughout the night because of the continuous noise, and none of us had a proper night's rest. Every time someone opened a tap, the motor would start making a loud sound again. To make matters worse, there was a scheduled power cut from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM the following day while we were staying at the property. The hotel had no generator or any alternative arrangement for guests. Power cuts of this nature are usually announced in advance, yet the hotel did not inform us before or during check-in, despite clearly being aware of it. I had travelled for work and had left my toddler and mother at the hotel. However, because they could not remain in a room without air conditioning or even a fan, I had to leave work and move them to another hotel around 11:30 AM. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The lack of transparency, poor facilities, and inadequate guest support made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property, especially for families with young children..

Un bel endroit avec très bon accueil, équipe aux petits soins. Les chambres sont grandes. À deux pas de la plage et à 15 minutes en transport de Mirissa. Très calme. On peut manger en face, c’est très bon.

Les lits sont en 120xm. Pas très large pour 2. Ils sont très confortables néanmoins Pas d' espace extérieur pour manger et la salle a manger dégage une forte odeur d'humidité (elle ne donne pas envie)..nous avons mangé a hôtel en face. L espace autour de la piscine pourrait être mieux aménagé pour être plus confortable

The villa atmosphere and its staff has exceeded our expectations. Situated closed to polhena beach. Super clean luxurious and specially wonderfully created and maintained. Staff is supper supportive and owner is very flexible.

Very calm location and better place to stay. I spent a day in this vila, really great experience. I highly recommend to WFH guys, best place to work, zero noise, calm environment and comfortable indoor areas. Staff very friendly to visitors and affordable price.

Nothing to tell about negative things, all are good and exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Sri Lanka! As a group of five, we really appreciated how spacious and comfortable everything was. The private pool was definitely the highlight—beautiful and perfect for relaxing in total privacy. A special thanks to Sangeeth and Lasindu who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to sort out any issues. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. ⭐️ Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with friends or family!

We absolutely loved our host LASINDU. He welcomed us into the villa with open arms. He organised a power adapter as ours was the wrong type. LASINDU helped us with a tuk tuk to money changers. He organised a tuk tuk to take us to the train station. The room was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and was sad to leave. If we could have taken LASINDU in our suitcase we would have taken him home with us to Australia. What a lovely young man. A credit to the villas. The most accommodating young man we have met in all of Sri Lanka. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit !! La chambre était très spacieuse, propre, au calme et avec un accès direct à la piscine ! Les repas proposés par l’hôtel était délicieux et très généreux. Merci à Harithq kalyana, notre hôte qui était au top ! Je recommande à 100% et si je reviens au Sri Lanka, je relogerai dans cet hôtel !

Le seul défaut que je peux noter est que le soir au moment d’aller dormir il y avait un bruit un peu dérangeant (je pense que c’était la pompe de la piscine, pas sûr).

A great property with a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was excellent — a special thanks to Ishan and Harith for their warm hospitality and attentive care throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk to Polhena Beach and conveniently close to the town as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This is a great property for a group of more than 9. The only problems we faced was that the kitchen stinks a lot and that one room has two small beds but on booking it says 2 double beds.

Our stay at this villa was incredible and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by luxury and comfort. The villa is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. A huge thank you to the butlers, Harith and Ishan. They were amazing, always ready to help and made us feel right at home with their attentive service. The villa's location is fantastic, set close to everything we needed. The sunsets at the beach are stunning and very relaxing. Perfect place for a vacation, we would love to come back! Highly recommend it!

The smell in the kitchen could have used air freshener in the room and other area because of the moisture in tropical region before the guest check in

The peaceful ambiance, excellent facilities, and the friendly caretaker who made our midnight birthday celebration truly special are only a few of the greatest things we experienced during this stay.

Even though there was room for improvement in their TV and small damages in the furniture, it was nothing major and didn't disturb our stay at all.

This is a true gem💎 I can really recommend this place, just 3-5min from main road walking. So clean, and tidy! Great pool area and garden. All very well maintained. Standard is high for the price and the beach is very nice here too. Only wish I found it earlier and skipped Mirissa. Good quality amenities and water in room The hairdryer actually works great! nice restaurants in the area too.

An absolute gem of a villa. The property is located in the most convenient location with access to convenient stores, restaurants and the beach. The villa is very spacious, spotless and looks exactly like in the pictures. The beds are so comfy. The service from the villa butlers has to be the highlight. We arranged our meals from them and they were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended

Aircon on the living area wasn’t available and to have that turned on we have to pay extra money. Since we have booked entire vila, that should have been included in our package.

A luxury boutique villa in a prime tourist location. This place have all you need Foods were delicious and facilities meet the western standards. The villa is in walking distance to " the doctors house" and surf spots. Must visit place

The bed has a protruding side that is easily run into. I did twice and it hurts!

The place was immaculate and very spacious. If you're visiting the area order all your food from the villa itself, the food we ordered from within was better than any of the restaurants we tried in the area. The butler was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the service. A must book villa for a comfortable stay.

I arrived late night and left the next morning but the apartment and the whole property seemed way better than what I expected. Very good value for the money (it was low season). I wanted to stay one more night but it was already booked. I can only recommend.

It was a eye catching place as well as rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable.

I was very disappointed about that They charged extra 10% of payment as a service charge that was not included in booking.con.

Lovely accomodation, walking distance to the quiet Polhena beach and great beach front restaurants. Shan helped us hire a tuk tuk and made sure we were super comfortable. The beds are most comfortable we had in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka.

The pool was a bit murky. It was due to a storm.

Solo traveller staying in the king room adjacent to the lounge area. Bed and bathroom were very clean, facilties (pool and TV lounge) were great. Location is private and near beach. Breakfast was great - traditional and well-considered by the butler Shan.

The accommodation compound is like a courtyard setup - with rooms coming off different public areas. The king room I stayed in was adjacent to the lounge area, and while a little bit public, the accommodation is small and not too many people. No fridge within the room but there are kitchen facilities.

We loved the place, it was beautiful, spacious and super ventilated and overall well put together. The staff were kind and it was a peaceful place.

Luxurious villa that meets western standards. Quiet location. You get a lot for your money and was a nice change from the usual homestays.

Strange vibe to it as no other guests were about and it was very quite. The staff did not speak english well and were not very hospitable. They showed me to my room and that was that. Did not provide me with wifi code. I shouldn't have to ask! They also asked I pay right away which I thought was peculiar!

Discovered this hidden gem in Polhena – totally mesmerized by its beauty! It's like a slice of Bali with a well-equipped villa, beautifully designed cozy rooms, a chill living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern utensils. I only wish I had stayed longer!

Absolutely beautiful place. The rooms are luxurious, it’s modern, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. The housekeeper was a very friendly lady and the owner is helpful and responsive. The place is so peaceful and in a quiet part of town, but only 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is probably the nicest place I have stayed in Sri Lanka. For the price it is an excellent deal and I highly recommend it anyone, you won’t regret staying here.

What an absolutely gorgeous villa! My family and I loved the pool! We had exclusive use of the property and found the rooms to be very comfortable and the amenities to be top notch. Would love to stay for longer next time.
