Ótima localização, próximo do centro das Velas e do aeroporto, mas muito tranquilo e silencioso. Piscina um pouco pequena, mas como fui no fim do Verão, muitas vezes tinha a piscina só para mim. Apartamento espaçoso e limpo. O ar condicionado na sala arrefecia rapidamente e foi muito necessário. O restaurante tem uma ótima vista. No geral foi uma estadia muito agradável!

Os eletrodomésticos da cozinha são antigos e com algum desgaste. O frigorífico não tem congelador

The location is great, staff friendly and really helpful. Loved the pool and hearing the Corey Shearwaters at night..a surreal sound.

The kitchette needs updating..a kettle would be good! And the TV was hilarious. This teeny tiny thing and a huge wall. TVs and kettles don't cost much relative to the comfort they bring. Especially as you can get rainy days on Sao jorge.

- Local muito sossegado - Boa limpeza - Apartamento muito espaçoso - Vista bonita para Velas e para a Ilha do Pico - Staff atencioso - A piscina exterior era agradável para um mergulho ao final do dia com vista para o pôr-do-sol. - Localizado a cerca de 10min de carro do centro de Velas.

- Apesar de ter ar-condicionado, este estava apenas na sala e, durante a altura em que lá estivemos, o quarto aquecia muito tornando-se difícil de arrefecer à noite. - Sei que não estava mencionado ter microondas, mas seria uma mais valia se tivesse. - Pressão do chuveiro muito fraca - Pequeno-almoço (8,50€ pp) com pouca variedade e qualidade.

Apparatuur keuken. Geen waterkoker, kleine electronische kookplaatjes, geen vriezer ruimte. Lekkende douche. Harde bedden.

- Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale (Gabi var så sød med anbefalinger og al slags hjælp) - En god morgenmad med fænomenal udsigt til Pico. - Overdådige lejligheder med stortset alt man skal bruge. - God pool og bedre udsigt. - Restauranten laver god aftensmad!

- Resortet er en smule afsidesliggende, og har meget begrænsede indkøbsmuligheder (kun en lille kiosk for enden af vejen). Dette er dog også en ‘fordel’, ift. fred og ro. - Der blev afholdt bryllup da vi var der, hvilket jo er både forståeligt (her er så smukt) og så fint. Vi fik nogle omstændige ‘bekostninger’ på receptionen og restaurantens fleksibilitet pga. dette, og blev advaret lidt tidligere på dagen - en alternativ løsning for ex. takeaway ville have være perfekt her, da stedet er lidt afsidesliggende, og vi måtte ud og køre for at finde mad efter en lang dag med en 3-årig.

Staff was lovely. Breakfast lovely. Everything was great. Dinner at sunset superb. Food was outstanding. I loved everything about it although I had to remember we were very close to the airport so at first the plane surprised me. Not many flights out at all so it is fine. Remember to stop at the little mini market for snacks for the room. I LOVE having everything on the property after such a long trip. See you next time !!!

I’m a water person so I would have loved a dip in the ocean right at the hotel but the pool sufficed.

L'endroit est a un emplacement exceptionnel. Une des plus vue de l'île sur pico et velas. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, toujours disponible ! Le restaurant est très bon 😊

The accommodations was very spacious and liked that the bedroom was separate from the living space. The location was excellent for seeing Sao Jorge, very close to major attractions. Quiet and very private. Was able to see Mount Pico on a clear day from our room. We paid the extra for the breakfast and it was worth it. Great variety of breads, cheese, meats and beverages.

The indoor and outdoor pool were cold, and the hot tub wasn't the best

Excelente localização, ótimo serviço, apartamentos espaçosos e vistas de cortar a respiração.

A zona da piscina interior necessita urgentemente de atenção pois encontra-se bastante usada e já com bastantes sinais de desgaste. A zona de spa não faz jus a todas as outras comodidades excepcionais que o hotel oferece.

Très bel apparement, très grand, cuisine équipée, air conditionné, matériaux luxueux, au calme. Vue sur Pico et Velas. Bon restaurant, belle vue de la terrasse, piscine extérieure.

The landscape and scenery was absolutely amazing.

No restaurants near walking distance other than the one on the premises. Small grocery store near by but with limited items. Suggestion to stock the unit with a small amount of salt, pepper, sugar and coffee samples.

Heerlijke locatie, en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een heel goede ontvangst gehad, met duidelijke uitleg over vanalles. Ter plekke nog ontbijt bijgeboekt. Dit is ook prima bevallen. Zeer zeker een aanrader

Ein Mitarbeiter ( wir vermuten der Manager) hat sich extrem bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir sind Abends mit der Fähre angekommen und es gab keine Taxis mehr, da hat er uns abgeholt. Unser Gepäck ist beim Flug nach Pico verloren gegangen und er hat uns am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen gefahren und uns beraten was wir machen sollen. Super nett und kann man vom Hotel nicht erwarten. Das Frühstück war auch super und die Lage mit Blick auf Velas ist Top. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Zeer ruim appartement. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt. Locatie is dicht bij het vliegveld (waar je geen last van hebt) en de haven.

Bij binnenkomst in het appartement viel ons een zeer muffe, vochtige lucht op. Misschien omdat we vroeg in het seizoen zaten speelde dit meer. Lucht op de Azoren is erg vochtig, maar later zagen we bij andere locaties dat er luchtontvochtigers gebruikt werden. Misschien een idee....

The apartment is spacious and nice with an outstanding view. Well located, that's easy to go visiting the island. 2 swimming pool and a fitness room really drive home the point that this place is a must-visit

Gostei de toda envolvência do alojamento com a tranquilidade da natureza. Excelentes comudidades, limpeza e funcionários. Recomendo.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Bungalows sind sehr geräumig und zum Teil mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Die Anlage an sich ist auch sehr schön, mit netten Wegen, tollen Blumen und alles gut gepflegt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Terrasse sehr fein zum draußen sitzen.

Leider hatten wir einen Bungalow in der hinteren Reihe, von dort schaut man auf die Rückseiten der anderen Bungalows. Die Küche war leider nicht so gut ausgestattet.

Dommage, les logements en rez de chaussée ont une vue limitée sur l'océan pour certains. Cuisine à minima équipée, aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune. Bien checker la position de votre appartement réservé : séjour à une période calme donc pas de soucis mais les espaces sont pas très privatifs ...

We had a difficult time getting the lock on the main slider door to lock and unlock easily for us. Staff was helpful to come to our rescue each time.

The staff were not very friendly or or helpful. You should offer shuttle service to and from the airport as it is so close by. The restaurant should be open throughout the day. The outside pool was dirty.

The property was amazing, the units were amazing, the facilities were wonderful.

The only thing that stops us from giving it 5 stars is it was too hot in the unit. It says it's air conditioned but only the main space is, the second bedroom was so hot we couldn't use it. My daughters slept in the living room. The main bedroom was also hot but at least it has a ceiling fan which helped, it's the only thing that stops us from staying here again which is very disappointing. A ceiling fan in the second bedroom would go a long way in making this place great.

Alojamento recente. Com vista-mar. Funcionários simpáticos. Possibilidade de pequeno-almoço no edifício principal. Piscina exterior e interior e ginásio com boas condições. Estacionamento no local. Fáceis acessos. Alojamento com todos os utensílios de cozinha e wc necessários.

Alojamento a precisar de algumas renovações. Pedimos um T1 e deram-nos um T2, deixando a porta do segundo quarto trancada. Não é confortável ter um quarto fechado dentro do alojamento sem saber o que tem ou se alguém tem acesso. Muitas formigas dentro do alojamento. Sem estores. Chuveiro com pouca pressão.

Tout était parfait

Bâtiments très beaux, jeune personne à l'accueil très serviable, superbe vue et localisation pratique.

Équipements de mauvaise qualité : difficultés à fermer la porte d'entrée, bac de douche fragile, odeur forte de plastique dans la chambre. L'aspect intérieur n'est pas à la hauteur de l'aspect extérieur en résumé !

La vue sur Pico, la localisation très pratique entre port er aéroport et la beauté du lieu : les jardins sont magnifiques.

La cuisine dans le logement est fonctionnelle et propre mais les finitions tranchent avec le reste de la chambre qui est magnifique.

Per una sistemazione con piscina non fornire il telo mi sembra negativo. La cucina è da ristrutturare, il piano cottura è in vetroceramica, il microonde vecchissimo, mancano cose basiche come macchina del caffè a cialde, scolapasta e assolutamente nessun ingrediente per la cucina ( sale, olio, carta da cucina…). Forse però avendo il ristorante non incentivano la cucina nell’appartamento.

Lage war super, Bar mit Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnungen sind gross und sehr sauber. Es gibt sogar einen natürlichen Pool, leider bei uns nicht brauchbar wegen zuviel Braunalgen, aber das war Pech und ist zu einer anderen Zeit sicher besser.

Das Essen vom Restaurant passt gar nicht zum Rest. Keine gute Küche. Für den Octopussalat sollte sich der Koch schämen: das war grüner Blattsalat, ein bisschen gehobelte Karotten und ca 6 Rädchen von einem Octopusarm ohne irgendwelches Dressing. Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer gab es zum Glück auf Nachfrage. Das Gemüse als Beilage zum Fleisch war Tiefkühlkost mit Rosenkohl, der nun wirklich nicht auf den Azoren wächst und Saison ist. Als wir den Kellner gefragt haben ob er dieses Gemüse kenne, hat er gelacht und gemeint, dass er das noch nie gesehen oder gegessen hätte.

Loved the space it provided, Kitchen items were great. The breakfast was good, the pool was nice. Grounds were well taken care of. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The bed was too hard and I didn't sleep well at all.

Posizione un po’ scomoda per il centro città, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Camere ottime, estremamente pulite, spaziose e accoglienti. Vicino è presente pure una piscina e il mare è raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti a piedi.

C'est un super endroit pour les familles. L'établissement est spacieux et la vue est imbattable. Nous avons passé une super soirée sur la terrasse en famille. La piscine est extraordinaire, le personnel ultra sympathique et la mer est à proximité.

Le petit déjeuner. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas plus varié et qualitatif. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant le soir.

Le bar n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes (manque d’alcools). L’appartement est prévu pour 4 personnes mais les casseroles sont juste assez grandes pour 2, pas cohérent !
