No incluyo desayuno pero las instalaciones eran optimas para prepararlas. La cocina super completa y comoda, El lavavajilla mas las capsulas de regalo fueron un plus de servicio. Aires acondicionados en todos los ambientes. El lavarropa y secarropa tambien fueron un excelente servicio para familia de 5. Maxime que nos facilitaron siempre las capsulas. Reposeras para playa y heladerita fueron de enorme ayuda para ir a la playa. Hermoso y comodisimo. Super recomendable. Nos cambiaban las toallas y toallones de uso diario y las que llevabamos a la playa todos los dias. Mil gracias por permitirnos hacer un late check out sin costo.

Cambiaria el sillon ubicado en la entrada, La tela pica y pierde plumas. Y nos resulto dificil el acceso al departamento. No lograbamos abrir el acceso a las llaves. Pero en pocos minutos aparecio alguien de Bocobay y lo soluciono. Fue una experiencia hermosa y el servicio excelente.

Suoer comoda, bien ubicada y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía increible.

La propiedad era tal cual las fotos, incluso mas linda, contaba con ventanas de doble vidrio que aisla completamente el sonido, nosotros nos ubicamos en el depto 7, la vajilla y elementos de cocina impecables. El complejo es tambien muy tranquilo.

Las cuadras para llegar a la playa si bien son caminables son bastantes. Es recomendable hospedarse contando con auto, tambien para ir a la zona del centro de Palm beach.

Buen equipamiento en la cocina, muy completo. Buen gusto y equipamiento en general. Especios comunes, pileta y quincho, siempre limpios y ordenados. Espacios cómodos, amplios y luminosos.

Sólo faltaria un tender para colgar la ropa en la terraza y una luz en el escritorio.

The property is exactly as described. It's in a great location, very close to Palm Beach. We used the beach chairs and cooler almost every day. Communication with the host was excellent—we always received quick responses.

Realmente todo Éramos 14 entre niños y adultos y ocupamos tres casas. Ningún problema. Cintas con todo A minutos de las playas y centro comercial Por vuelo a las 19 tuvieron la amabilidad de un late check out que nos vino muy bien por los niños ( uno de 8 meses)

Das Areal ist sehr schön und die Aussenbereiche sind sauber. Der Pool ist zwar nicht groß aber ausreichend. Die Grünanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Bis zum Strand sind es cca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Abstellkammer gab es vier super praktische Strandstühle mit Staufächern und Kühlfach. Am Strand äusserst praktisch. Das habe ich früher noch nie gesehen, aber auf Aruba haben das sehr viele Leute und es ist dort völlig normal. Das Reihenhaus ist geräumig über drei Etagen verteilt. Die Zimmer sind ok, nicht riesig, aber groß genug. Die Schränke und Stauräume sind toll. Die Terrasse am Abend zum sitzen wunderschön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt Mikrowelle, Backofen, Toaster, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine usw. Der Kühlschrank macht auch Eiswürfel. Sollte es mal nicht reichen gibt es für alle zentral eine große Eismaschine, wo man sich immer bedienen kann. Wer gerne Fernsehen guckt, hat dort alles was er braucht. Wifi sehr gut. Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügelbrett+ Bügeleisen Top. Gasgrill super. 10 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen typisch asiatischen Supermarkt, wo es so ziemlich alles gibt, allerdings überteuert. Noch ein Tipp: Wir haben lange gezögert, ob wir uns ein Auto mieten sollen oder nicht. Am Ende haben wir keins gemietet sondern sind entweder mit dem Taxi gefahren oder mit einem "Rent me" bike (SunBikesAruba). Da wir zu zweit waren, war das äusserst praktisch. Abends stellten wir das Bike vor unserer Tür ab und fast immer konnten wir dasselbe wieder am nächsten Tag nutzen. Viel preiswerter und spaßiger als ein Auto.

Bevor ich die Sachen schreibe, die ich bemängele, möchte ich sagen, dass wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden waren und wiederkommen würden! Der wichtigste Punkt: Auf Aruba ist es immer sehr windig und dadurch ist das ganze Haus, von unten bis oben ständig unter einer leichten Staubschicht. Das heisst man muss dringend alle 1-2 Tage staubsaugen bzw. durchputzen. Es gibt aber leider keinen Staubsauger noch irgendwelche Putzutensilien im Haus! Ich war darüber sehr verärgert und habe mir dann Putzsachen einschließlich Mop selber gekauft. Aber ich finde für das Geld das man zahlt, sollten solche Sachen auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein! Die zweite Sache, die uns gestört hat war, dass die Couch sehr stark federt. Ständig flogen unten Federn herum. (Da wär auch der Staubsauger wichtig gewesen) Außerdem ist die Couch unbequem, durchgesessen und auch vom Stoffbezug her unangenehm. Ich habe darüber ein großes Leintuch geworfen, aber das kann natürlich auch nur provisorisch sein. Also, liebes Team, Couch unbedingt rausschmeißen und neue kaufen! Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass es zu wenig Handtücher zum Wechseln gibt. Fast nie waren welche da, wenn ich sie auswechseln wollte. Habe die Handtücher schließlich selber gewaschen. Noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Terrasse auf dem Dach ist wirklich sehr schön und wir haben sie viel genutzt, nur leider nicht zum Essen. Denn oben ist nur der Grill aber zum Beispiel kein Kühlschrank, Besteck oder Geschirr. Wenn wir dort oben essen wollten, müssten wir mit allen Sachen ständig die zwei Treppenhausabsätze hoch und runterlaufen, was äusserst unpraktisch ist. Wir haben also oben gegrillt, aber dann immer unten gegessen. Übrigens ist die Terrasse oben am meisten verstaubt, hier braucht es auch wieder den Staubsauger.

La instalaciones nuevas, amplias, cómodas, no le falta absolutamente nada. Ubicación muy buena y lo más importante todo el personal de primera, muy amables y bien predispuestos

El departamento es muy bonito, bien equipado. Olivia y Mary siempre atentas a todas nuestras consultas. Muy agradecido por la posibilidad de hacer un late check-out. Muy recomendable.

The condo was well equipped with everything you need for your stay - even cooler and beach chairs and umbrellas, clean and comfortable and location was great. The staff was very responsive and accommodating and easily reachable via Whatsapp. They also offer daily towel service There was a review about roosters crowing but it really was not an issue at all - you could hear them but barely. We had an issue with the AC on our last night, but we were able to sleep in a different room in the condo. The staff was responsive and comped us for the issue which was appreciated.

The instructions sent about gaining entry did not really apply to our unit ( no automated door entry) But the lockbox system worked and we eventually figured it out. The locks are different on the doors and you just have to keep track of using the keys - not a big deal when you get used to it.

Wij hebben echt onwijs genoten van ons verblijf bij Bocobay. Kleinschalig resort. Hele mooie en ruime woning met parkeerplaats voor de deur. Groot dakterras met BBQ en een klein terrasje op de begane grond. Mooi zwembad. De keuken was ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede ligging maar wel handig als je een auto hebt. Je kunt schone handdoeken halen bij de receptie. Ook handig dat er een wasmachine en een droger aanwezig zijn en TV's met Netflix. Ook de stoeltjes voor op het strand hebben we veel gebruikt.

Wij zijn echt heel tevreden maar er zijn wat ons wel een aantal tips ter verbetering. Maar niets wat niet makkelijk opgelost kan worden: - De aanwezige veger was erg klein voor het grote oppervlakte. Zelf zou ik het prettig hebben gevonden als er een stofzuiger en dweil aanwezig waren. Of een grotere veger. - Er is niet altijd iemand van Bocobay aanwezig. Je kunt dan communiceren via de app. Wij hebben daar overigens geen problemen mee ondervonden. Communicatie is goed verlopen. Er was ook vaak een dame van de verkoop aanwezig die erg aardig en behulpzaam was. - Het brandalarm ging af toen we de vaatwasser opende en er een klein beetje stoom uit kwam. Die konden we zelf niet afzetten wat heel vervelend was. Daarvoor moesten we naar de receptie toe. Als dit in de avond was gebeurt was dit wel heel vervelend geweest want het alarm maakte een enorm lawaai. - Bedlampjes voor de grote slaapkamer die je vanuit het bed aan en uit kunt doen zou fijn zijn. - Verplichting op het kleine terras begane grond is erg fel. Zou wat minder fel mogen. Bovendien zaten er veel dode vliegen larven in de lamp wat er een beetje vies uitzag. - We hadden maar 1 set sleutels hetgeen wel lastig is als je apart het huis wilt verlaten. Een tweede set sleutels zou heel fijn zijn. - Theedoek om de vaat af te droger zou fijn zijn en wat schoonmaakdoekjes.

De woningen zijn ruim en de locatie is prima.

Wij verbleven in huisje nummer 4. Helaas was het huis bij aankomst al niet schoon: overal lag haar en het leek alsof er was gedweild met een vieze dweil vol haar. We verbleven 13 nachten, maar er werd in die tijd geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. Wil je extra schoonmaak, dan moet je daar nog eens 300 dollar voor betalen. Tot twee keer toe hebben we een kakkerlak in het huis gehad, en de badkamer rook dagelijks naar rioollucht. In de hele periode heb ik niet één keer met warm water kunnen douchen. Ik begrijp dat het buiten warm is, maar een warme douche is toch wel prettig. Er was een dag geen ijs in de vriezer. Via het hoofdkantoor kreeg ik wel reactie — ze klonken heel betrokken, maar het was duidelijk dat ze geen idee hadden hoe het op deze locatie in zijn werk gaat. De antwoorden waren standaard en soms kreeg ik zelfs twee keer hetzelfde bericht van twee verschillende medewerkers. Het uitchecken is al om 10.00 uur, wat erg vroeg is, zeker voor Nederlanders die pas in de avond terugvliegen. Met veel moeite kon ik tot 12.00 uur blijven. De dame bij de receptie was overigens erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, dat wil ik zeker benoemen.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones, negocios cercanos. Super limpio y cómodo. Incluía toallas de baño y de playa, además de útiles de aseo con recarga ilimitada (papel higiénico, toallas de papel, lavalozss, detergente para lavado de ropa, secadora, lavadora, entre otros). Amamos el lugar ❤️

Het complex was prachtig en voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Ook de locatie was perfect op loopafstand van Palm beach.

Het enigste minpuntje was dat er maar 1 koekenpan aanwezig was. Dit is makkelijk op te lossen lijkt mij.

Me gustó todo. Se debe tener precaución con los detectores de humo que son extremadamente sensibles. En nuestra estadía se disparó en 4 departamentos distintos, todos por cocinar o hacer alguna tostada

O espaço era maravilhoso, ar condicionado funcional e equipe sempre prestativa no whatsapp. Piscina ao fundo muito boa e os quartos bem aconchegantes.

As instruções eram de uma fechadura eletronica e cheguei lá a fechadura era de chave e eu não as encontrava, o pessoal via whatsapp tentava ajudar mas meu filho que acabou encontrando a chave (embaixo do tapete rs). Tive um problema fritando hamburgueres onde o alarme de incendio disparou e ficamos quase 1h para desliga-lo, foi bem complicado.

Le condo est juste trop parfait au niveau de la grandeur, sur 3 étages, la piscine est vraiment parfaite et on est proche de la mer en moins de 7 minutes. Le personnel répond vite à nos questions! Je le recommande vraiment! En tout j’y retournerais sans hésiter!

De binnentuin met prachtige planten, zwembad, besloten karakter, rustige en relaxte sfeer. De service was erg goed, op bijna elk moment van de dag kon ik contact opnemen en werd er direct gereageerd.

Er waren bij aankomst een aantal kleine zaken niet helemaal op orde, zoals verlichting die niet werkte en een kapot gordijnkoord. Dit is na melding direct gemaakt, supersnelle service!

There was a near by market to get some food items to make breakfast and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessities.

The only thin I would say was that there could have been more pillows and blankets in each of the rooms and the upstairs rooftop room should have a real bead and not a sofa bed.

We really loved staying here - walking in on the hot Aruban afternoon, the AC was pumping cool air and you can see the pool outside calling for you. It's a clean, modern build. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay - chairs, a cooler, BBQ equipment, and all of the cutlery for cooking, dining etc. We were here for 3 weeks so going out to dinner every night was not desirable. The internet is fast and we logged into our Netflix on the TVs. The pool is great on a hot day here - great to have. We cooked on the grill many times as well which was a blast. The hosts respond quickly. Also, the price was fair for Aruba. The location is fantastic - a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to other parts of town. We had originally considered staying further up north by the resort and we are so happy we stayed here instead! We felt like we actually lived in Aruba by the time we checked out. The best endorsement of any stay is that yes, I would stay here again.

There was nothing major we didn't like. The only hassle was that you get one set of keys (no smart lock), and for some reason in Aruba you have to unlock a door from the inside using the keys, rather than regular locks which you can turn manually - which means when I went out for a morning walk and locked up, my girlfriend could literally not get out of the unit if she needed to. If I owned this unit, I would have this changed immediately, if only for safety purposes. My girlfriend did complain about the 10am checkout, which admittedly feels a bit early. We always thought 11am was the norm. But really that's it, everything else was wonderful, and it was quiet on the pool side every night. There is construction happening across the street at the Tuscany units, but we would only hear it when we walked outside to the car.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. We also liked the pool which is well-maintained. The location is a short walk from the beach. We highly recommend Bocobay Porta al Sole for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The condo was beautiful. I loved the 3 bedrooms and private space. The condo complex is private and there are only about 20 units in total. The staff were very communicative and eager to help.

There are some roosters living next door to the property that were disruptive to sleep. Depending on the occupants next door, you can hear people going up and down the stairs. Also, it should be noted the third bedroom is located off the 3rd floor patio and not directly connected to downstairs, so you have to go outside to access their bedroom. Also, the pool needed to be cleaned more regularly.

Amazing house, super clean, modern and new, with great amenities, close to the beach! Couldn’t recommend it more highly! Host is very responsive!

There was a sewage smell from all the bathrooms during the stay. It is only 10 min walk to the beach, though it is very hot to walk during the day.
