- Someone from the service team opened the apartment door using another key while we were in the apartment - The apartment was not clean when we arrived, no soap in the bathroom, no water, only 1 capsule for the coffee machine - Got the security code around 4.00 pm - A lot of insects in the apartment, I had to spend a couple of hours deep cleaning the apartment, and our bags that were affected by a lot of ants - I have been a frequent guest for xuru for more than 5 years, I am sure this was the last time and will never do it again,

Reviewed Apr 7, 2024The apartment was awesome. It was very nice and clean, and it was very worth the price. It was within walking distance from Al-Sahaba en Sharm El-Sheikh and 10 minutes from the airport. I´ll recommend staying in Cairo instead of Giza. The apartment has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a very comfortable couch. The water pressure was great. If you are staying in Cairo with a big group, I will very much recommend it.
You must pay a security deposit, cash, or card; I have many issues with the app to pay. I was very upset to learn that the security deposit was 130 USD, and it didn´t say anything before booking which was not cool.

General language barrier in the city. Bedrooms are not en-suite - the two toilets are shared by both rooms.
