Great views out of the ocean. It is located away from the main road, so it is very quiet while still near everything the Lofoten have to offer. All facilities were there, and the sauna is a good bonus.

Zo’n mooie accommodatie. Van alle gemak voorzien: in de keuken zijn er kruiden en vele basics aanwezig. Het was ook de enige accommodatie met eens wat speelgoed vr de kids. De sauna. De fietsen. De badjassen. De pantoffels. Een verrekijker om zeearenden mee te spotten. Alles was aanwezig. Echt geweldig. Ook de omgeving en het uitzicht was prachtig.

De eerste winkel was wel even rijden dus je moet goed nadenken over je eten/drinken.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Walter und haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war erneut wunderbar ruhig und entspannend – einfach der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Unterkunft ist toll ausgestattet und überzeugt bei jedem Wetter: Bei Sonnenschein mit dem fantastischen Ausblick und an kühleren Tagen mit der gemütlichen Sauna. In diesem Jahr konnten wir auch den neuen Outdoor-Kamin ausprobieren und darin sogar unseren selbst gefangenen Fisch grillen - ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne - hoffentlich schon bald - wieder!

Nous avons adorés la Villa Walter ! Elle est très propre, décorée avec soin, très confortable et bien équipé, loin de la foule et en même temps centrale dans les Lofoten pour faire de diverses visites. Le sauna était spécialement apprécié !

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Lofoten. It was exceptionally well equipped, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully finished. Its distinctive black exterior gives it a unique character. Although "Black Pearl" is not the house's official name, that's what the neighbours affectionately call it, and it's easy to see why. One of the highlights was the sauna with its breathtaking view – the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The house is also ideally located, with easy access to the area's spectacular scenery and outdoor activities. Beate was an excellent host and provided us with valuable recommendations for places to visit, hiking routes, and fishing trips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Lofoten. It exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay there again

Abbiamo adorato questa casa nuovissima posta in un angolo silenzioso delle Lofoten dove godersi la calma del luogo, lontano dalle folle delle mete più turistiche. La casa è pulitissima, dotata di ogni accessorio necessario al soggiorno - anche la cucina è super fornita - e disseminata di dettagli che ne aumentano il comfort! Ci sono anche le biciclette e i caschi da poter utilizzare.. Sicuramente torneremo in un soggiorno futuro, magari in inverno! Una nota di merito anche ai proprietari, disponibilissimi

The whole stay of 4 nights, the comfortabel and fully high quality equiped and very clean house was extraordinary. We were just feeling like being at home but even better with a great view on the sea. The communication with the owner Beate before, while and after was just in time and always very politely. We recommend the "Black Pearl" highly!

Very good amenities, stunning location with great views and relatively easy to use as a home base for exploring the Lofoten, if you have a car. EV charger provided which is great. Fully functioning sauna and firewood. Also modern and fully equipped kitchen

The lighting in the living room was lacking which might be a problem during dark winter nights

Ongeloofelijk proper ,zeer modern ,alles aanwezig. Prachtige buitensauna met groot raam en zicht op zee en bergen. Bloemetje en kaartje ter ontvangst💕

Das Haus war traumhaft. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Sauna war ein Highlight. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns immer über alle Verkehrslagen (Sperre von Brücken, Tunneln) informiert. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Villa Walter ist außergewöhnlich schön und mit Herz &Verstand ausgestattet. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna wurde täglich gebraucht, sowie die Bikes vor Ort. Zudem gibt es einen Kamin und einen schönen Schwenkgrill. Die Lage ist wunderschön und bei gutem Wetter wurden wir mit faszinierenden Sonnenauf- und untergängen belohnt.

Wir hätten uns eine Außendusche gewünscht, damit man nach den Saunagängen nicht alles nass machen muss und das Bad belegt für die übrigen Gäste, aber das ist auch nur eine Kleinigkeit. Unser Urlaub war ansonsten perfekt!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in wunderbar ruhiger und zugleich gut erreichbarer Lage und überzeugt mit einer komfortablen, gepflegten und sauberen Ausstattung. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche aus eröffnet sich ein traumhafter Ausblick auf Meer und Berge. Besonders eindrucksvoll sind die Regenbögen und das faszinierende Farbspiel von Wolken, Sonne, Meer und Gebirge. Auch die küstennahe Tierwelt sowie die weidenden Schafe tragen zu der einzigartigen Atmosphäre bei – ein perfekter Ort zum Erholen und Genießen.

actually nothing, i think the only downside is the location which is totally fine but not perfect like in the south. therefor you get way more for you money

Very good communication, absolutely stunning kitchen equipped with every tool imaginable, sauna was extremely clean, the best accomodation I‘ve ever had in Norway!

Villa Walter is one of its kind, modern clean style with a warm and cozy home atmosphere set in fjord coast. It was a perfect for our exploration of Lofoten due to its location and all to its amenities (jacuzzi, fireplace)for our rest, relax and recharge. The owner Beate and her husband were very friendly and responsive about any questions we had. Highly recommend this place. You just need to stay in for couple of days to see and feel what Walter has to offer, words are insufficient to describe the experience.

Outstanding property, even better than the pictures. The house is extremely well decorated and there is all you need for a pleasant stay. As it is located in a quiet street, we could see the northern lights from the house.

Outstanding villa, brand new, fully equipped, facing the sea in a super quiet area. Everything is there from bailed to the jacuzzi ! Super well located at 1h15 top to the main activities and hikes in the Lofoten. Hiking trails with amazing view 2km from the house. Our best rental !!!

We had exclusive opportunity to be the first guests in renovated property. We liked almost everything - design, facilities, furniture, etc. Large windows and balcony with the see view. You don’t often see not only loundry machine, but also a dryer. The shower was perfect and second WC is also usefull for bigger family. Kichen had everything you could dream about - induction hob, microwave, stove, big refregerator and fridge. And even espresso machine(!) with beans from the host. For us as coffee lovers it was really important. Bicycled for our use including helmets were provided. Also the host was very responsive - responses were quick and useful including suggestions for best fishing spots in the neibourhood. Location inspite not having special attractivenes by itself was very central of Lofoten giving us opportunity to easely reach all the main attraction in all directions every day.
