Location very clean
No hair dryer or wine cork opener
It was very clean and had everything we needed
Only negative was a 10Am exit on the day of leaving would have preferred it somewhat later given last day of break
Excellent house Very clean
House lacked some cutlery, not many spoons Toaster also didn't work too well But that was the only issue
Good location, clean.
The doors are very heavy to open and make alot of noise when closing!
Excellent contact with host. Clean sheets and house itself was very clean and well kept.
There was a very bad smell in the downstairs toilet (sewerage) window had to be kept open. Outside the grass needed cutting in the back lawn and there were at least 2 dog poos. The aerial for the TV wasnt great so it was difficult to watch national TV station
Great location
Squeaky beds.
Everything! Great location - close to beach shops and local bar/reatuarant
Honestly nothing
Very easy and communication was on point
The house is beautiful
Foarte curat , foarte linistita zona.
The location was perfect for us as it allowed us visit relatives nearby. For general visitors to the area it would also be convenient. It is located in a Ballintra, a quiet village just minutes off the main road which allows easy access to local beaches and towns. The village has a pub, The Bay Bush, serving food and with music at weekends. There is a wee shop with all essentials and a take away food outlet . We were in an Electric Car and were pleased to find good charges nearby in Laghy and Donegal Town.
The house was so clean and modern, warm and convenient to Rossnowlagh beach and also to some super restaurants we had great few days in Ballintra.
The weather on Saturday 😬
Check in and out hassle free, clean and tidy Comfortable beds. Overall good experience
Price, I would have stayed longer but too expensive
We liked the location and the newness of the house. It was very clean and was well stocked with useful cooking items. the airfryer was a great addition.
We had a garden table outside but no chairs so we couldn't sit out. The tap in the upstairs bathroom was leaking every time we used it and also the window in the upstairs bathroom wasn't working.
Location was great. spacious property. Plenty of room for our family. Good communication prior to arrival. Lovely to have a little bit of outdoor space.
The house was fairly basic with very minimal supplies - no bin bags, dish towels etc. The bathroom window didn't open and extractor fan didn't work. Front bedroom bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky! I didn't like having to pay an additional security deposit.
Good location, Donegal town, Rossnowlagh and Bundoran are all very close and easy to get to by car Host was very responsive and shared all necessary details and responded to questions quickly
Early check-out- makes the morning feel rushed Pet fee of €77 did not seem necessary as no extras are included when paying to take a pet.
House was in perfect condition and a nice size for a family vacation. Perfectly clean and well fitted out, good wi-fi and everything worked. Ideal location for access to Donegal Town and nearby beaches.

New, bright apartment with.spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen!
Lovely very quiet meats all ur needs
Entorno tranquilo y muy agradable. La casa perfectamente equipada y muy limpia. Teniendo coche buen punto de partida para realizar excursiones, tanto a la playa cómo a la montaña.
In truth the house is comfortable, clean and modern. The issues with this listing are not relating to the house itself...
Firstly it's in Ballintra, not Rossnowlagh. Stated as two bathrooms - it's 1 bathroom with 1 additional toilet. One of the beds is so squeaky it'll wake everyone up, not just the people sleeping in the bed! But the big issue for all of us with this house is with the management of it.Let me explain... About two days before you check in, you get asked about the arriving guests and purpose of your stay. You are told this detailed information is essential. Next, a very dodgy looking link asking you for a 300€ deposit gets sent. This comes through bookings messaging service, but if you don't respond quick enough for their liking, a UK number will then send a what's app. In our case, this text claimed that they hadn't heard anything from us at all, despite receiving the former guest details and reasons for our trip (felt a bit unnessecary). All of this correspondence is nameless by the way... It makes you incredibly suspicious of being a scam. I decided to call the number listed, with no answer. A 3rd UK number now enters the frame to return the call to me, and in fairness a very polite lady explains the situation; I need to pay the deposit to get the access code for the key lockbox at the house. We paid - we are okay to pay deposits in general, but this manner just felt stoic and odd. In truth, prior reviews were the only way we actually gained any confidence to the legitimacy of the request. We were staying for two nights. On the second day we got another message detailing check out and asking for an acknowledgement to the text. And also to further let them know when we had actually left the next day. The check out instructions... Beds must be stripped and laundry left by the washing machine, rubbish walked 150metres down the street to the bins, switch on the dishwasher. Oh and be out by 10am.. Any additional cleaning and the deposit is now at risk...
I liked that the house was new and clean.
The kitchen needed to be better equipped, it needed a few more pots and cooking utensils for self catering. This is easily rectified.
Cleanliness in house
Not as advertised with only 1 bathroom instead of 2. I had paid over € 400 more because of the misleading information and it was not in Rossnowlagh as advertised being 6 km away from the destination expected. Also garden was very overgrown with weeds and windows were dirty. Kitchen had very little suitable equipment for oven cooking. Bathroom was slippy with no bath mat so not suitable or very safe.
Quite location
Maintenance issues
House is lovely. All brand new and squeaky clean. Facilities within are great, everything provided for a comfortable stay.
The king bed in the front bedroom is very squeaky, every time I moved or turned, it woke me up! Otherwise comfortable. Although the house is lovely, it's a bit too far from Rossnowlagh to be classed as being in Rossnowlagh. But a good spot however, for travelling to surrounding areas. Handy for Donegal Town, Bundoran etc.
Very good location but you do need a car Was over for mum's funeral so unfortunately we didn't take any pictures of our stay.
Very clean good location
Administration was a bit too much too many messages , repetitive and unnecessary. Lacking some basics eg. Table mats and coasters and a tea towel.
Location was excellent
Nothing
Clean and comfortable
Very new, clean, well-equipped. It was great to have free WiFi.
Excellent clean comfortable house
Liked it all
Good location
Nothing
Good house and location, I recommend
Google won't let you on the property; the hosts should provide a map
Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and in a great location. Lovely and clean. Handy to beach and shops etc.
Would love to see some garden furniture and washing line outside.
The house was beautiful and clean. Close to the beach.
Checkout at 10am was too early
House was very clean 👌
House was perfect very modern and comfortable and had everything that was needed. Only dislike was the bed was very squeaky in front room everytime anyone moved in there sleep ut was very squeaky
Very clean warm and comfortable nice and quiet
Cleanliness
Nothing at all
Nice modern house.
It is not in Rossnowlagh. It is right next to the main road.
Lovely quiet area. The house was spotless and very modern.
Late check in and early checkout
House was modern, cosy with everything you would need. We loved staying here.
We couldn't fault it.
Perfect location to explore this part of the west coast. Brand new house well equipped, very confortable.
Everything was lovely, very bright modern home
Some garden furniture would really set this place off
It's location in relation to donegal town. Enclosed garden. Maintenance guys were helpful when we got into bother. About 8/10 for cleanliness.
Communication was terrible, at one point we seriously considered we were being scammed and had to phone booking.com. Huge deposit and pet fee, only informed of an hour beforehand with the means of paying being a suspicious looking link sent through on the chat (which didnt work and they refused to send us the address in the meantime while we were already in transit to the location). Electric in the house broke entirely on the second day causing the fire alarm system to also go off and we had to move houses. Fire alarm doors everywhere and fire exit lights that stay on in the hall throughout the night. Poorly stocked kitchen equipment/utensils. Upon reflection of our stay was also shockingly overpriced. Lacked any charm and probably the worst stay we've had (we travel ireland a lot), a poor representation of the hospitality and quality of Irelands accommodation scene.
Great new house. Very clean
It’s in Ballintra not rossnowlagh Host didn’t realise we had a booking until I called them No tumble dryer or clothes airer as advertised No hot water in kitchen Communication not great with host
Location good. House finished to a high spec. Exceptionally clean. Tea/coffee/biscuits and milk provided. Directions and key easy to access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Just a suggestion but a small table and chairs in the back garden for outside eating would be useful. One negative was the charge for bringing my small dog seemed high but more that I was only made aware of it the night before travel. I would have appreciated knowing this at the time of booking
