Only two lifts in different locations and we heard one wasn't working well, so it was quite a wait each time since we were on a higher floor.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Cukup lengkap dengan ketersediaan yang keluarga mahukan seperti kolam renang dan pantai. Pemandangan amat baik sekali. Yang tidak boleh dilupakan adalah dapt tengok penuh matahari terbenam. Untuk pengalaman, ianya amar baik sekali.
Apa yang tidak saya suka untuk tempahan ini adalah 'ZERO', sebab tiafa kekurangan untuk kepada tidak suka.

Reviewed Jun 7, 20261) Host is super friendly and helpful. He placed a brand-new microwave for us to use. We were able to heat up our food when needed. Host has also provided eggs and instant noodles for consumption with fizzy drinks too. 2) Water dispenser was also provided, so there is no fuss to get mineral water ready. 3) Although the property is quite run down, the lift was still functioning with no disruption which is important for elderly guests who are with me. 4) Location is near to eateries and amenities. And also near to the wedding venue we need to attend. 5) The beach which is just a walk away. The whole reason why I had chosen the place is because it has direct access to the beach and all 8 of us are able to be in one place. 6) View was magnificent from the balcony especially the sunset and the blue skyline plus planes hovering over your head.
1) Housekeeping be further improved (there were hairs found on the floor and yard was a bit messy). Maybe it was overlooked. 2) Car park is a bit of challenge especially during holidays and weekends, so try not to be out after 5 pm (beyond the host's control of course).

The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained, with everything in good condition. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the place comfortable for guests. Reviewed Oct 30, 2025The Hosts were very accommodating and friendly and helpful - this was the best part of the apartment :) the location was very good as it was at the beachfront and accessible 24-hours - really nice. The balcony was overlooking the sea and cooling at night. The beds were comfortable and the overall apartment was pleasant to stay for a get-away. It would have been an excellent stay if it wasn't for the cleanliness of the bathrooms especially. Overall, if the cleanliness is taken seriously and looked into, it is worth the stay for sure as the Hosts are wonderful characters!
The bathrooms not only looked dated but not clean for comfort sadly. The floor was slippery and the bathroom walls looked like they've not been cleaned for some time :( but the Hosts were very2 accommodating and offered the cleaning to be done immediately and apologised for the inconvenience as well. The kitchen appliances could do with some up-keeping as well :)

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Unforgettable Stay! I had such an amazing time at Annaleise Suite! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed — even a few complimentary snacks on the table, which was such a nice surprise. The view from the balcony was just WOW — you can see the beach and sunset right from the room! It’s really close to the beach, and the swimming pool is stunning. I loved how peaceful and relaxing everything felt. Plus, Mr. Izaddin was the kindest and most helpful host — made me feel so welcome. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had. Can’t wait to come back!

Reviewed Dec 27, 2024The apartment was clean, checking in was easy (a keybox with combination lock), the kitchen has some basic utensils and the TV (and Netflix) and air-conditioning worked well. In addition, the owner was courteous and communicates well via Whatsapp. Lots of eating places and the owner also made an effort to list out several recommendations.
We came during the school holidays and the Resort / Apartment area was packed with families and children. It was difficult to find a parking spot and the pool and the beach was over-crowded. Nothing to do with the apartment but something to bear in mind before booking this place.
