Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location and the added secure access were great! It was a very nice quiet neighborhood, and the security personnel were very efficient, friendly, and professional. The unit was equipped with basic necessities, which sufficed. We were thankful for ample easy access parking right outside the unit.
We stayed there in July and it was VERY cold due to the fact that there were no heaters available. (We live in the northern hemisphere, so we were not acclimatized). There is evidence of mold on the ceiling and walls in the master bathroom shower. There is no extractor fan and with it being so cold, leaving the window open was not an option. The tap for the basin in that bathroom is very stiff and difficult to use without hitting your hand on the bathroom cabinet attached right above it. There was no hair dryer in the unit, so we went out to get one, only to find out there was no adapter available for the round plug either, so that made 2 trips to use a dryer. Also, no plug outlet in the bathroom and no extension cord. All 4 dining chairs were broken/missing screws, so we were unable to use the table. The couch was pretty worn out and very low for people with mobility issues. We weren't aware that the unit was on the 2nd floor, which was a little difficult from a mobility perspective. The hot water was extremely hot every time. We tried to reach out to the host via email and the WhatsApp text chat, but got no response during our visit.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026The bathroom facilities were very clean and I appreciated the en suite as well. The room was a fair size and very comfortable. The kitchen and lounger were both spacious and fully fitted with all requirements.
The wifi was a bit slow with poor connectivity.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Clean, spacious, modern. The host is on point. Excellent value. I would stay there again if I were in the area. 2 parking bays are a plus.
I would have given the place a 10 except for the small little things that you would find at other establishments, like soap and shampoo, etc. More towels would be nice. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge for the elderly.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2025The security into the estate is top notch. The host was easily available for communication. The place is very spacious, beautiful and clean. The traffic around the area whether during peak or off peak hours is normal and it is easy to locate using a map.
The only critic I have is the place does not offer essentials like shower gel, hand washes, body lotion as well as changing bath towels for longer stays.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2025Apartment is spacious, clean and has a modern feel. Well located close to shops. Looks exactly like the pictures. Enjoyed the balcony area, beds were comfortable. Good communication from the host.
- Curtains : The main bedroom needs a lace so that one can open the curtains during the day to let in more light. There is only a lace curtain in the lounge which also doesn’t allow for privacy at night when light is on - WiFi: WiFi doesn’t connect in the main bedroom and signal isn’t good during peak hours. I would recommend connecting to fibre. We were only given half rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay which wasn’t sufficient. A long mirror in the bedrooms would be really great. A recommendation would be to add beside lamps in bedroom 2. Adding handwash/ complimentary shower gel in the bathrooms would also add more value.

Directions to the accommodation needs improvement. It took me some wrong turns until I found it on Google maps. Small details need improvement, e.g. no bedside lamp in second bedroom and some maintenance is needed on the shower head.
