We left after 1 night due to mould, noise and not feeling comfortable. Never again.

Run down and dirty property. Noisy and not a place for females to feel comfortable. If you were on a very tight budget you may consider staying there. Railing on stairs was rotted away a major safety issue. We asked if someone would assist us with luggage and told no. Only to see staff carried luggage for other guests. We got the feeling being Australian females we were not welcome.

The feeling of being one with the nature. This place is very cozy and lovely. Loved every bit of time I have spent here.

The staff on the front desk were unfailingly polite and informed. Always ready to help us. The room was cleaned well whenever we got back, and the shuttle into town was a nice touch though it's definitely walkable in 15 to 20 minutes or so. It has enough distance from the town to feel like an escape from the busyness, without being unreachable.

It was off-season when we stayed, but it could be clearer when the restaurant is actually open and what dishes are on or off the menu - a board would be better than a fixed menu if quite a lot of dishes are not being stocked.

A beautiful place, beautiful green area, quiet, calm, authentic :) but a rather old hotel

I found the hotel a bit old and a bit tired. But the price was appropriately low, so I liked everything 😊

La ubicación un poco lejos para ir andando, aunque ponen un vehículo que te acerca al centro, pero con horarios sueltos, nosotros no tenemos problema porque alquilamos moto. Se nos inundó el baño y se nos fue el agua, pero enseguida nos dieron solución, quitando esto lo recomiendo al 100 × 100

More plug sockets would be good in the bedroom. Wifi worked sometimes but not always. But very good value for money.

Interior of the rooms is very dark and wooden, its not like its a big problem but it could use some renovation to make it a bit brighter.

Amazing! Such beautiful and big room. Every part in this accommodation is beautiful and peaceful. I truly believe this is the best place to stay in Aonang. And so close to the beach... You can even rent a scooter through the hotel itself and use it to go up and down to the beach. So practical. Also the pool was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here a lot!!

Loved the location and calm relaxing feel. It has a great chilled, intimate vibe. The rooms were big and right next to the pool. Pool was great surrounded by great views and nature. Restaurant food was good

De plaatjes en de foto's prachtig, maar de werkelijkheid.. het is een leuk houten hutje, maar in het muggen net van het raam zaten gaten die opgevuld werden met plastic zakjes, de badkamer was niet echt dat je dacht fris.. en dan de geur.. gedver.. Mijn zoon wilde ook even het zwembad in, oke prima, maar daar lag dan iemand een blowtje te roken.. Alles viel me zwaar tegen.. als je jong en op backpack reis bent, prima, maar niet voor samen met je kind

The place is very beautiful, brick&wood bungalows surrounded by bamboo trees & other plants, it feels like being in the jungle. Thanks to all the greenery the temperature there is less hot then outside in the city! The pool is great too. As per location i loved it as I enjoy walking and it made the place very calm, far from noise. The bed was very confortable and I like the wooden furniture! The staff was very helpful and kind

Habitaciones amplias en un entorno muy bonito y muy amplio, la piscina es céntrica y tienes restaurante, bar, sauna y gimnasio. El personal es muy amable y atento, se nos estropeó el agua caliente y nos dieron la opción de cambiar de habitación o ducharnos en otra, reaccionando rápidamente.

Está un poco más alejado (20-25min andando al paseo marítimo), pero dispone de servicio de traslado gratuito a determinadas horas.

El hotel es precioso, en mitad de la naturaleza y rodeado de enormes montañas, en un espacio cómodo e íntimo, con una piscina muy agradable. Sin duda un entorno único y muy recomendable.

Por decir algo, está a 10 minutos caminado de la zona turística pero el camino es muy seguro e iluminado. Además, el hotel ofrece Shuttle a distintas horas para llegar a la zona de Ao Nang Beach

Pokój był wyposażony w duże, wygodne łóżko, telewizor ze smart TV, balkon, klimatyzację, lodówkę i czajnik. AGD działało bez zarzutu (nie licząc smart TV, które czasem nie działało przez słabe WiFi). Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Ogród, w którym znajdował się resort był bardzo piękny i zadbany. Ponadto znajdował się tu bezpłatny basen, który był czysty i ładny. Hotel ponadto posiada opcję prania, które jest dobre cenowo - a ubrania wracają do właściciela czyste i zadbane. Jest też opcja bezpłatnego transferu w okolice plaży parę razy w ciągu dnia.

WiFi działało różnie. Po zakomunikowaniu problemu obsłudze, jakość WiFi była o wiele lepsza, jednak nadal zdarzały się momenty jego braku. Ponadto do pokoju, pomimo zamkniętych i zabarykadowanych drzwi, przez szczeliny w ścianach dostawały się różne stworzenia - wynosiliśmy parę razy z pokoju żaby, przepędzaliśmy gekony i komary. Byliśmy wcześniej w podobnego typu resortach i taka sytuacja (nie licząc owadów), nie wydarzyła się nam, zwłaszcza że sytuacja w tym wypadku powtarzała się parę razy. Budziło to dyskomfort, np. w sytuacjach budzenia się w środku nocy przez szelest w kuble na śmieci w sypialni. Szczeliny w ścianach ponadto sprawiały, że w pokoju było dość wilgotno, pomimo klimatyzacji. Czystość pokoju była ogólnie w porządku, jednak w kątach znajdował się kurz, lub np. zaschnięte, stare komary na ścianach (pewnie sprawka poprzednich właścicieli).

I asked for the premium laundry service they mixed colours and my clothes came all stained and then they didn’t gave me a hat that I also sent to wash and I contacted them through message and never replied back to me.

Leuke accomodatie met lekker zwembad. Je zit ook vlakbij het bruisende Ao Nang (4 minuten Bolt en 15 minuten lopen) maar het voelt toch alsof je een beetje in de jungle zit. Heerlijk rustig en het barst er van leuke vogel geluiden!

Ik had er geen last van, maar iemand anders uit mijn reis gezelschap met rugklachten vond de bedden best hard.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, man hat sich durch die ganzen Palmen und Grünpflanzen wie im Dschungel gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ausreichend groß, es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Wasser. Der Pool war sehr schön und wurde sehr sauber gehalten. In dem Restaurant haben wir nur einmal gegessen, war auch lecker Spontane Verlängerung um 2 Tage war problemlos möglich

The rooms were cleaned so well it was a delight to return to them. Front desk staff excellent with assistance and information. Many good places to eat on easy walk. Pool area was lovely and good chairs to sit around.

No chairs on the rooms to sit on and our outside sitting area also lacked any chairs with backs (others had them). Mattress in room 33 needs replacing as extremely sagged (2 toppers being used to cover this but not able to sleep with 2 toppers).

Gorgeous rooms. The setting was the most peaceful place we’ve stayed in even in the busy city of aonang. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the main strip but the walk is gorgeous and theres a mini van provided.

Le service de navette vers la plage était bien! Le personnel était à l'écoute et toujours disponible pour nous! La chambre était belle mais était assez rustique. Ils ont aussi été très flexibles avec un changement de réservation à la dernière minute!

Beaucoup de moustiques même dans les chambres. Odeur dérangeante dans la chambre. Style assez vieillot, nécessiterait des améliorations. Lits très inconfortables et l'air climatisée de fonctionnait pas bien. La navette était super, mais plus de disponibilités seraient idéales.

Feels like a jungle oasis, free shuttle down to the beach 4 times a day, pool was clean and had a child section, well priced laundry service. Initially, service seemed slightly cold but as the stay went on, the people were very hospitable. Room was lovely, good value for money. Food in the restaurant was lovely, very tasty. If you don’t fancy walking the 15/20 mins into the centre, grab bike is 20bhat and grab car is around 70.

There were slight issues with cleanliness (the bathroom could do with some extra attention), but the bed was very clean. No bedside lamps or any dimmed lighting, only the big light. Fridge only works when key is in the electricity key, so if you’re out all day, your stuff doesn’t stay cold. Breakfast was ok. Only alcohol served is beer, this didn’t bother us, but worth noting.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and relaxing, the trees and plants made it feel very private. The swimming pool was not busy, the restaurant had solid and cheap food, we received the cleaning service and extra water we needed and the provided shuttle from the hotel came in handy a couple of times!

The room felt a bit dark which was a bit tiring after staying there 8 days and the glasses and mugs provided were a bit dirty, but it didn't impact the way we felt about Phu Pha.

1. אין אינטרנט יציב בחדר, נאלצתי לשבת במסעדה. 2. אין בחדר מקומות אחסון. היינו 3 והיה ארונית פצפונית שרק לתליה, ביקשתי ארונית נוספת והם סירבו. החדר נראה ממש יפה בתמונות, הוא לא נוח לשהייה ארוכה וחשוך. 3 ארוחת הבוקר, דלה, החביתות שעשו לו היו מגעילות, עם ועם לוואי, לא נענו בהם. שתיתי קפה ואכלתי מנגו. והם חייבו אותי ב 600 באט (על 3 אנשים) שכמעט ולא מענו בשום דבר שהיה ״בבופה״. 4. הסכימו להחזיר לי כסף (אני מקווה שזה יבוצע) במקום 6 לילות עזבנו אחרי 2.

El lugar es muy lindo tipo jungla. Las habitaciones está bien, no me parecieron viejas ni feas como había leído en otros comentarios. Tienen shutters que te llevan y traen al resort, se valora muchísimo!!

Queda lejos del centro

C'est très mignon, très propre, très confortable. Le personnel est très gentil et plein de services pratiques (comme venir nous chercher directement à l'hôtel pour les excursions) sont proposés. La clim est très efficace face à l'humidité. La piscine est très sympathique. C'est un peu "loin" du centre-ville, mais ça se fait quand même bien à pieds et la navette gratuite est très pratique.

Le frigo s'éteint quand on quitte la chambre ; c'est dommage, car on ne peut donc rien laisser dedans.

Location good for an overnight away from the main busy Aonang stretch. Pictures on Booking are a bit misleading...its more dated in real life and definitely in need of a bit of tlc but pleasant enough for a brief stay.

Hay que decir que las habitaciones se respira mucha humedad , y no se puede ventilar mucho debido a la vegetación y fauna que hay ( cosa normall pero con unas mosquiteras en las puertas se solucionaría .

Es war wirklich toll und absolut sauber! Sehr freundliches Personal und top Preis Leistung!!!! Der Pool war sehr schön und besser hätte man nicht übernachten können! Die Klimaanlage war leicht zu bedienen und das Personal hat immer gut gereinigt!

Das einzige was schlecht war, war das es am zweiten Tag aus dem Abfluss sehr stark gestunken hat, sodass wir die Tür immer geschlossen halten mussten.

Rooms older than featured on B.Com. In the shower, the wood was rotten. We two toadstills in the shower for 6 nights. The poolside menu does not offer shat is advertised. The bed linen although clean and well ironed were old. I had a pillowcase replaced due to a hole and there were stains.

Only that water not enough hot in shower 🥺🙏 after pool on rainy day , would be so nice to take hot shower . But there a little warm water , felt a little cold all the time .

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Despite its tranquil setting, it is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the main road, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and massage services. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, and the hotel also provides a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the daily towel service was a welcome touch.

Due to the humid climate in the area, there was a slight damp smell in the room upon arrival. However, once the air conditioning was running, it became much less noticeable and did not affect our comfort

Останавливались с супругом на два дня в данном отеле. Расположение отличное, отель буквально утопает в джунглях, очень красиво. Есть отличный бассейн, вечером мы вообще купались только вдвоем. В номерах чисто, хорошее постельное белье, есть горячая вода. Завтрак разнообразный, есть что выбрать. Спасибо за гостеприимство, и спасибо огромное персоналу!

The lack of water one evening not communicated. Aircon unit positioned incorrectly. Unhelpful, nonchalant staff which is very unusual for Thailand.

The little soap was not replaced after making the room so I ran out of the small bar of soap by the third day. Was too hesitant to go ask for more from the front reception but it was have made the experience a little better.

Ambiente, piscina y personal, tienen traslado y fueron amables y efectivos al pedir la devolución de las noches restantes del alojamiento. Esta puntuación ya que me he encontrado con hoteles en Tailandia bastante peores y con peor trato sin duda.

Encontramos chinches en nuestra cama, más de 20 mosquitos en la habitacion y bichos en el papel higiénico. Solamente en el momento del checkin ya recibi varias picaduras de mosquitos. Esta lejos ubicado para ir andando pero ofrecen shuttle
