晚餐比兩年前差很多, 像夜市料理：咖哩牛腩, 椒麻蛤肉, 魚卷無味, 沙茶螃蟹, 鹽酥雞柴又冷... 不經過廚師的都很棒：生魚片, 水果, 冰淇淋, 生菜沙拉, 現打啤酒.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026飯店人員都親切有禮，態度好的沒話說！晚餐Buffet有啤酒很棒，早餐就中規中矩，種類不少也好吃。溫泉泡完皮膚很好，雖然飯店很多年了設施稍有老舊，整體算是維護得很好，適合一家大小或夫妻前來，下次會想再來！
露天溫泉有許多落葉，乾淨一點會更好。

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026房內濕度、溫度、清潔以及寢具的選擇都很好！ 並提前依照入住旅客的年齡，提供相應的用品，讓人感到貼心！服務人員有禮、耐心，會專心一對一處理狀況，不會中途分心處理別的事情，讓人有受到重視的感覺。B1有星巴克！且B1商店有販售L號幼童尿布，超體貼！
大眾溫泉區部分池水有多數落葉與樹枝，有些則是池底踩到樹枝，希望可以盡量稍加改善。B1櫃檯旁的投幣式按摩椅看起來疏於養護，這樣短暫快速放鬆的寶物，希望能改善。

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026雖然是老飯店，但維護不錯。房間很大、乾淨，整體十分舒適。各種設施很多而且都維護得不錯。加購的晚餐自助吧和附贈的早餐的自助吧都很美味，品質佳份量足；運用在地食材金山地瓜和鴨肉入菜的品項很有特色，服務生勤快。想要住陽明山就是這間了，有機會必定回訪。
房間內的WIFI速度慢、穩定度不佳。

היה קצת קשוח עם הריחות. המצעים מרעישים ברמה שקשה לישון. וזה שיש מרחק מהמבנה הראשי לחדרים ויורד גשם זה ממש לא נוח.

1.房間內的吹風機風量太小，考慮到住客都是使用水療設備常常需要吹乾頭髮，強烈建議更換為風量大的吹風機。 2.孩子們與奶奶住的和風房型三人房，湯屋內的電燈上滿滿的蜘蛛網🕸️ ，感覺很久沒人使用，建議打掃環境時應更加注意！

因為我們不喜歡水上設施 所以想說可以玩錘球 但場地看起來沒有在整理不能玩 乒乓球撞球設施感覺沒有整理 地圖標示也沒有很清楚 然後飯店可能開業比較久了 很多東西都比較舊

Der Bell-Captain hat nicht geholfen, obwohl wir zu dem Zeitpunkt die einzigen Gäste auf der Auffahrt waren.

The service was not that great. Very limit staffs in the hotel and a lot of them can’t speak English. And at the breakfast, there was ice cream in the freezer. However, there wasn’t clear sign shows that’s not included. When my hubby grabbed some ice cream, a service lady showed up and tried to charged him for NT$100 for one scoop. Which was a very uncomfortable experience.

Very outdated, pool is over 30 years old, very humid with scarce dehumidifiers and moldy odor. The food thought abundant is poor quality. Not recommended for non-mandarin speakers, communication is almost impossible.
