The property is beautiful, love the gardens, the rooms were comfortable and my friends and I had a great time at the bond fire.

The food was a big problem: The food was so bad we were not able to eat some of it. The karekare was extremely sweet and we left it. The gravy of the friend chicken was also inexplicably sweet, we left that as well. The chicken in the soup was raw. Beautiful place but the food is really horrible. Please fix that.

The location was interesting which is very near the vegie market of Mantalongon

The shower was not user friendly could not produce hot water when i took the shower , no toiletries were given , not enough toilet paper

Breakfast were served to us and they were great! Private pool and privacy. Staffs were accommodating and friendly. The necessities were provided.

The house smells funky like rotten. The bed frame creaks as well as the bathroom door. The shower on second bedroom when turned H it gives cold water and vice versa. The stove were a little demanding to turn on. The rice cooker malfunctioned but we got help right away.

I really love the staff. They were really accommodating. The place is so beautiful and the dome experience was really good with our own jacuzzi. I will definitely come back.

When it rained, the water came inside our patio.

Food was awesome. Best french fries I've ever eaten in Cebu (haha I know French Fries is a common recipe, but so often they are not eatable!). They have a Tataki Tuna, so good!

In our case, the villa's hot shower didn't work for both shower rooms and its unfortunate as the weather is naturally cold

Quirky stray in a remote area

No hot water at times in our dome , dome 1 has no Mountain View’s from its balcony and the jacuzzi had so much foliage in it every morning it was pretty unusable not only if you were able to use it you’d probably be eaten alive by mosquitoes. Waiting times at both the bar and restaurant were way too long .

Not much staff to cater concerns. Food is only up to 7PM. There should be 1 responsible for the dome. Heater was not working.

The views were amazing.

We paid extra to stay in a dome with outdoor jacuzzi! It was NOT worth the money! The dome on the outside looked lovely, but once up close our view changed! The structure holding it up was rusty on the inside bright orange stains all over the white interior layer. The dome itself was damp, we didn’t notice this initially there was just a feisty smell but as it was late afternoon when we arrived and the sun was beaming through the window so felt okay! When we went to bed we noticed the beds were damp, & our clothes in the suitcases were also damp, we did help this by continuously keeping the air con on to circulate the air. During our entire stay (4 days) we had no hot water, we spoke to reception about this every day but always got the same answer, leave it 3-5 mins and it gets hot. 25 minutes I ran the shower and tap for and no hot water not even tepid! As said previously we paid to upgrade for a jacuzzi, well should not have bothered as that too was freezing, more like an ice bath. Definitely not worth the extra we paid! The food! So once you eventually got your food it was okay, once ordered it took about 40-50 minutes to receive your order, then when it came it was warm or cold in some places. I can honestly say we never had a hot meal once during our stay! The staff I could not fault, they were so friendly & could not do enough to help but everything was just so painfully slow! On a hole sadly we would never return, as if it wasn’t for the group of people we were with the stay would have been horrific.

A little bit of paradise in the mountains, the dome & jacuzzi were so nice for a bit of luxury! We had food delivered to our patio for dinner which was a bonus.

There was a large family staying at one of the other domes who brought their own karaoke mic and amp/speaker. Pretty much singing (progressively worse) through it all evening which interrupted our peace a little. Not the resorts fault necessarily but surely there should be a rule that you cant bring an amp and microphone and sing loudly reverberating around the entire resort for hours.

A really nice oasis in the mountains, not far from Osmeña peak or the nearest town. Very friendly staff, good food (can be served right to your patio or in the restaurant), well maintained grounds and facilities. Highly recommend! The drive up the mountains also has great views.

The room was perfect (we visited the resort few months ago and the renovation they did to their room was just awesome). The view was sooooo perfect( Although I live in the same area,the view always makes me feel alive). Cleanliness was unquestionable. The staff was sooooo accommodating and they really give great service. We will probably be back soon. I highly recommend this place.

We loved everything about the property- the domes were gorgeous, the restaurant delicious, the staff were amazing. We booked massages in our room organised by the staff. We booked the private jacuzzi dome and when we arrived they were freshly refilling it as they do each day. And the beds were fantastic!

There was not a single thing about this resort that didn’t exceed our expectations. The fact that there is a negative review on this property completely shocks me. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, no matter what we asked. They were polite, friendly, punctual and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. They make 5 star resorts in our country look like a 2 star.

Absolutely nothing.

The location is essential for planning of trekking in the mountains, and the well maintained gardens of abundance of flowers and plants, which adds to the atmosphere of the surroundings.

Very poor and disappointing breakfast, and in general hit and miss ordering food, which you wouldnt expect from the standards associated with this place. The staff actually encourage you to order your dinner up front,(afternoon) which is sometimes common in the province, but embarrasing for a hotel, with a price for accomodation which is not for the budget travellers. It makes them look amateurish. Dome 1, where we stayed, should be renamed doomed 1, for all the noise from the reception, including pick ups and arrivals early morning, including motor bikes taking up pole position, 6 am warming up their engines, offering wake up call for us staying nearby, and with a staff, completely ignorant to what damage is done, spoiling the tranquility and peace, that we drove up the mountain to encounter.

The staff were not very open in communicating information. For example, we had to enquire about the mountain walk, we were not informed about the movie night or toasting marshmallows by the fire. We were also charged for an extra cup on coffee at breakfast and the milk to go with the coffees.

Staff quality

Loved this resort! We stayed 2 nights in the Peakway suite (not the domes, although they did look really cool). Room was spacious and clean. The resort setting is excellent - easy walks to the different peaks in the area if hiking is on your list. This property provided a nice break from the beach settings. Plus it was easy to set up transportation with them to get here. Food at the onsite restaurant is excellent. Staff and service are top notch! The bonus - they have excellent Peakway items for sale - I bought a cool jacket! Highly recommend staying here for an escape into the surrounding hills - scenery is great!

high price for sleeping in a tent and forget about sleeping in. there’s a big glass/ perspex top with no way to close or cover it so you’re up with the roosters. food was poor quality and high price. We have had better food just about everywhere else in Philippines

We stayed in the resort for 3 nights and it was more than what we expected. The rooms and the facilities was clean, neat and tidy. The atmosphere is great and the location was serene. The breakfast buffet and food was authentic and tasty. The staff were very organised albeit we had such a big group. The highlight and what made our stay more enjoyable was the customer service by all the staff, their never-ending friendly faces lit up our day, everyday and their service was second to none. This resort is highly recommended, an experience not to be missed.
