Great location with everything we needed
Could do with a new mattress as could feel the springs
close to the beach & the bluff inn
A bit too Pricey for us
I have visited the site before but not this property. It was very compact but great fun to stay in. It compared favourably in price with local Premier Inns, but had the benefit of a sofa and facilities to do limited cooking for breakfast. I wouldn't want to prepare a full meal due to space. We stayed for 3 nights which is probably the limit you would want to stay due to its size. The one advantage that a Premier Inn has over this property is the bed. The one in this property is quite small but my wife an I still had decent sleep. Although situated out of town the property was only 5-10 minutes walk from the lovely golden sands of Hayle beach, There was a decent fish and chip shop on the neighbouring Caravan park , but be warned for a wait as it gets very busy. The small shop next to the site whilst slightly more expensive than supermarkets has a reasonable stock selection of basic essentials should you need them, including alcohol. This was quite a last minute booking for us in high season and I am so glad we went for this than a Premier Inn
Maybe a pint of milk in the fridge and a few tea/coffee sachets for arrival but in all honesty this is just nit picking as we brought our own tea/coffee bags and as I said in the review the shop which was 10 minutes walk had a pint of milk .
Absolutely loved the chalet was beautiful and so cute. But I had ants everyday all over my things it was absolutely freezing and the mattress was lumpy like lumpy mash! I didn’t like the fact I had been spoken about by the staff made me uncomfortable. I have tried to send my complaint in a different way but AGAIN they don’t seem to want to know. The views where absolutely stunning. The local pub that’s a different story there rude people won’t take responsibility for there actions or behaviour from the staff and ignore complaints.
