The house was absolutely amazing. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms , a large kitchen and a clean restroom. The view was 10/10

We reached at 7 am, way early than the check in time. The hostess provided us with a place to relax until the room was ready. Excellent c cooperation throughout our stay. Would definitely choose this place for my future visits to Da lat. Takes just 10 mins by bike to reach the market

Wir buchten für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Da Lat das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Bergblick und können wirklich nur Gutes berichten. Die Wohnung war im obersten Stock, über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Für das Gebäck gibt es sogar einen kleinen Aufzug. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die wunderschöne Aussicht. Aber auch ansonsten war die Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war auch sehr freundlich. Vom Chubby House aus kann man in ein paar Minuten zum Lam Vien Platz laufen, und auch Einkehrmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, die fußläufig erreichbar sind.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a beautiful view. The location was convenient, and the hospitality was exceptional. Mrs. Huong, her mother, and her daughter were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The only minor point is that the apartment is on the third floor, so the stairs may be tiring for some guests. However, this is typical in Da Lat due to its hilly terrain, and it is also the reason for the wonderful view

The view was nice. The hostess was nice and gave us tips on good restaurants and other locations.

The entrance to Chubby house is a very steep decent, which requires effort coming in and out, especially with luggage. The hostess warned us beforehand that many prior visitors complained about the stiff mattress. So why not simply replace it? The sofa was stiff too. The house is quite far from city center. About 2 kilometers, which requires taxis for most people. Noise wise, the walls are thin and we could hear both our neighbors and the elevator. So we decided to cut our stay from 3 nights to only one, and our hostess came by at noon exactly to make sure we check out. All in all, we were not enjoying our stay at the Chubby house.

- Chủ nhà liên hệ từ sớm để hướng dẫn cách đến lấy phòng, gặp trực tiếp để giới thiệu phòng cùng các công năng trong phòng. Chủ nhà rất niềm nở, đến lúc ra về cũng tiễn tận ra ngoài đường, trong thời gian khách ở trả lời các câu hỏi rất nhanh, mình rất thích thái độ làm việc của chủ nhà. - Phòng giống ảnh và được thiết kế để phù hợp ở lâu dài. Môi trường ở rất thoáng, khu vực an ninh, bản thân căn hộ có cửa trước, cửa sau, cửa bếp, cửa sổ và cửa trên khu vực giường ngủ nên ánh sáng tự nhiên rất nhiều, buổi chiều ở mát mẻ mà còn có tầm nhìn ra ngọn đồi phía sau, cảm giác ở vô cùng thoải mái. Gần đó còn có con suối nhỏ gì đó mà nước róc rách vô cùng êm tai. - Wifi siêu mạnh, có lẽ là chỗ thật sự để ý đến "high-speed internet" đã quảng cáo. Ban ngày và ban đêm đều có tốc độ trên 300Mbps, khiến cho công việc của mình rất trơn tru. Đối với người đi nghỉ dưỡng mà vẫn phải vác laptop theo như mình thì đúng là thiên đường.

- Không cách âm quá tốt vì sử dụng chung cầu thang với 1 căn sát bên và đằng sau căn hộ có quán xá gì đó nghe rất rõ tiếng người nói chuyện (mình nghe được nội dung câu chuyện của người ta luôn). Ai mà ngủ không sâu hoặc ngủ ngày thì dễ bị đánh thức, còn ai ngủ khò khò thì chẳng vấn đề gì.

Апартаменты находятся в центре города, рядом с французуим кварталом. Удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей г. Далата. Хозяйка добрая, отзывчивая , может оказать необходимую помощь в любом вопросе, всегда на связи. Заселились раньше положенного времени т.к. приехали рано. Чистый номер, комфортный, все отлично. Питание было самостоятельное, но хозяйка нам предложила завтраки по желанию за дополнительную плату. Однозначно рекомендую.

Мы из России из Сибири. Увидел это место,виды, сразу решил что это нам подходит. Уютно, стильно, все что нужно есть. До центра ходили пешком, хозяйка хорошая, добрая, бабушка Веселая, дай Бог здоровья. Спуск крутой ,но машина справилась. Я влюбился в этот город, тут очень приветливые и интересные люди. Сюда хочется вернутся вновь.

Понравилось всё! Проживали семьёй с детьми, хозяева прекрасные люди, очень понравилось их гостеприимство и замечательные апартаменты! Виды прекраснейшие, места очень много, есть всё необходимое, в квартире чисто! Все соответствует фото! Всем могу смело рекомендовать этот вариант!

Шикарный вид, а также соотношение цена-качество! Очень внимательная хозяйка, помогла с билетами до Нячанга на автобус, рассказала где можно поменять деньги.

We had a 2 bed apartment. Water was provided and the space was perfect for 4 girls. Including 2 bathrooms. The owner is very accommodating, we arrived earlier than excepted and she welcomed us into her home to get changed and drop our bags.

The host is super friendly and considerate. She helped us book the bus ticket from Ho Chi Minh to Da Lat since we don't have a local account. Interesting to talk with her and the place is easy to access

The host, Ms Huong, was very attentive to our needs and assisted in every way possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable in Da Lat. We could arrange day tours with her, including airport pickup and drop-off. The 3-bedroom space was perfect for our group, spacious and clean. It was easy to communicate in English with her. There are two floors above our unit with double-sharing units and a 4-pax unit which is equally tastefully furnished with an attached WC.

There is a slope to walk down and climb from the house, which may not be conducive for older people. The hot and cold shower was a little difficult to control the temperature.

Nên thông báo thêm cho khách các vật dụng có sẵn trong phòng, phòng khi khách có nhu cầu sử dụng nhưng cứ tưởng phòng không có sẵn :) , vậy thôi chứ cũng không có điều gì không thích cả.

the host was the best part of this stay. i stayed at cubby house in march and unfortunately my sister broke her foot in dalat, the owner not only let my sister stay in the living room for an extra day but she also drover us around to the hospital and to get her medicine. she took time of her own work and helped us out so much. throughout the whole stay she was very accommodating and the overall vibe of the place is amazing. we had a whole villa to ourselves and it was the best stay in our whole trip in vietnam

Nice and spacious accomodation in a villa, with wonderful view from balcony to the valley. The owner is very nice and helpful, she even provided us motorcycle. Excellent location, suitable for trips to the city and also to the surrounding nature.

Beautiful cosy flat with the most incredible view! Easy to walk into town to the lake and the market within 20-30 min or a 5 min grab ride. Our host was so helpful and friendly, we had everything we needed.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ dụng cụ bếp, thích hợp với gia đình có con nhỏ như mình. Không gian yên tĩnh, phòng mình chọn có View săn mây cực đỉnh. Chị chủ nhà luôn hỗ trợ và nhanh chóng trả lời các câu hỏi của mình, trước, trong và sau chuyến đi. Cảm giác nạp năng lượng với khí trời nên thơ ở đây.

Our host was very nice and personable, the place was reasonably well located, although it was a bit of a jaunt to get into town. It was fairly comfortable inside.

The bathroom was not great - the shower did not drain properly and there was mold in the bathroom and in the kitchen, which made the place feel unclean.

Очень приятный и добрый хозяин. Помогли с заселением, с парковкой автомобиля, постоянно были на связи и присылали инструкции , помогли с поднятием вещей на верхний этаж, вовремя выдали ключи и также вовремя приняли номер в день отъезда. Просторный номер и красивый вид из панорамных окон на горы. Всё понравилось, большое спасибо!

В целом не к чему придраться, может быть расположение не самое близкое к центру, но зато тихо и красивые виды.

The rooms were very spacious and everything was incredibly clean. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend. The owner was the most generous kind lady who really went out of her way to help me as so got injured whilst we stayed here. She took me to the medical centre to get help which was very generous and really unnecessary of her. Incredibly kind host

Our host was very friendly and helpful. We had the best stay there.Though it is slightly off the beaten track, the villa is well kept and spacious. Overall, Dalat gave a better vibe than Sapa even though Sapa is more beautiful as everyone here is more helpful and sincere. The night market is also very festive. Overall, a delightful experience staying with Chubby House.

В нём всё было чудесно: чисто, уютно, вид из окна, повторю, был невероятен, на кухне - всё необходимое для самостоятельного приготовления еды, а также чай, кофе, конфеты, лапша и прохладительные напитки; в ванной комнате - шампунь, гель для душа и зубные щётки. Хозяйка апартаментов невероятно отзывчивая, душевная, всегда и во всём была готова нам помочь. Очень добрая и приветливая🥰. Что касается расположения - оно также порадовало. Недалеко от большого красивого городского озера, вдоль которого приятно гулять. На другой стороне озера - Парк Цветов (очень рекомендую к посещению!), не доходя от озера - торговый центр с большим супермаркетом. Впечатления остались исключительно приятные. От души рекомендую!💕

We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the window. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel offers great value for money.

The rooster crowing at 5 AM was quite loud, and the bed was a bit too firm for our comfort.

The view was absolutely rediculous. Get a scooter to get around, cause you should have one anyways, and stay here. Awesome apartment, lovely family, easy to catch a grab

The accommodation has a great location. The landlady was amazing. She gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely like to come back. We recommend both the accommodation and Da Lát. Excellent.

Расположение просто шикарное, недалеко от французской деревни и в шаговой доступности от центра города. Хозяйка очень приветлива и готова пойти навстречу в любых вопросах, а еще у нее очень хорошая и добрая мама. Спасибо ей большое за теплый прием! Мы приедем снова!
