Everything …… a very professional service from Julien - from the welcome fruit platter and associated drinks to the amenities contained in the Penthouse.

Nesting pigeons in the roof rafters overlooking the terrace. AirCon in the living room would have been appreciated - as the large ceiling fans were not as efficient.

Ce que nous avons aimé : L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel (Julien, la femme de ménage et le gardien). Un grand merci ! L’emplacement était parfait et l’appartement est très spacieux.

Pour la seconde fois, nous avons loué ce grand, et bel appartement. Parfaitement situé, face à la plage de Pereybere, et proche de tout commerce, ce logement est très bien équipé, beau, propre et confortable. Nous aimons particulièrement la grande terrasse, le barbecue, la douche exterieure, la literie confortable, les espaces. L' accueil, par Karine, à été très chaleureux, c'est une personne agréable, réactive et très à l'écoute. Un grand merci à elle, ainsi qu' à Afroze, l'efficace et discrète dame de ménage. Service parfait !

Le wifi a une portée limitée, et nous aurions apprécié avoir + de chaines tv pour le soir. Et il faut tenir compte des 2 étages à monter pour accéder à l appartement. Rien d'autre à redire.

Emplacement bien situé, à proximité de la plage et toutes commodités… logement spacieux , bonne literie et équipements pour passer un séjour agréable

Il manquerait un lave-vaisselle et un peu plus d’éclairage dans les différentes pièces du logement

Very private, spacious, well equipped, we'll maintained, walking distance to food/ beach of pereybere.

Top floor with lots of stairs can make it hard to carry things up and down. Not really any major dislike.

It's a nice penthouse with 4 bedroom, spacious sitting room.ký.Outdoor area is quiet .Prime locations to the sandy pereybere beache.. Happy I spent 2 nights wish I stay longer.. Warm welcome polite staff and cleaning lady is nice too

Only the stairs was the only issue..

We have booked the Penthouse several times now for our guests and they are always delighted. It is always immaculately clean and Karine looks after our guests very well. The location is excellent, so close to the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

The bedroom furniture is a little dated but exceptionally clean

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay in the lovely 4 bedroom penthouse. We were looking for an accommodation big enough to fit the 6 of us and we were pleasantly surprised to see the 4 double bedrooms in this apartment which provided ample space and comfort to all of us. The check in process was very smooth with the super helpful Karine. The agency fixed the AC in 1 of the bedrooms the same day we reported the issue. The apartment was ideally located across the road from the amazing Pereybere beach and within a stone throw away from all the restaurants and bars of the area. Kitchen amenities were excellent. Funnily my brother forgot his new trainers in the apartment after we checked out and Karine was kind enough to keep it and handed it to us at a later date. Great experience, great apartment and fantastic management. Will highly recommend it!

The penthouse is on the second floor and without a lift, it's not easy for older people. The bedrooms and bathrooms could have been improved with more light. The balcony was quite noisy because of traffic

Perfect location near the best beach in Mauritius. Wonderfull staff.

Location was great. and the place felt safe.

the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not working. (and based on the feedback from other people who stayed there, it has been down for a long time now). so we had to squeeze ourselves in the other 2 rooms. It is written that there will be Free toiletries, but no toothbrush, toothpaste and shower gel/soap are provided. It is written free wifi in all areas but it is actually only in the communal area. These misleading descriptions on booking.com kinda made us expect more.

Very Spacious apartment, just across from the beach, nice space to chill outside

It wasn't dirty but it certainly could have been much cleaner than it was. No hot water, no washing up liquid, only one roll toilet paper for a 6 adults and 3 kids

Loved the outsides area, we used the gas BBQ and cooked tasty burgers. It's very secure plenty of room. It's close to Perebere beach and a supermarket. To be honest I didn't rate the beach but we were there at Easter weekend and it was packed so don't let my view put you off. If you want to stay in this location I highly recommend this place for value.

Hard beds, like most places we have stayed. Quiete a few bugs but it had rained a lot and this isn't really within there control.

Large balcony , close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop.

Building work next door but one, constant traffic noise from the main road and no aircon in living area

- Spacious and comfortable - Kareen to property manager was very helpful and efficient and did what she could to make my stay comfortable

- 4 flights of stairs with my luggage - No air-conditioning in the main room, just in the bedrooms - both ceiling fans in the main room didn't work but were replaced the next day

Lovely modern apartment with comfy outdoor balcony. Just across the road from the beautiful Pereybere beach. Close to bus stop to go to Grand Bay.Julien was most attentive to our needs. Very good value for amenities, space and location for our extended family of 7 people.

The microwave stopped working but was replaced almost immediately by Julien. AC in one bedroom didn't work properly, but replaced by fan for our short stay. 2 flights of stairs may pose a problem for carrying luggage.

Great Location..Opposite pereybere beach! They have a Weber Gas BBQ which was clean and ready for use and a maid to clean it afterwards!

Great place to relax with friends and family. Host was very kind and accommodating. Has all the amenities and more. Had a wonderful time! Looking forward to visit again.
