Luxury beachfront duplex, Coin de Mire view / 3Bed

The place is beautiful in every way — the view, location, furniture, and overall arrangement. Our host, Norbert, is very classy, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault with the place. I only have one suggestion: adding more lighting around the pool and outside the accommodation would make the view even more beautiful. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house at the beach. We loved to watch the sunset in the evening. Big pool in front of the houses and a small private one right at our house. Norbert was a great host who welcomed us with drinks and advice. Very relaxed place with stunning views. The house has everything you need for a stay away from home. We can highly recommend it.

Sie hat eine wunderbare und beeindruckende Lage im Norden der Insel abseits der Tourismuszentren. Zudem ist die Unterkunft wie eine kleine Villa aufgebaut und bietet einen beeindruckenden Blick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse sowie der Balkon vom großen Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Unterkunft gepaart mit der Gastfreundschaft von Norbert ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Danke an dich, lieber Norbert, für die vielen guten Tipps und Organisation. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben!!! 🤗🤗🤗

L'appartement est spacieux avec une vue incroyable. Norbert est aux petits soins pour ses locataires, disponible et bienveillant.

Прекрасная вилла, останавливались на 5 ночей. Очень довольны проведенным временем. Внутри все очень удобно, много мест для хранения вещей, целых 3 спальни и 4 санузла! В каждом санузле есть мыло, гели для душа, шампуни. Попробую привести все по пунктам, чтобы было окончательно понятно почему сложилось такое мнение: 1. Охраняемая парковка на территории группы вилл. 2. Все розетки ЕВРО, никакие переходники не нужны 3. Кухня полностью оборудована, есть кофе-машина (nespresso), посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, были необходимые средства для мойки и стрики (таблетки, гель для стрики), что нам очень пригодилось. 4. Очень понравился свой собственный бассейн, что очень приятно. Но и общий бассейн прямо перед домом так же был почти всегда пустой и с очень теплой водой. Есть краник для смыва песка после пляжа. 5. Отдельный выход к морю, 6. Вид обалденный, как из спальни, так и с веранды с бассейном. 7. В каждой спальне по 2 пляжных полотенца. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить хозяина Norbertа. Честно, не встречал более отзывчивых и гостеприимных владельцев, Norbert Вы лучший. Он нас встретил, подготовил завтрак на следующий день, помог с рекомендациями по экскурсиям и местам для посещений на Маврикии.

Mimo problemów z dotarciem do Mauritusa, Norbert był pomocny, poczekał na nas, przekazał nam klucze, poczęstował przekąskami miejscowej kuchni. Dał nam kontakt do Dona, który był odpowiedzialny za wynajęcie samochodu i organizację dodatkowych atrakcji. Sam apartament jest doskonale usytuowany, w bardzo cichej i spokojnej części wyspy. Jest jednak całkiem blisko do dwóch centrów handlowych, blisko do drogi prowadzącej do Port Luis i do lotniska. Apartament w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Plaża będąca naprzeciw apartamentu jest całkiem przyjemna, na wschód i zachód od apartamentu znajdują się dwie spokojne zatoczki. Blisko jest też do Grand Baie, można stamtąd popłynąć w rejs na pobliską wyspę lub na połów ryb. Norbert polecił nam też doskonałe miejscowe restauracje, w razie pytań służył pomocą, łatwy kontakt zapewniał whatsapp. Sam apartament był doskonale wyposażony, składał się z 3 dużych sypialni z klimatyzacją i 4 łazienek. Dla jednej rodziny lub dwóch - trzech par, bardzo dobra oferta. Super bonusem był widok na ocean z głównej sypialni i poranny śpiew ptaków gniazdujących na pobliskich palmach. Cały kompleks był strzeżony przez ochronę przez całą dobę, mieliśmy również miejsce postojowe w pobliżu apartamentu. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt.

Norbert is a great host and makes you feel at home! The apartment and complex are awesome with amazing views just like in the pictures. We had the big pool to ourselves most of the time. We loved the beach right in front of the property to watch the sunsets. We toured the whole island and the weather definitely was best right here in the north. A huge plus is the great AC in the master bedroom which is not aimed right at the bed. One of the best ones we came across on the island. Also this was the most quiet apartment we had on the whole island. There were no dogs barking at night, only little bird noises at sunrise and no loud music - unlike everywhere where else on Mauritius outside the big hotel resorts 😃

Bathrooms and showers could have been a little cleaner. It is worth noting that the area is quite humid, so a lot of ventilation with open windows is suggested during daytime.

Everything! It was magical. The view was out of this world, the place was superb, we loved our private little pool!

L’accueil de Norbert le gérant, le calme absolu, l’accès à la maison avec un gardien portail sécurisé et surtout la vue sensationnelle sur la mer au réveil…je recommande fortement cette zone géographique mais surtout la maison de Norbert qui est de très bon conseil et se rend disponible à tout moment..

Very comfy for a family and clean

Best vacation ever in Norbert’s paradise! Staying at Norbert’s place truly felt like living in a dream. The house was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and incredibly functional. But the real magic was waking up to the breathtaking view of the Island ´Coin de Mire’ right from the bed – absolutely unforgettable! The beach is just a few steps away, which was perfect for our children. The location couldn’t be better for a relaxing family holiday. Norbert was the most wonderful host – always generous, always thoughtful. He spoiled us with delicious Mauritian specialties and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you so much, Norbert, for everything. We had an amazing vacation, and we could always count on you! We’re already looking forward to coming back next year! 😊

Everything is amazing:)

The location is nice with easy access to the beach and nice sea views. Having both a smaller covered pool (usually cooler) and a large warm pool is nice! There was a nice bbq and grass lawn to use with outside dining area. The host was very welcoming and kind to us. Bringing us fruits and breads multiple times.

Minor things but worth mentioning: The bed headboards are hard shelving and makes it really uncomfortable to sit in bed. Some wardrobes seemed unclean with marks on the shelves. The shower was constructed very badly and leaks all over the floor so each time you shower you need to clean up a large amount of water. The kitchen is small and very cluttered. The WiFi doesn't reach any upstairs bedrooms besides the main one. Nothing made the place feel luxurious besides the views (as titled)

The views, the location, the hospitality of the host were all outstanding - the beach is so close and the two pools were great for our family to relax and unwind.
