La maison est spacieuse et possède un vrai potentiel si quelques travaux y sont réalisés. Mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure qui est un vrai bonheur ! La proximité avec cette belle plage bien aménagée est un autre vrai point fort. Enfin, un grand merci à notre interlocuteur qui a été très disponible.
La maison est particulièrement vétuste ; elle exige des travaux de rénovation structurelle et un nettoyage intégral.
