Coamo Beautiful house, AC, 10min Coamo hot springs

The house was very clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. The beds were very comfy, nice firm mattress. The bedrooms have individual a/c units, and there are fans in both the living and dining room, which really helped keep the house comfortable despite the heat and humidity. The view of the sunrise and mountains in the back mini office/laundry area was nice, too! Toro Verde Adventure Park is about 1 hour away, and it was only 10 minutes to my mom’s house which was perfect. Will definitely come back in the future. Thanks for making our stay a good experience!

The property is clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean inside and out.

It should be noted and as other reviews have stated the noise from the geese is intolerable there’s no possibile way to sleep through the noise also the noise from the vehicles as well as trucks which is very loud is constant. I contacted the property and they responded however they stated they would make no promises. The gas to the stove top was off however I was able to find the valve outside and solve the issue. Please note that the apartment has no hot water it was impossible to take a normal shower as there’s no method of heating as most properties have some type of rooftop heating. The apartment is not a stand alone unit as there are residents living in the lower unit although utilities are shared perhaps the cause of lack of hot water. Be advised there’s no mention of this issue in any of the reviews. The kitchen facilities are excellent. If you like to cook!

It was very well put together and comfortable and the staff was always there answering any questions we had.

At first The geese from next door but we got use to them .

The peacefulness of the neighborhood, 5 mi walk or drive to the hot springs and 14 minutes to Ponce

initially the constant traffic in the hwy below, BUT then it became ambient noise

I loved the property

A dog that is next door and barks from 6 in the afternoon until midnight when they bring it inside, that bothers ,it is to loud

Comfortable and clean. Worth the price. Location was close to our weekend activities.

Photos showed a small jacuzzi but according to owner it was removed.😞

A/C only in the bedrooms, not in the main part of the house. It's not that bad it was just extremely humid that day.

The space was relaxing and cozy. It is accessible to the city and hot springs. I see myself returning soon.
