On a passé un super séjour une équipe très professionnelle un cadre idyllique de dîner avec la vue sur les requins faire du snorkeling au bord de la mer voir les coraux les poissons multicolores le masque et le tuba est fourni par l'hôtel la nourriture les restaurants étaient vraiment top je le recommande vivement je remercie toute l'équipe pour leur gentillesse

The water pressure in the shower could benefit from a slight increase. The duration of complimentary water sports activities could be extended; it is unclear if this is dependent on tidal conditions.

Special thanks to Chef Gaurav for the food, Sampath at Beach Grill for the sunset dinners, Riyaz in Housekeeping for keeping everything perfect, Muizz at the Main Bar for great services, and Naba & Shaain from the Restaurant for such warm service. Their kindness made our vacation. Will be back!

Slippers were not provided in default. Beach villa was not comfortable enough. Not sure why shower room and toilet are built outside of the room. Too many mosquitos. The bed of ocean villa was noisy, not solid enough.

Nous avons voyagé à 7 personnes et tout était parfait! De la prise en charge à l'aéroport jusqu'à notre départ, le personnel de l'hôtel a été aux petits soins. Nous avions même une personne dédiée que nous pouvions joindre par WhatsApp. L'île est magnifique, bien arborée et entretenue parfaitement. Les repas sont variés et spéciale dédicace au miel du petit déjeuner!!

Le seul point à parfaire sont les cocktails... Les best restent la bière pression et le kir royal. Mas c'est un détail au vu de tout le reste absolument parfait

This is a lovely resort. The island is very well looked after with excellent fauna and flora. The beach villas are fantastic, right on the beach, with 20 steps to the sea. The food was varied and of a good quality, and there was a wide array of alcoholic beverages available. We had a very enjoyable holiday here.

Three things: - please sort out the (small) amount of drinks not available e.g. Aperol. I just don't understand why this is not on the list - I very much enjoyed our night in the sunset restaurant and was disappointed that access was restricted to those guests using the over the water villas. - the entertainment in the evening could be better - albeit I did enjoy most evenings.

We have visited this hotel for the second time. It's truly amazing. Great cuisine and amazingly nice staff. The best was our butler Praveen. We would definitely like to come back again!

POSTO INCANTEVOLE L’esperienza in questo resort non ha parole per essere descritta! Noi avevamo una villa sulla spiaggia con formula all inclusive (alcolici inclusi). All’arrivo in aeroporto (5 di mattina ora locale) c’era già un addetto del resort ad aspettarci e condirci alla speedboat (non inclusa nel prezzo insieme alla tassa di soggiorno). Arrivati al resort…LA MERAVIGLIA! Ci ha accolto Sathees a disposizione per ogni evenienza. Resort di notevoli dimensioni, 2 ristoranti, diversi bar tra cui 2 sulla spiaggia, sabbia bianchissima ovunque anche dentro il ristorante (inutili tacchi, solo ciabattine), palme e tanta pace! La villa sulla spiaggia pulitissima e molto carina, pulizia della camera 2 volte al giorno ( mattina e sera), refil del frigo bar (gratuito) ogni mattina, cortesia del personale ineguagliabile e sempre discreto. C’è la possibilità di fare escursioni sia incluse che a pagamento. Cibo sempre vario ed OTTIMO. Ogni sera nei vari bar organizzano musica dal vivo o dj o spettacoli. Reception 24h e personale pronto ad esaudire ogni desiderio ed esigenza. Nel bar centrale accanto alla reception ogni sera siamo stati letteralmente coccolati da Khusbu e Muiz che con il loro sorriso, la loro gentilezza e soprattutto professionalità hanno fatto si che il servizio fosse sempre IMPECCABILE! Abbiamo festeggiato due compleanni e ci sono state diverse sorprese in camera ed a ristorante per far si che fossero indimenticabili. Ultimo giorno a nostra grande sorpresa, upgrade gratuito in un ocean villa con maggiordomo a disposizione (Mathu e Dilan sempre disponibili, cortesi e professionali) ed upgrade di servizi. Non so davvero trovare una nota negativa a questa vacanza ed al resort…Consiglio solo a tutti di venire a vedere con i propri occhi!

The best thing about this place is the staff, always friendly and helpful. Location is great too and the boat ride was quicker than expected.

I usually don't even write reviews, but since we paid quite a bit of money for our honeymoon, I thought I would list some of the key problems with this resort: You will need to wait a while at the airport, as they try to get as many guests as possible together from the various flights, but boat ride was fairly quick (30min). However, the checkin procedure is far from quick. Everyone sits in the lobby while your passports are being copied, for some reason this process to near to an hour. The food is mediocre at best, lots of the same things and almost no variation. You also get the impression when booking that there are various restaurants, however when you arrive and you have a beach villa and not a Ocean villa, you are told that you cannot use one of the restaurants (apart from 1 night if your stay is over 4 nights). Place needs a refurb seems very tired, especially poor area. Not enough sunbeds (especially near the Beach grill) these are also mostly broken. They let in people with day tickets, this means on two of the days we were there a big group of Danish teenagers that arrived and caused quite a bit of disruption due to heavy drinking, shouting, mess etc. Knowning that people are paying near to or over 10k for this place, its unacceptable. Also some other odd things: we paid the taxes for the resort uppon arrival, we then got into our villa and we were exhausted especially my wife who was 6 months pregant at the time. After finally falling asleep we were then woken up by a phone call at 10pm telling us to come and pay our bill (which I had just paid). Then asleep again, to be awoken by a knock on the door at 10:45PM with a cake saying 'happy honeymoon'. A sweet gesture, but not great timing... Also be aware that it is quite a lot of walking, as you only get the clubcart service when you have the ocean villa, so depending on which villa you have its usually about 1KM (return) walk to get food or the pool. I would add more info but this is the limit.

The resort is very nice, it has beautiful villas, many fields where interested ones can play football, cricket, tennis, etc, nice restaurants with fresh, varied and very tasty food. The staff is very friendly and careful to any need someone may have. Apart from the positive aspects already mentioned, we faced a critical situation with our 1-year baby, that got very sick (he was already sick when we arrived at resort), but his state degraded even more during the stay, and we got all the support from the resort staff: the doctor came at 5 in the morning to see the baby, gave him some medicine, then we decided to go in Male and hospitalize the baby, and the resort provided us a boat, sent the doctor with us to help at the hospital, gave us another person from the staff to take care of us, to book required taxies, to ask the doctors about the health state of the baby, support with the hospitalization papers, etc, all those free of any cost! We were really impressed and highly appreciated their kindness!

Hotel bardzo stary i słabo remontowany. Część wyspy od strony gdzie wieje da się wytrzymać Wycieczki fakultatywne na snoorkling i nurkowanie są bardzo ciekawe. UWAGA na SURFING!!!!!!!! Instruktorzy po 20 minutach zostawili przestraszone dziecko 10 letnie same na falach bez opieki:( dobrze ze byliśmy na łódce i po nią popłynęliśmy. Całą wycieczka czekała na nich godzinę bo postanowili sobie sami we 2 surfować zanim zająć się Klientami. General Manager hotelu po rozmowie wzruszył tylko ramionami i powiedział że wycieki fakultatywne to firmy zewnętrzne współpracujące z ośrodkiem i nic do nich nie ma. Zero odpowiedzialności resortu za jakość obsługi i doświadczenie Klienta. Personel idąc na przykładem General Managera również nie zwraca uwagi na Klientów żyjąc sobie swoim życiem i zajmując się głównie sobą. No ale co się dziwić jak taki przykład idzie z góry.

UWAGA OSZUŚCI!!!!! Hotel sprzedaje się jako 5 gwiazdkowy a w rzeczywistości jest ledwo oficjalnie 4 gwiazdkowy. Świadomie wprowadza Klientów w błąd co jest wprost łamaniem prawa i niedozwolona praktyką sprzedaży internetowej za którą sądy przyznają całkowity zwrot kosztów pobytu. Booking.com pomimo reklamacji nic z tym nie robi uczestnicząc w tej przestępczej praktyce nawet wezwany do usunięcia i zaprzestania tej praktyki nic nie zrobił.

La isla muy muy linda mucha vegetación, cabaña a 20 pasos de tu playa privada. Atencion del personal muy buena, reposición de la heladera cerveza gaseosas free, desayuno almuerzo cena buena variedad con productos básico ( NADA de salmon, quesos, jamón crudo etc ) muy bueno el bar grill en playa ( hamburguesas), y en otro sector de la isla te preparan ricas pizzas

Wi-fi con muy muy mala señal, cancha de tenis en muy mal estado, paletas de pin pong en mal estado,te cobraron el coco 5 dólares ( una vergüenza)el traslado te cobraron 175 dólares c/u, paquete de cigarrillos 37 dólares ( un robo), se desayuna almuerza cena el el mismo salón con piso de arena, el otro resto muy lindo con piso de madera y aire acondicionado pero es solo para las cabañas que dan al agua los de cabaña de playa no podemos entrar, NO ES UN HOTEL 5 estrellas, 4 estrellas le quedaría mejor

Ho soggiornato in una ocean villa con accesso diretto all'atollo; lo snorkeling è stato al di sopra delle aspettative (squali, razze, titan triggerfish, tartarughe...). Il Sunset Restaurant aveva uno dei migliori menu a buffet che abbia mai trovato in un ristorante. La Ocean Villa era strepitosa.

L'intera struttura è un po' orientata verso il turismo kitsch, ma considerato il prezzo relativamente basso se confrontato con altri resort alle Maldive credo che sia inevitabile.

i am not satisfied with my birrhday celebration cake , was promised 500 gm cake but was offered a pastry instead , staff at water sports facility are not very informative thet dont pick up calls saying that phone is not working every time we had to walk to the water sports place to enquire about the tours if they are cancelled no information is given. Not very satisfied with the spa massage.Didnt know that for suba diving we need to book 48 hours bedore flying.Information regarding water sports activities is not given properly.

Location is good and not too far from Velana airport

Guest relations executive Uresh was exceptionally rude and not helpful at all. Tried to force us to change rooms in the middle of the vacation in tactless and aggressive manner. For premium all inclusive there were a lot of things that required extra payments like for example, one meal included in the package in only À la cart restaurant but if you want to order à la cart then that’s extra payment, coconuts paid extra, some of the cocktails from the cocktail bar are charged extra and so on.

Gostei muito do acompanhamento desde o momento em que aterrei no aeroporto até a partida. Foram muito úteis para garantir que a viagem corresse de forma perfeita.

Seria desejável que este tipo de alojamento recebesse manutenção para renovar e preservar suas instalações, a fim de que as condições correspondessem às apresentadas nas fotografias.

Из плюсов : сама вилла хорошая, кормят очень достойно, бар 24/7 работает. Есть несколько рифов глубоких, живые кораллы. Видели мант, мурен, много мелких рыб над неглубокими кораллами, черепах нет. Запросили экскурсию на пляжные виллы, так как есть опыт апгрейда. Пляжные виллы очень уставшие, спуск в море - мелкий, гости с водных вилл приходили плавать к пляжным виллам.

Отель не 5 звезд точно, на букинге ошибка. Твердая 4, не более! Сервис слабоват и не внимателен. Батлеры уставшие и выгоревшие на своей работе. Программу на день выслали один раз все 6 дней. Выход с пляжных вилл к воде не у всех пляжных вилл, много зарослей из деревьев - из-за них не видно море. С нашей стороны острова в море было много травы, что мешает комфортному плаванию. Узкая береговая линия. Приходилось ходить на другую сторону, где не всегда были свободные общие лежаки. Нет возможности все централизовано решить / заказать экскурсии или что- либо узнать от Батлера. Все время надо самому ходить выяснять. Экскурсия на снорклинг переносилась несколько раз, якобы из-за ветра, подходили за полчаса до отправления, сотрудники не знали поплывем или нет, каждый раз бегать туда-сюда надоело.

Beach and the surroundings were wonderful, and the stuff was very friendly.

The food was not great for a 5 star hotel, also the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Not many activities to do around the island. Common area toilets were a disaster not one time I found a clean toilet.

Delay in getting the keys and having our luggage took to the room. Wasn’t allowed to take it ourselves. Also snorkelling trip was cancelled due to strong currents which was understandable however we weren’t told until we arrived for the trip, which meant a wasted day when we only stayed for a few nights. Also more sun beds on the beach as there seemed to be a shortage.

Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. All inclusive plan gave a good selection of dining/ snacks all day. Included activities - boat cruises and kayaking were enjoyable. Lots of good snorkelling.

Soft drinks were watered down. Cost of speedboat transfer is high-$150 pp.

The room was sizeable, clean and there was an outside shower in the bathroom. 2 chairs outside the villa, but no cushions so we didn't use. There are loungers on the beach, but these get taken early. You can snorkel off the shallow beach which was good. One of my closer encounters with a shark (harmless and not Jaws, only the mosquitos liked the taste of me). For a quiet break from everyone, go to the surf beach restaurant. Quiet and hardly anyone there. Great staff, have a beer and a pizza. I haven't surfed for years, so didn't want to have my wife putting my attempts on YouTube for comedy. Good surf made it tempting to entertain the world.

Check in was extremely slow and frustrating. The terrible airport and the entire experience for getting the speedboat was slow, disorganised and late. After a very bumpy journey by speedboat, we had to wait around for check-in which was very slow. I've stayed in thousands of places and this was right up there as a failure. It often is the first interaction with a hotel and after hours of travelling, the last thing you want is slow check in, a endless pointless presentation which would be better off as a welcome pack and having to queue at a cashier office (very last century) to pay for an expensive speedboat and then do it all over again when you leave. I wasn't ever sure why they even had a reception desk as everything was just directing you to someone else. Booking anything required finding someone else including the a la carte restaurant. We couldn't get a table in the restaurant during our stay on any day including my wife's birthday, so we did the BBQ instead. It was OK, but the food was similar to the buffet restaurant. There was live music which was good. However it was expensive for what it was. All prices in the resort are priced in US$ and any extras such as trips are expensive. Toursist tax at US$12 per person per night is not included in the cost of accommodation, but that is true of all resorts in Maldives. All extras such as trips do not include 10% service charge + 12.5% GST.

Beautiful island and resort. Beautiful flora and fauna. Meals at the restaurant were great, lots of variety and themed dinner nights. Room was huge with all the necessary facilities. Stuff was really nice. Clean everywhere. I loved the surprise for our anniversary. The massage studio is something that I recommend. Really affordable services with experienced and polite personal.

It is quiet expensive at the souvenir shops. The resort needs more sunbeds and umbrellas, there is a lack of them and tourists fight over sunbeds all the time. We didn't really had an open beach in front of our Deluxe villa, it was nice, but still not much beach and higher price than the normal beach villa. The host Maram can be more professional, she wasn't really helpful.

The deluxe beach seaview has stunning sunrise view, very spacious room & comfortable beds. Has a nice porch to lounge right at the white sand beach. Room amenities were good with outdoor style shower and toilet. Took all inclusive package, several free flow restaurants/bars serving delicious international f&b around the clock.

It's quite a walk to the restaurants and activity areas. Buggy is available but not many. There's short waiting time for buggy pick-up. No slippers provided, have to request and takes awhile to be delivered. The excursions and spa prices are on the high side.
