Aonang Phu Petra Resort, Krabi - SHA Plus

Este es nuestro segundo año que vamos a Phu Petra Resort. Justo acaba de cambiar de dueños y solo puedo hablar maravillas de este sitio. Empezando por el equipo que trabaja en el. Son todos increíbles y nos hicieron pasar 9 días increíbles. Las compañeros de recepción son los mejores, son atentos , profesionales, humanos y muy divertidos. Nos ayudaron en todo, gestionándonos cualquier cosa que les pedíamos y siempre con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones están genial y encima están renovándolo así que va a quedar mejor si cabe. La ubicación es perfecta, en un entorno maravilloso.Muy agradecidos con todo el equipo sobre todo con la chica de recepción con la que creamos un vínculo tan grande que al irnos se nos cayeron varias lágrimas de la pena. Nos vemos el año que viene🫶🏻😊

The staff were very friendly and trying to help on every encounter. The pool was great. felt like you were out in nature more. Monitor lizards walking about etc. Interconnecting Chalets for our family of 4 were very spacious both in the living area and the bathroom. Short walk to a main road where there were lots of bars and restaurants and also a free 2 hourly shuttle to get the main beach area.

Although we didn’t see many other guests, the chalets we were given were at the back of the property and next to a road. There was greenery to hide this but it could be quite loud when trying to relax in the porch.

Stunning location and pool area. Great room design especially the washroom. Had a great massage from professional masseuse.

I booked the room because it showed a TV available in the room (for my work) and it was not there. And the room I booked didn't match the pictures... stuff seemed worn out and not as aesthetically pleasing, with some things missing. Staff didn't seem to care all that much.

Beautiful peaceful resort and very friendly and helpful staff. Only 5 minutes from the center in taxi. The rooms were very reasonable for low season

The location is a bit far from main road, its dark and scary to walk at night and we got our room at the back near the forest. For our bedroom, the door cannot close at that time. The bath tub is not properly function.

The view of the mountains and the location were good,but that’s about it

The property is very old and feels almost abandoned. The bed was extra hard,the sheets were ripped and stained,the were spider webs on the corners of the bed,the room was very dirty. At the entrance there were a lot of bats which we weren’t aware of and it was a bit scary at the beginning. I felt super uncomfortable so I left the day earlier. I would not recommend it unless it’s the only option.

Staff is great on reception , and also amazing massage lady to the room , professional . Good price for into room massage service .

No comfortable at all , bed and pillows , was hard to fall asleep . No enough hot water for bathtub , with this low season prices , I found another hotels with cheaper prices and much better rooms .

Wenige shuttles, in die Jahre gekommen

Prima locatie, weg van de drukte. Je waant je meer jn de jungle, er waren ochtends zelfs gibbons te horen. De huisjes zijn erg groot met een prima ruime badkamer.

Er is geen ontbijt, dit zou het hotel zoveel aantrekkelijker maken.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed with Phu Petra - we absolutely LOVE it. We share two rooms with an adjoining door with the children, the balcony over looks the karst, which changes in its beauty from morning to night. The staff are gorgeous, we love them all and feel as though they are our Thai family. The rooms are large, clean, we have the room with the super king and the children have a bed each in their room. Spacious clean bathrooms, large balcony with chairs, beautiful pool and grounds filled with flowers. We saw the langur monkeys this time and the hornbills. It is idyllic, please owners buy the plot of land behind the last row of rooms, otherwise a horrible high-rise might go up there and it will ruin the tranquility and peace of Phu Petra.

Nothing the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and home from home. See you again soon :-)

It was set amongst beautiful cliffs and nature , and not too far from the town. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating .

Amazing little place tucked away from the noisy streets. It’s easy to walk into town, and the small shuttle service is really helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the swimming pool is great, surrounded by a lovely garden. A perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

Warm breakfast at the property would be great.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, was uns aber gefallen hat, da es dadurch direkt an Felsen lag und sehr ruhig war. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und die Anlage mit dem Pool und dem Blick auf den Felsen war sehr schön. Insgesamt meiner Meinung nach ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Bad roch etwas muffig und die Zimmer waren bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Snack, der zur Frühstückszeit angeboten wird, kommt leider vollständig in Plastik verpackt und mit Papptellern etc., außerdem gibt es kein Restaurant. Dafür jedoch einige in Laufnähe, auch einen 7/11.

Vue magnifique, reste proche de la ville tout en étant au calme. Chambres spacieuses et propres et personnel très attentif.

Nos decepcionó un poco este hotel, teníamos las expectativas altas, cuando pasaban las limpiadoras a recoger la habitación, ni cambiaban las sábanas ni hacían bien la cama.

- Le cadre est vraiment agréable, l’environnement est beau et reposant - Personnel attentif - Navette gratuite plusieurs fois par jour pour rejoindre le centre

- L’équipement de la chambre est limité et vraiment vétuste (lit dur, serviette de bain taché et troué, pommeau de douche cassé, pas de télé, wifi qui ne fonctionne pas toujours) - L’insonorisation laisse à désirer : on entend facilement les bruits extérieurs et des autres chambres. De plus, la climatisation est très bruyante - L’absence de restaurant sur place est dommage et oblige à se déplacer pour les repas

It’s set a beautiful setting and away from the hustle and bustle.

Considering what you pay for this, it’s well worth the money that could do with a little bit more of an upgrade .

Very specious and clean

Die größten Bungalows, die ich in Asien bisher hatte. Die Aussicht am Pool direkt unter den Felsen. Weitgehend ruhig (manche Bungalows an der Straße eher nicht). Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage weg vom Trubel in Aonang, mit dem Moped aber in wenigen Minuten mittendrin.

keine Sonnenschirme, das ist für Thailand doch eher ungewöhnlich.

Ruhig und mitten in der Natur

Leider hatten wir zwei französische Familien die den Pool komplett für sich vereinnahmt haben und daraus ein Spieleparadies gemacht haben.

I loved the view, the pool, and the staff. They also had scheduled shuttle service that they offered and motorbike rentals.

No breakfast included, my door was broken and it was a struggled to get it closed (they came and looked at it and told me I just needed to push harder) it was a constant struggle. Also, they make it so that you have to take the keys every time you want to leave and lock your room which turns your AC off, in hot weather not very ideal to comeback to a hot room. Not many amenities offered. Pool was closed by 7pm which if you ask me that’s a little too soon given most people are at the beach during the day and want to get in the pool in the evening.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich wie alle Bewertungen schon sagen in die Jahre gekommen und etwas ,,ausgestorben“ Man hat nur noch ein Rezeption und sonst ist nichts mehr los. Die Häuser sind an sich wirklich schön und geräumig und der Pool ist auch klasse. Man hat sie Möglichkeit mit einem Shuttle in die ,Stadt“ zu kommen - Fußweg von 10 Minuten tut es aber auch. Man ist von der eigenen Hauptstraße etwas entfernt und bekommt vom Trubel nichts mit. Der nächste 7 Eleven ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Man hat die Möglichkeit Roller auszuleihen, wobei der Herr der da kommt, eher unfreundlich ist. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind aber nett!

Très grande chambre avec une agréable salle de bain. Piscine plutôt grande et super jolie vue. Possibilité de louer un scooter a l’hôtel.

Le lit était très inconfortable, pas de restauration sur place et très peu de choix au niveaux des boissons.

El peor hotel en el que hemos estado. La habitación estaba sucia, las sábanas rotas, nos hemos encontrado bastantes bichos, entre ellos, una cucaracha, el colchón durísimo. Las toallas desprendían un olor horrible. Pusimos una reclamación a Booking el primer día, y el hotel hizo una supuesta limpieza profunda, cambio de toallas… Pero después su servicio de limpieza, supuestamente es de 9 a 16h, dos días, llegamos a las 17h y no habían limpiado, creo que si un cliente se te queja de la limpieza, de las toallas… debes limpiar su habitación de las primeras, no dejarla para el final. El wifi en la habitación no funciona, la zona de la entrada también está muy sucia. Les avisamos que nos íbamos pronto y nos dijeron que iba a haber alguien en recepción, pero allí no apareció nadie en media hora. Está lejos de la zona principal, es complicado que los grabs/bolt te recojan en hora punta. Lo único bueno, la piscina. En resumen, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Het zwembad is erg mooi en schoon. De huisjes zijn heerlijk. Goed bed. En prachtig uitzicht. Je zit echt in de rust van het drukke Ao Nang. Personeel is heel behulpzaam. Je kan vanaf het hotel een scooter huren die ze komen brengen en weer ophalen. Ga absoluut eten bij Ton Ma Yom, op loopafstand van het hotel. Ik las de laatste tijd wat reviews over dat het verouderd was, maar dat herken ik totaal niet!

En pleine nature, vue incroyable, personnel gentil et attentionné. Propre.

The view from the pool is amazing! It’s setback from the hustle & bustle of the Main Street, only a 10 min walk away. We did use the free shuttle service whilst here. Very peaceful waking up to the sound of the birds & monkeys calling.

It’s looking very tired & dated in some areas, and in the rooms themselves, & could do with a spruce up. No parasols around the pool area, & a shortage of sun loungers, they need to get rid of the horrible wood flatbed loungers which had no cushions on them.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel in idealer Lage. Ao Nang ist zwar sehr voll und touristisch, doch im Hotel selbst bekommt man davon nichts mit und ist trotzdem schnell mitten im Geschehen. Der Pool ist wirklich toll! Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer keinen großen Luxus oder viel Schnickschnack braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
