Very friendly people and the place is comfortable

Very nice place it is a stand alone villa with great privacy and nice morning view of the garden, children had a nice time playing in the garden, beds were very comfy we had a great sleep. Swimming pool is 3 min walk, beach is 8 min walk, market is 2 min walk, everything you need is around you. Spacious for families.

Number of beds is very good

Cleanliness is 2/10 max. Tap water is salty and smells very weird. So many things around the chalet need renovation and changing like water taps, kitchen cabinets are damaged and broken and also very dirty. The whole chalet was very dusty including tables and walls and windows. The only cleaning that happend was for the floor using plain watrr and it felt like nothing. I had to clean the whole place by myself with the help of someone working for the owners and still did not feel comfortable nor relaxed. I liked the beach but I didnt like the chalet.

The beach is not nearby. It’s like 10 minutes of walking,2/3 minutes by the car.

The Chalet is nice and big with a nice garden.

It wasn't clean at all. It's not really close to the beach where you allowed to go to the water, it close to a beach but only sitting there and not allowed to go to the water, (it was during October, i don't know if during the season in summer if it's allowed or not).

Excellent Location: The village is very well located — close to Marina and New Alamein — and surrounded by everything you might need. Honestly, you may not even need to leave the village! Restaurants, supermarkets, and bike rentals are all within walking distance. Nice Environment: There's plenty of greenery throughout the village, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The garden has a lovely swing, which added a nice touch to the outdoor space. Water Activities: We enjoyed having access to both a clean pool and a beautiful lagoon, which were great options for relaxing and swimming. Great Facilities: The air conditioner and refrigerator were brand new — still had the stickers on them — and worked perfectly, adding real comfort to our stay. Responsive Staff & Owner: Any issues were resolved quickly. Ahmed, from the team, was very supportive and ready to help whenever needed. The owner was also extremely helpful and cooperative, always making sure we had what we needed. They even provided us with visitor cards, which made access easier and more convenient.

Chalet Essentials: The chalet was spacious and well laid out. Kitchen utensils were limited, and while pillows and bed linens were available, they need more attention in terms of cleanliness or quality. Storage and Furniture: Some wardrobes were not clean, and a few had damaged or broken sections, which made us hesitant to unpack. The bed covers, and baskets could use upgrading for improved comfort. Water Quality: The water was salty — possibly to avoid frequent cuts — and we had to use bottled water for brushing teeth and making food, which was a bit inconvenient.

أسوأ تجربة لى .. انا حجزت شالية 3 اوض مكيفين 3 تكيبفات زى ما هيه كاتبه على العنوان .. وصلت لقيت الشالية ريحته وحشة جداااا كأنه معطن والثلاجة مش شغاله والتكييف واحد بس اللى شغال والاتنين التانيين مش شغالين والميه الموجوده ميه الرى مالحه وبتلهب العين .. كلمتها بعد 4 ساعات واالمياة فى الفريزر سخنه زى ما هيه وكنت شارية حاجات متلجة وردها كان اهدى بس واقعدى ارتاحى الأجهزة معروف مبتشتغلش فى الحر !!!! عرضت ديب فريزر بابه مكسور كنا ساندينه بكرسى ... كلمتها بليل قالتلى انتى لقيتى حاجات كويسه فيه ناس مبتلاقيش حاجة خالص !!!!! والميه ديه ميه آبار.. طلبنا منها نشحن الكارت عشان الميه الحلوة المسئول قال إنها رفضت ... لغاية تانى يوم طبعا مفيش حاجة اشتغلت والمسئول فى المكان نكلمه ييجى بالعافية لأنه مش عارف يعمل حاجة .. هيه عايزة الوضع يمشى كده وخلاص ... تانى يوم بعتت لها واضطرينا نحجز day use فى اوتيل عشان الولاد يعرفوا يناموا وبستحموا..وجابت واحد يصلح الثلاجة هو نفسه كان مستنكر فكرة اننا نأجر شاليه نصيف ونقعد نستقبل العمال نصلح فيه .. عمرى ما قابلت على booking حاجة كده ابداااا بقالى 10 سنين بحجز من عليه ... بوظت علينا المصيف بقينا نخرج من الصبح نروح مارينا ونستحمى فى الشارع ونرجع على النوم مضطرين. لغاية لما مشينا 6 ايام والتكييف مش شغاال والميه وحشة . تجربة سيئة جدااااا متمناش أى حد يمر بيها .

Honestly, amazing value for the price. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and everything from the beach to the whole village atmosphere felt just right. The host was super friendly and quick to respond when anything came up. I really enjoyed my stay and I’m 100% planning to come back more than once!

Great location 2 min to the sea 1 min to the super market. Chalet got everything you need. Would love to book here again

I had an enjoyable trip at a good price. Although I didn't have direct contact with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, who handed me the keys, was very polite and respectful. He ensured everything was well set up for us and frequently offered assistance throughout our stay. The price was reasonable compared to other units. The villa is spacious, with plenty of beds (suitable for 10 people), and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The villa is well-equipped with quality furniture and electronic appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine, TV, air conditioners, and fans). Resort: There are several markets, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby, offering everything you might need at reasonable prices (around 0-15% higher than regular prices).

The cleanliness of the villa was lacking, especially in the bathrooms and closets. Kitchen utensils were very dirty; luckily, we brought our own. The AC in the reception area was not working. However, the other three ACs functioned well, with one being brand new. Privacy in the garden is not the best. There is no fence around the villa, and while short trees are used to provide some coverage, they don’t fully ensure privacy in the outdoor area. The rooms' lighting was poor. Resort: Beach access requires a fee, and at times, they insist you rent an umbrella. The beach is about 90% rocky. Tap water is slightly salty, which is common in the North Coast. You'll need to buy mineral water for drinking and cooking.

The staff and the owner were helpful and nice, the chalet is spacious, and every room has an AC equipped, the garden is clean and private, and the atmosphere is good

The bathrooms and kitchen facilities may need some work

The chalet is very nice in terms of big space, number of beds and nice garden. The location is also great as near the beach and the market area. There is a quick help from the property management whenever needed. The chalet is located in Lotus village and inside the village there are 2 hypermarkets, pharmacy and several restaurants with wide places for customers to set and enjoy their meals. Also several play areas for kids.

The facility is well furnitured and there was large spaces to move, especially the garden area. The challet is almost as in the pictures, which reflects the honesty of the owner the owner is very decent and reacted immediately, trying to fix any popup issues, she compensate me for an additional night for free, which was very nice from her.

Some devices were not working and need to be fixed like AC in reception, washing machine.. However, as mentioned, the owner is very decent, friendly and reacting immediately, trying to fix all issues. Overall experience 9/10.

Very clean and comfortable chalet The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect. Finally have to mention the view, it was beautiful. The images on Booking.com are very accurate!

Need to adjust electricity and the second bathroom but it's ok at all.

Place was very dirty and far away from being clean. Insects were all over the place and bed sheets were very dirty. I didn't like the experience at all.
