A bit tight in space between furniture yo walk around but not a big deal for a one person (or two). Also, not sure about the space up in the attic. I did not use.

There is no reception. Contact is virtually impossible especially if you don’t have access to a telephone The fire alarm went off twice during my stay at 6am in the morning and it took several hours for someone to come and turn it off. My room was on the ground floor facing the street so I could not open my curtains for six days. Moreover drunken people used the street every night yelling g and screaming between 12pm- 4:30am

El sofá-cama no estaba limpio. Hubo algún insecto que las 3 noches de mi estancia me produjo picaduras y reacción alérgica. Cada vez que dormía en él despertaba llena de picaduras teniendo que acudir a urgencias en el hospital. Al revisar las sábanas se dejaban ver bichitos negros por todas ellas. Se comunicó al apartamento y respuesta que me dieron no fue la esperada.

The room was clean, comfortable and fully met our expectations. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities and a location that worked very well for us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Bardzo dobry i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji Porto. Dobre śniadania w pobliskiej restauracji.
Parking około 400 metrów od apartamanetu (nie można też podjechać pod aparatament i wyładować walizek ponieważ droga jest zamknięta). Całość korespondencji i zameldowania odbywa się przez system. W przypadku zapytania o możłliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania kontakt był tylko wirualny z systemem obsługującym apartamenty.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Sin palabras, superó totalmente mis expectativas, cogimos el apartamento entero y resulta que eran 3 pisos parecía un chalet, las habitaciones super amplias todo muy limpio, la televisión moderna, todo genial. La ubicación excelente ya que por el precio al estar tan bien situado me parece muy asequible y más con todo lo que está equipado. El check in fue muy simple y eso se agradece siempre.
Lo único malo es que no hay parking al estar situado en el centro de Porto, recomiendo el parking Saba yo intenté reservarlo mediante la web pero me terminó saliendo más caro, como hay mucha gente tienes que esperar un poco a que salgan coches para que dejen plazas libres, el día cuesta 40€ y es mejor pagarlo cuando te vayas que reservarlo por web.

The shower spills water, there’s a construction failure there, and it is impossible to avoid all the water flooding out. There was no wiper to clean that mess. There was a fire alarm at 1am, al the people came out, we called the provided home but no one answered, there wasn’t even an option for emergencies. Another guest from another apartment called his host and a technician came 30m after, and solved what apparently was a false alarm.

Hacia mucho tiempo que no quedaba tan satisfecho con una reserva; y seguirá siendo espectacular incluso con un coste un 50% superior!!!

No tiene un dormitorio separado del resto de instalaciones del apartamento. La cama, el sofá cama, el salón y la cocina están en el mismo sitio. No se ofrece así en la publicidad y lleva sin duda a equivocación. Cuatro personas conviviendo en 20 metros cuadrados es excesivo.

Fizemos uma reserva para um "estúdio com sofá cama" desta empresa na Rua 31 de Janeiro. Na reserva era referido que o pequeno almoço estava incluído. Às 19:40 do dia anterior à nossa chegada recebemos uma mensagem a informar que a reserva tinha sido cancelada. Não tendo nós pedido o cancelamento, perguntei qual a razão para o mesmo. Como resposta recebi apenas a informação que "Analisamos sua reserva e garantimos que você receba uma mensagem sobre o problema. Não foi possível acomodá-lo no limehome original, então você foi realocado para outro limehome em Porto." Os contactos que tivemos com a empresa foram muito insatisfatórios. Recebemos poucas explicações sobre o motivo da alteração da reserva e nenhuma informação sobre as diferenças entre o apartamento originalmente reservado e o alojamento alternativo. Também não nos foi esclarecida qualquer diferença de preço. Num tempo tão limitado não nos era possível conseguir uma alternativa, pelo que fomos obrigados a aceitar a alteração. O quarto não tinha sequer uma mesa ou uma cadeira. O isolamento acústico era muito fraco, com bastante ruído da rua durante toda a noite. Além disso, as cortinas não fechavam correctamente, deixando entrar a luz da rua e dificultando o descanso. Não havia pequeno almoço. A nossa reserva foi para um apartamento muito mais simpático, numa rua muito mais calma. No final, ficámos com a sensação de ter sido enganados, não apenas pela substituição do alojamento, mas sobretudo pela falta de transparência, de comunicação e de explicações por parte da empresa. Pagámos por um apartamento e acabámos alojados num quarto, sem qualquer explicação prévia ou ajuste de preço.

The fire alarm activated when we were there, my wife was told someone had been smoking on the bottom floor.She tried to call the reception, the phone in the room didn’t work, the phone in the foyer didn’t work and the iPad was locked. After about 20-30 minutes a man turned up and silenced it - you should probably review your fire safety notices so your guests have someone to contact

The highlight was the beautiful terrace with its amazing views - it was the perfect place to relax, especially in the morning and at sunset. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling peaceful. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff and hosts were professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire experience, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Great location, quiet neighborhood. Good condition, but not mint. All needed appliances and utensils are available in the kitchen. Air conditioning in the room. When the room door failed to open, a technician came within 30 minutes and fixed it (changed a battery in a lock).
The bathroom door has swollen and is hard to close. Water from the shower splashes outside on the floor. Pillows might be larger, but in general they're fine.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026It was bright, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was perfect in comfort- soft but still supportive. We only stayed for 3 nights, but would’ve enjoyed staying longer with plenty of storage and a well equipped kitchen. The location is amazing! So close to the station, easy to walk to see all the typical Porto things, but quiet. The room was in fact very quiet, we didn’t hear anything in the hallway or above us. The elevator was wonderful- I knew I was going to be leaving alone with my 2 suitcases and 3 bags and didn’t want to carry downstairs alone, and the elevator was so nice. Check in was easy via the website. In addition, of 3 weeks in Europe and 5 different places stayed- this air conditioning was by far the most efficient. It cooled the space beautifully without having to run constantly, even in the heat. It was nice to actually be comfortable and cool when sleeping. It would’ve been lovely to open the windows as well if the weather was cooler, but the heat limited that to hanging out laundry to finish drying.
I guess a rack and clothespins to hang things to dry would’ve been nice but we made due. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Good size, clean and modern with all necessary facilities. Quiet. Good showeroom. Very central and easy to walk to many restaurants and sights.
The booking process for check-in was entirely digital and requires high level ID (passport photo included). Whilst it went smoothly the consequences of any problems seemed a little daunting as the check-in codes were not released until 10 minutes before official check-in time. But things did go ok and so it was problem free.

Mejor dos camas de 90 en la parte superior que el sofá abierto abajo, por espacio. El sofá era cómodo

Нет четкого ответа, когда просишь раньше заехать и приходится просто ждать недалеко от квартиры с вещами, но в то время, когда тебе сказали, что теоретический заезд будет возможен, ты тоже не получаешь никакой обратной связи и потом просто в 15.00 приходит код и все. Если заранее понимать, что не будет ответа, мы хотя бы вещи оставили в камере хранения и пошли гулять подальше.

There was no bedding for the third person which is very inconvenient. No sheets, no pillowcases or blanket covers. Other than that everything was very good.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026The location and the size of the room. It also had some nice utilities like a fully equipped kitchen.
The shower drain was not draining properly which caused the bathroom to flood. From the damage in the floor this is a frequent occurrence. With the flooded bathroom we were not able to properly use it and we had to take very quick showers to avoid more flooding. We contacted the support team but they were not available to come while we were there which was disappointed. They should have a team ready to fix these type of situations.
