Myndirnar passa ekki, sagt að það sé skápur eða eitthvað til fötin manns, en nej það var ekkert, Eldhús alveg viðbjóður, skítugt frá top til tá, bara einsog útigangs hús.

For det første svarede billederne på hjemmesiden ikke overens med virkeligheden! Der var ingen topmadras på sengene, så man lå på fjedrene på madrassen. Der var ikke gjort rent støvsuget eller vasket gulv og det lå plasticaffald på gulvet under stolen + at der var meget støv på kanten af stolen og gulvet var fyldt med snavs. Der var heller ikke oplyst at det kostede 185 kr at parkere opkrævning fra EasyPark, det er første gang jeg ikke har fået oplyst denne ekstra P-udgift. Vil også lige oplyse om at de pulverslukker der var placeret i tilfælde af brand ikke har været tjekket siden 2012 og det ikke var tryk på dem, så de ville overhovedet ikke virke i en skarp situation. Rimeligt katastrofalt…..

The room was a good size and the location was very close to the city center which was good. The room was also clean and check-in and check-out was contactless. There's also good supermarket options close by, as well as food trucks right outside the door.

Public toilet and shower (which I did not use because it wasn't clean enough for my standards) Bad parking options. The parking lot was a dirt parking with very big bumps which made my car scrape, and parking was around 60dkk an hour. I ended up parking 20 minutes away on foot on the street No trash can in the room Check-in was difficult. The staff didn't give me the code for the door and I had to call and text multiple times until they realized their mistake. The price is too high for what the room was, I've had bigger & better rooms in Odense and Aarhus for 2 people, for a lower price than I paid for this room for 1 person. It is not worth 400kr/night in my opinion. It's worth around 250kr/night

Pas grand chose; des situations comme celle-ci n'arrive pas souvent, heureusement..

Pas d’accueil et arrivée dans l’appartement assez difficile car je n'ai pas su entrer dans l'immeuble avec les informations communiquée! Dans l’email il était noté une série d’information (numéro de l'immeuble, N° de serrure électronique, n° de boite à clé); j'avais bon les introduire mais les portes ne s'ouvraient pas; les locataire présent devant ont essayer de les entrée mais rien n'en fit..; j'ai téléphoné au propriétaire mais il n'a pas répondus; il m'a ensuite envoyé in sms avec les bonnes informations cette fois; heureusement que je suis tombé sur un locataire sympathique qui m’a renseigne car il fallait savoir qu'il y'avait 4 immeuble..! Il n’y avait pas de salle de bain dans l’étage où je me trouvais, ni toilette, j’ai dû chercher pour la trouver, finalement il y’en avait une à l’étage inférieur (1er étage), où j’ai pu prendre une douche dans des conditions déplorable ; la grille par où s’écoule les eaux était bouchée par des poils qui avaient l’air d’être là depuis quelques jours ; la salle de douche était sale, il y’avait de la moisissure dans les coins du sol ! Les toilettes étaient très sales et non entretenus, la cuvette des toilettes était à vomir ; l’évier était également sale avec des couches de poussières et des poils avec des traces jaunes d’eau stagnante (voir les photos) ; Dans l’étage où je me trouvais il y’avait 10 chambres, pourquoi le propriétaire n’a-t-il pas consacré une chambre pour en faire une salle de bain et une autre pour en faire la cuisine; à cause de cela, j'ai du aller à l’étage du bas avec ses toute mes affaires, ce qui est vraiment inconfortable. Le propriétaire possède 4 immeubles ce n’est pas l’argent qui lui manque.., avec les rentrées d'argent à 29nchambres par immeubles, faite le compte.., d’autant plus que beaucoup de chambre sont des dortoirs..

Der var ikke nogen nøgle i nøgleboksen. Der boede kun udenlandske mænd- super søde, men kan også være utrygt, når man kommer alene som ung kvinde. Jeg blev heldigvis lukket ind i lejligheden efter 30min af en mand, som boede der - selvom der efter sigende ikke boede andre i lejligheden?🤔 Hertil var bad og badeværelse ikke rengjort

Central location only one minute walk from nearest tram stop. Good communal facilities. Rooms are a reasonable size. Good value for money.

It’s pretty loud at night time particularly on weekends.

It was very dirty and messy. It needs to be cleaned urgently. If they take care of the cleaning, it will be a very preferred place.

The room is cold and damp, there is an unpleasant smell everywhere, everything is shabby, the bed is covered in dirty disgusting stains, BEDBUGS!!! The toilet stinks, the shower is terrible, I didn't even wash myself (thanks to my friends, I took a shower at their place). Very bad experience, I don't recommend it, there should be a sanitary and epidemic station there.

The location of the accommodation is close to the city center. If you like the hostel charm, you will also like the accommodation. The furnishings are basic and a bit dated, the rooms are very bright. Communication with the staff was only possible via the Booking.com app, but they responded promptly and in a friendly manner. However, an invoice has not yet been issued despite repeated requests. What a pity!
