Verstopte afvoer in badkamer wasbak en veel kalkaanslag op de kranen waardoor alles minder fris en schoon oogde

Geen mail met de code ontvangen, hierover meerdere keren moeten bellen. Eindelijk de mail ontvangen kon niet ingecheckt worden ivm met onbetaalde rekening. Erg slordig aangezien ik het bedrag 5 februari betaald heb en een proof of payment heb geappt.Appartement niet goed schoon. Kookplaat was vies en de vloer vol met kruimels. Meerdere keren moeten bellen over het niet werken van de TV. Gedurende het weekend meerdere personen geholpen met inchecken door het ontbreken van duidelijke incheck instructiie. Waarvan 1 's nachts om half twee. Dus al met al was het toch teleurstellend ondanks dat het een pracht appartement is.

De eerste keer kwamen we makkelijk binnen met de code die we gekregen hadden, maar toen we ‘S nachts thuiskwamen niet meer. Heel vervelend. We hebben gebeld en na een hoop gedoe toch een sleutel ergens uit een kluisje kunnen halen. In de ochtend bleek dat het code kastje met ducktape was geplakt en het bakje met de batterijen was op de grond gevallen. Weer even contact gehad via de App en alles is opgelost.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Me and my family enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit. The bed was super nice to rest on and the show was phenomenal. The apartment has a very modern and comfortable feeling.
We did not like the neighbours making loud noises and heavy stepping, and, what sounded like furniture being dragged.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Het is een heel ruim appartement en volledig uitgerust. En vpor de prijs echt heel netjes. Fijne bedden (iets zacht maar prima geslapen). Stil, weinig geluid van de straat, je hoort wel iets van de gasten boven je maar die waren ook rustig. Appartement was best schoon. En superfijn dat je je fietsen in een berging kunt zetten
Er zijn wel wat slordigheden die makkelijk opgelost kunnen worden. Met iets minder bleek schoonmaken en ook handdoeken met bleekvlekken weg doen. De vaatwasser zat nog vol met niet echt schoongeworden vaat, nog een keer gedraaid maar apparaat werkt niet goed. En ik zou plakplastic tegen de ramen doen zodat de jaloezieen open kunnen en je toch privacy hebt

Reviewed May 15, 2025Apartment is very spacious, well decorated, new furniture, big tv, with everything we needed. Located at the center, but not very busy. Staff accessible all times, very polite, friendly and attentive.
When we arrived the apartment was not properly clean. They apologised immediately and provided a new cleaning of the apartment for the next day. Nevertheless, the apartment needs a deep cleaning: kitchen cabinets, walls, trash bin,… and not just the regular fast cleaning between guests.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2023Nice and clean. Very convenience for those travel without car as surrounding full of stores and dine-in restaurant. If travel with car, there is a good spot to get your car park nearby which cost you about 1.5/hr which considering good price in Netherlands. Love this place and only downside is the bed too soft which depends on individual so nothing to complain. Thanks for the host to arrange for the trash collection help.

Reviewed May 3, 2023Cozy large bright flat. The street is a pedestrian zone, so it was very quiet. 2 car parks (open and underground) within a 5 minute walk. After a week of travelling we were very pleased with the availability of a washing machine and dryer.
As for me, the mattresses were very soft. Otherwise, everything else is on a decent level.
