The location is a little grimy. Bums sleeping on the sidewalk in the middle of the day. Apartments facing the street have literally thousands of cars passing by downhill and screeching brakes 24/7. The apartments on the first floor have decent glass so the noise isn´t terrible, but you never get a break from the energy of the cars. 4th floor apartments actually feel the noise a bit more. It seems that there is only one person actually physically working at the property, so if you need something fixed or looked at it´s not very efficient. The coffee maker wasn´t working and we we´re told that it would be replaced but it never happened. We just ended up pouring hot water through the filter manually.
