Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Beautiful view of the sea. Pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the tide come in when the weather is not too hot. Really enjoyed the nice sea breeze.
•unit only have plates. Would have been nice to have some bowls to eat our takeaway dinner (mee and meehoon soup) •Beach only accessible during low tide. Quite disappointing.

It was a very old building very stinky and unclean and spooky. The bed had bed bugs, the AC wasn’t good enough for the entire unit and most importantly there is no WIFI which is surprising.

Мне абсолютно ничего не понравилось, фотографии не соответствовали реальности. Приехал ночью ни света ни ресепшена не было общался то по WhatsApp. Страшно, грязно, безлюдно. Вообщем фууу вспоминать даже не хочу.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Dh banyak kali repeat booking time cuti. Suka view dan balcony yang sangat selesa dan bersih. Kelengkapan memasak ada. Cuma kalau boleh tambah mangkuk dan sudip. Kalau tambah nexflix tanpa wifi pun cun hehehe , boleh pakai wifi sendiri. (Astro Njoy) Sahaja ya. Apa pun , tetap akan repeat bila dtg bercuti ke PD

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The flat has a lot of space and an amazing unobstructed sea view. All was clean and owner initially communicated well with provid8ng clear directions on getting into the property. Plenty of parking freely available You will need a car or motorbike as Grab is not widely available.
Once we got into the property we were asked by the owners to let them know of this. As part of notifying them we also queried if there was any wifi available and any pots or pans which seemed to be the only kitchen items missing. We had no response from the owners or the staff who had previously been in contact, which is a shame. The property listing does not mention wifi, which was our oversight, however not responding to queries was disappointing, particularly when it was obvious on WhatsApp that my message had been read. The TV appears to have a sat box however despite trying my best to change the source the TV remained on the home screen and I could not use it. For 1 night it made no difference, just a FYI. We also had no toilet paper in the flat. There are no local convenience stores so be mindful of bringing enough water for your stay. These were all just minor inconvenience which all could have been rectified through some communication.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026It is an apartment, Pemandangan bila air pasang waktu petang dan awal pagi, cantik.sangat...☺️. Air pasang awal pagi, dan waktu petang. Dari bilik pun ada pemandangan laut..🩷 Kebersihan terjaga. Semua berfungsi dengan baik. Kemudahan solat untuk muslim... Plug extension pun ada. Macam tak payah bawak apa2 dah. Ada microwave, petisejuk pun ok. Tak jauh dari pasar malam hari sabtu. Jalan akan sibuk sikit hari tu. Nak pergi pasar malam biar petang2 sikit 5.30, tak sibuk..
Only the matress sheets... Jalan jauh sikit, kena ingat floor,, tapi takpe, ada pak guard tiap pintu masuk apartment. Agak sunyi.. but it is ok.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da zum Kochen und sich ausbreiten, jedoch der Geruch der Putzmittel war super intensiv und ich habe ihn nicht rausbekommen, selbst mit Räucherstäbchen und Düften war der Putzgeruch sehr penedrant.
Es war sehr schwierig die Wohnung zu finden, ich hatte kein Datenvolumen und fand die Wohnung nur, weil mir meine Grab Fahrerin geholfen hat und die Unterkunft angerufen hat. Es war keine Person vor Ort, die mir das ganze zeigte und indem das Gebäude sehr groß ist mit verschiedenen Liften und Parteiien war es mega kompliziert die richtige Türe zu finden

The AC is tricky to turn on, with no instructions. It Smelled like mothballs when we entered. Access is also a little tricky, with two elevators and confusing floor numbers. It’s not near any restaurants but we ordered Grab delivery and ate on the balcony, which was very nice.

Mohon pemilik untuk basuh toto dan bantal pada almari kerana selepas menggunakan, badan suami naik bintik-bintik merah dan gatal. Apapun yang lain semua ok.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Smutsig och ofräscht ingen som kom och städade rummet under hela min vistelse där jag bad dom flera gånger om att få det städat men till slut så kom ett en som ställde lite efter jag hade spillt ut vätska på golvet då kunde dom till slut komma och städa bara just det som va blött.

Easy access to the beach but the beach is not in good condition for swimming. Kinda smelly n dirty water. I bring kids and elderly people. I had to travel to another place for water activities. The bed was too high. So I had to separate the matress from the bed for my elderly people.. And it bcm an issue after checkin out. (they deposited back the deposit but Informed us, they had to owe extra rm20 to arrange back the bed accordingly. Its kinda disappointing both parties)

Poor service. Spoilt jug kettle. Damaged front door. Pigeons dropping. Noises. A really annoying vibrating noise from the unit above keep you awake all night. A complaint was not attended to properly and just ignored. A previous rating does not reflect any things good at all.
