On our first morning there was construction happening directly in front of our window and room without any warning or information before so we could not plan ahead either. They were painting and we had breakfast in our room and couldn't use the Terrasse. The builders could also look directly into our room while working.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Beautiful view of mountains and some of the ocean. The balcony and outdoor kitchen are great. The kitchen has basic cooking supplies which was really helpful. The couple invited us to tea our first night and we had an incredible view of the ocean from their beautiful living space. We stayed go Christmas Eve and they brought us some Christmas chocolates. They were so sweet! The WiFi was strong and the room was very comfortable. The air conditioning was strong and relaxing!

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Un accueil adorable, un cadre cosy et leur gentillesse naturelle font de ce lieu un petit paradis. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont fait toute la différence. Quant à leur présence conviviale et bienveillante, elle m'a fait sentir comme à la maison. Dès le premier jour, j'ai été touchée par leur chaleur humaine et leur désir de rendre mon passage inoubliable. Pour tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour joyeux et authentique, foncez les voir ! Reviewed Nov 14, 2025Le logement est récent (ou alors bien entretenu), il y a de quoi garer la voiture (toujours appréciable à Maurice). Les propriétaires sont très réactifs par message et toujours prêts à vous rendre service.
Il manque une clim ou une aération, la chambre est très humide, nous laissions pourtant les baies ouvertes toute la journée même lorsque nous n'étions pas là mais cela ne suffisait pas.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Mélissa et Fabien sont des hôtes ayant le sens de l'hospitalité et qui n'hésiteront pas à vous aider et vous conseiller. Le studio est propre, idéalement situé (à 10 min en voiture du Morne notamment) et le cadre est reposant. Vous vous y sentirez bien !

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025La hospitalidad y cada detalle de los dueños. Me sentí como en casa. Café, té, conversación, recomendaciones… Los dueños viven arriba y me ayudaron en todo momento. Instalaciones, en general, muy bien. Terraza propia. El baño impecable. Ubicación muy buena, a pie 3 min a la playa y 4 a la estación de buses. Volvería, sin ninguna duda!

Reviewed Jun 16, 2024Good location of the place, in calm and local area of Baie du Cap, outside of tourists resorts, still close to the beach. The rooms are located downstairs of a one family house, with nice garden view and access to open-air kitchen. Owners were very welcoming and friendly, helpful with all questions. Totally recommended this place if you do not like crowds or need some relax.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2024The room and building are modern, especially for Mauritius standards. The location is nice and quiet and I felt safe at all times. Highlight of the stay are the hosts! They are so welcoming and making sure that you have a lovely stay. I can definitely recommend this accommodation.
A great addition would be an AC in the room for even more comfort.
