El baño necesita una reforma, la cisterna pierde agua todo el día, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y no hay ningún armario en ninguna de las 3 habitaciones, no hemos podido deshacer las maletas.

Excellent location

Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Der Kamin bringt zusätzliche Gemütlichkeit in den Wohnraum.

Die Wohnung war mal sehr schön, leider ist vieles abgenutzt. Die Deckenlampe in einem Schlafzimmer hing nur am Kabel und neben der Toilette bildete sich regelmäßig Wasser. Es kam auch nach der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter keine Reaktion dazu.

Well priced and in a good location, close to shops

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Bedding had a sour smell like it hadn’t been dried properly (all the bedrooms therefore smelled), the shower head flopped around and we had to tie a plastic band around it to hold it in place and there was no coffee provided. Photos definitely make the place seem nicer than it is.

Dobra lokalizacja (jak ktoś chętny to można z buta wszystko ogarnąć), darmowy parking, duża łazienka (ale z małą kabiną prysznicową).

Dużo usterek, a to brak światła, a to przeciekająca spłuczka aż nalot w muszli, a to wyciek pod zlewem w kuchni, wentylator w łazience dziwne pracuje. Pod prysznicem odpływ bez osłony, woda odpływała słabo bo został zablokowany odpływ nakrętką od szamponu/żelu - wystarczyło wyjąć (już był nalot od mydła, więc tam chwilę leżało) - ten kto sprząta nie widzi? Z resztą "Domestos" mogłby być wlany w ten odpływ bo widać syf. A może ten ktoś nie sprząta, bo kurzu też trochę jest, nawet na podłodze. Mała kabina prysznicowa. Przy łóżkach brakowało gniazdek. Okna salonu są na południowy zachód, nie można też ich otworzyć na całą szerokość, więc przy wysokich temperaturach, jakie ostatnio były jest tam po prostu gorąco, a klimatyzacji brak. Garnki up.....ne tzn brudne - przypalone, porysowane. Trzeba było jakoś chociaż jeden ogarnąć. Pozostawione krzesło z uszkodzoną nogą, jakby ktoś usiadł to by spadł i mogliby zrobić sobie krzywdę. Sorry, ale to są rzeczy, które nie powstały "dziś" czy "wczoraj". To są zaniedbania z dłuższego okresu. Więc idzie to w komentarzu, a nie do wiadomości.

The location is very convenient with 2 bus stops less 500meters away and walking distance to Arctic Cathedral. The apartment is very cozy and the beds are super soft. Kitchen is complete with kitchenwares we were able to cook as eating out is kinda pricey in Tromso :)

Theres only 1 toilet/ bathroom. For a big group like us its difficult to have one bathroom to use.

It was clean, quiet and close to lot of attractions in Tromso. The host was very responsible and made sure our stay was great. The property had all the amenities needed for a leisurely family trip. Highly recommended.

The host, Joakim is beyond amazing and truly exceptional. From the check in, dropping by in less than 10 minutes to check on the heater after we called, helped us to book taxis as I had trouble registering the Norwegian taxi app, helped us to store our luggage after check out as we were out on the fjord tour, came back to help us with the luggage & he even helped to pick us from the airport due to the bad weather in Tromso. I can't thank Joakim enough. Aside to that, the accomodation was superbly clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful place to stay with family. My rating overall would be 11/10. Thank you Joakim.

Nothing at all

The flat is simply awesome! It's exactly as presented in Booking, and even better. The three bed rooms are extremely large and comfortable. The view from each of them, in the winter season, is magic as well as the living room: it's the perfect location for a family or group of friends! The atmosphere is warm, thanks also to the beauty and the quality of the furnitures as well as the presence of a fireplace in the living room. The host has been simply exceptional during our stay: we chatted with Joakim every time we needed and he has been available to give his suggestion to improve the quality of our stay. We had a fantastic Christmas season in Thromso, thanks also to this beautiful location In the end: it's warmly reccommende!

Our experience was great!

The host Joakim is the most welcoming, helpful person who communicated with us promptly and personably via msg. He assisted us, before and after our stay in the kindest way. The 3 bedroom apt.was spacious, kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat meals in homey atmosphere while watching NETFlix :))). It was a comfortable home to return to after cold night of aurora chasing. Parking is convenient and checkin/out was easy.

The bathroom is big but the shower cubicle is quite small and tight. Some lights in kitchen area were not working.

Really nice, great situation. Just around corner was supermarket, pizzeria and sushi restaurant.

The house is in a good location. Very close to the supermarket. The host was very friendly. At the beginning we didn't find the entrance to the house, the host was very detailed about the route and gave pictures.

The main door is on the second floor at the back of the house, not very easy to find. For us with 5 luggage, it wasn't very easy to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. Since the entire house is shared with others, when we arrived, there were already three cars parked in front of the house. When we tried to park, it felt very crowded.

Everything was supplied, the whole equipment worked.

A very stylish apartment, comfortable beds, walking distance from the Arctic cathedral

Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and a living space, situated at 1th floor of a house. At half of kilometer you find a big store of the neighborhood (EUROSPAR), including preparated food, with resonable prices. Good location to visit nearby attractions: the Artic Cathedral and the point of start to take Fjellheisen cable car or for Sherpatrappa stairs (panoramic view to the city, hike to Storsteisen peak, walk on the hills). If you want to visit centre of Tromso, you have bus (station almost cathedral, bus no. 26; bus no. 24 to the airport) or can walk on Tromsobrua bridge. Free parking. Friendly owner (very good communication).

Improvements needed. Wardrobe instead of extra bed standing against the wall. Some extra space to put anything like clothes, suitcase, water / juice / beer glass, phone, so. Probably in living room, need AC equippment (temperature until 26 Celsius degree in day of our travel). The appartment wasn't very clean either, possibly because we entered 2 hours earlier than the check-in start time.

Most comfortable beds of our 5 night trip and plenty of pillows. Good WiFi connection. Good communication with the owner and access. Parking a bonus and close to bus stop, supermarket and cable car. Dishwasher useful. Appreciated the food available, eg tea, coffee, milk.

No toiletries to be found despite in the description. Towels very small and scarce. Nothing in bedrooms other than beds, so nowhere to put anything; clothes, suitcases, water glass, phone, etc. Several lights not working presumably needing new bulbs. Seemed like a minimalist bachelor pad, with lots of potential but a little disappointing. Microwave would also be useful.

Spacious apartment with really comfortable beds. Location is perfect for a tour up the Sherpatrappa, but also easy to reach the city centre by bus. Contact with the owner went smooth and quickly.

It missed some basic necessities, like a night light next to the bed and a place to store your stuff. The only wardrobe was filled with pillows and blankets for 2 extra beds standing against the wall, in addition to the six fixed beds, which really aren't necessary in an appartement otherwise equipped for 6. Rather have some extra space for your clothes. The appartement wasn't really clean either, especially a lot of sticky stains on the kitchen cupboards.
