Reviewed Aug 29, 2026It was located perfectly to be near downtown las terrenas and the beach. Also the manager is very quick to respond if you need something there which was great.
The limitations on electricity use even though a/c was very necessary due to it being very hot made it a bit inconvenient. Also the water heater seems to be very weak/not working well which sucks on vacation.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La casa es muy bonita pero claramente le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, algunos electrodomésticos no funcionan y las puertas y ventanas no acaban de cerrar bien, es todo muy bonito pero con un poco de mantenimiento ganaría mucho.
La tostadora no funcionaba, la cocina tiene de todo pero huele un poco a humedad y tiene algun desperfecto que podrian arreglar. Los colchones no son muy confortables y sale muy poca agua en las duchas.

Al reservar nunca se vio la vía hacia la villa. Solo pueden acceder vehículos 4x4 La villa presenta filtraciones el la terraza El piso en algunas zonas está levantado La piscina es peligrosa si vas con niños El acceso a las habitaciones y resto de la casa es con escaleras no es recomendables si vas con adultos de la 3 era edad

La propiedad es de 3 niveles, las escaleras dentro en caracol, es un poco complicada para personas mayores y algunas mascotas.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026mi e piaciuto la piscina ,la bellezza del intorno .trovi tutto quello che ti puo servire ,deliveri per farti la spesa .il custode Riquermy,,molto gentile e pronto ad aiutare in quello che ti serve .
il mio letto nel secondo piano affianco alla cucina ,la coperta molto decadente ,da cambiare lenzuola e coperte. secondo me un piccolo tavolo di pranzo lo metterei in soggiorno ,quando piove e fa vento e difficile mangiare fuori.

El check-out es muy temprano. Está un poco retirado de la ciudad y de la playa. La última noche los vecinos tenían una fiesta hasta la madrugada y fue incómodo dormir.

Rzeczywiście stromy podjazd. My daliśmy radę ale jak jest niedoświadczony kierowca i jest po deszczu może być ciężko wjechać.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Las Terrenas es hermoso y el diseño arquitectónico y detalles mezclando moderno con rústico nos encantó a todos. Y que cada habitación tenía su baño y privacidad.
No es que no me gustó, sino que me sorprendió que la energía eléctrica se paga extra si se excede cierta cantidad, eso no lo habíamos visto antes.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025The space, view, beds and bathrooms were really comfortable. So great to have some rest and enjoy in family. I would really recommend it just for some few details that are fixable if taken care of.
There are some planks at the outdoor dining that are loose and could be dangerous, the lighting at the pool was really poor and the cockroaches there were so many at the kitchen.

Esta muy vieja la villa. Le falta mantenimiento. Hay muchos insectos, cucarachas bichos. Una cantidad exagerada de gatos y los muebles huelen a piso de gatos. No volvería. 😔

It was a nice set up, the patio was very nice with a private pool that I love, but the one thing I did like the most was that that place was so clean. I cannot believe it. It was spotless from top to bottom. I will give this place a 10 at off 5 and I will definitely will stay over again. And  the patio was very nice with a private pool that I love
