The rooftop Terrace is spectacular. Nothing compares to the location to see the most incredible sunset each evening. Many hundreds of people lined the alleys, we felt like royalty sitting on the rooftop. The entire apartment was incredible. The location was perfect. We will never forget our experience in Oia. Best accommodation ever!!!!!!!!!

So close to downtown, gorgeous view and a clean and comfortable property. Was quiet even being so close to busy areas!

The only thing was our door had a crack at the bottom so we did have some ants and other bugs in the room but horrible and would stay here again!

Smooth check in thanks to Konstantinos. Even allowed to check out a bit late for no charge. The location is great as 5 mins walk to Oia town centre and property itself is pretty - a proper cave cottage. Jacuzzi was a life saver and cleaned everyday. Property was also cleaned everyday so well maintained. Can see the sunset from roof terrace so no need to get into long queues. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Smart tv helped with kids keeping busy after a long day of walk.

Liked everything but a couple of points to consider: - could include some complimentary food or drinks apart from water bottles - air conditioning units were a bit slow maybe need service

La ubicación una pasada ya que está en todo el centro de Oia y andando estábamos muy cerquita de las cúpulas, castillo de Oia, etc. La habitación no estaba mal, la limpieza bien y la iluminación nos gustó.

Mucha humedad en la habitación, no había casi nada de luz natural y la presión del agua de la ducha era muy baja. Quisimos comer el primer dia en el apartamento y el microondas no calentaba.

Location and design.

We did not have access to the pool or jacuzzi. Changing our room to one with a jacuzzi wasn’t possible. Our room was located in-transit area, with other guests regularly walking directly past our patio and windows. This provided virtually no privacy. Although the room design was cute, it was small and felt very cramped, making our stay much less comfortable than expected. At the same time, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The private second-floor balcony is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a parasol, perfect for watching the sunset. Looking out at the crowds packed into the alleyway below, all vying for a view of the sunset, felt like a truly VIP experience. The housekeeper was incredibly nice; even though she delivered a missing towel quite in 10:00pm, she took the time to carefully explain the facilities—she really deserves a raise. The apartment owner replied very quickly and tried to fulfill any your requirements, including recommend the best supermarket in OIA.

There is only one air conditioner in the living room, so those who are sensitive to heat might need to keep their bedroom doors open. Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

A casa tem 3 quartos, no entanto um deles é um desafio pois fica em um porão, sem ventilação, sem ar-condicionado, com acesso por uma escada super íngreme, estreira, com alto risco de acidente e por ser um porão, não tem porta, sendo possível escutar os ruídos de toda a casa, principalmente da cozinha, onde é o acesso.. Os outros quartos não tem janelas, pois é uma casa-caverna mas nem ar-condicionado, que só tem na sala. Só tem um banheiro, com box muito pequeno e com cortina que fica encostando no corpo, além de molhar o banheiro. Os utensílios de cozinha são limitados, não tem 6 pratos iguais, colher de sobremesa e apenas 2 colheres para café, também não tem toalhas para mesa. A TV só funciona através da Internet, não tem nenhum canal aberto e em plena copa do mundo, não tivemos acesso a TV. O terraço superior, seria o único ponto positivo da casa, se estivesse em boas condições...o guarda sol estava quebrado, em pleno verão, por isso só pudemos utilizar o terraço no final do dia... o portão de acesso desse terraço estava quebrado, bem como a borda do piso de madeira... quando chegamos esse terraço estava sujo, com poeira de dias e lixo na poltrona. E para finalizar, quando saímos, conforme orientado, deixamos a chave na mesa da sala e logo depois o Sr. Konstantino nos telefonou perguntando sobre a outra chave, que nunca recebemos, e sobre um travesseiro...em seguida ele admitiu que só nos entregou uma cópia da chave e havia encontrado o travesseiro... Enfim, não recomendo o lugar pois não entregam o que oferecem e o que cobram.

Se agradece el Jacuzzi y la ubicación pero deberían especificar mejor en la descripción de la casa que no es apto para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad.

No me pareció buena relación calidad precio, los puestos de la estufa no funcionaban en su totalidad, no habían en la cocina implementos de aseo como limpiones, no sé indica que una de las habitaciones realmente está en un ático, haciendo el acceso para personas mayores imposible. Para el precio que se pagó esos detalles hacen que no considere que el precio lo vale ya que parte de mi familia tuvo que dormir en colchonetas en el suelo.

- L’emplacement était parfait. À proximité de la gare centrale et en plein centre de Oia . - Les chambres étaient spacieuses. - Un petit jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir en cas de canicule - L’accueil était correct .

La troisième chambre était un peu difficile d accès quoi que sa terrasse offrait une vue splendide sur la mer . Rafraîchir les linges de lit et de douche .

Anima Residence is THE place to stay! The view is simply Amazing!! Private rooftop balcony, jacuzzi was fantastic too!!

Kitchen was a bit small for family but we ate out mostly.

The location of the house was fantastic, right in the heart of Oia and the terrace provided a great sunset view without having to wait for hours for a spot. Three good bedrooms and a kitchen and living area. All very useful for down time and to escape the heat (with A/C). Over all fantastic.

Loved the location. Absolutely fantastic and only steps from the bus stop, attractions and ease of getting around town.

The hot tub was extremely loud and needs service. The 3rd bedroom upstairs was up and extremely steep ladder. Thankfully our adult children took that but made luggage challenging or going to the bathroom at night difficult. Can easily get hurt. Not for the faint of heart. The gates and windows did not lock well and safety was a hit of a concern.

We had the smallest room without a pool but it was big enough for what we needed. We were sad the pool rooms were booked up!

Nothing we did not like.

Perfect location in the center of Oia. The views of the balcony are mesmerizing, and because the terrace above the room is dedicated to an activity of photos and it’s paid, you actually have nice privacy. The indoor jacuzzi is incredible, you have to be careful with the humidity, but it gives you privacy, and you are not open to any weather changes. The rest of the accommodation is pure Santorini experience!

We need to be careful with the litter because of little ants, but nothing to worry

Ubicacion, vistas, comodidad, es perfecto

The location was 10/10, absolutely convenient to all the famous Oia spots. The decor is STUNNING, old world charm with vintage and antique decor accents but all modern comforts in place. The hot tub in the courtyard and the private terrace with a beautiful sunset view was added bonus. The host Konstantinos was super helpful and prompt with all inquiries and requests. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s in a secluded area and practically not conducive for family bonding.

We stayed at Aram Suites, and, well, the view from the balcony is to die for. Waking up every morning to that view is like a dream coming true. It was at the perfect sea-view location.

However, about the room, in the description, it wasn't clear that the bathtub would be in the room; also, from the pictures, it was not clear that it was in the bedroom, and we thought it was in the bathroom, but when we arrived, we saw that it was in the bedroom. Well, we initially didn't like it because of the wet floor after taking a shower, but we used towels to keep the floor dry. It wasn't that bad after all. We got used to it.

Everything Bedroom not same the photos Many things were broken such as iron board, electric socket not work and lamp I have all photos and videos about that

We rent two very comfortable rooms located on the cliff with excellent views.

The address at bookings.com indicates rooms very close to the center of OIA. However, this not the case for all rooms. One of them was around 250 meters from the center. The other around 500 meters from the center. The walking distance between the two rooms is around 750 meters. This not convenient for families.

Location location location was the perfect spot and it was so cute on the inside

No AC in the second downstairs bedroom, but that was OK because two of our party slept upstairs where there is icy and the master bedroom. There is a nice breeze if you open all the windows.
