Place was clean.

No free coffee ,No free mineral water ,Not even a 1 tea bag. Like i comment CLEAN.

Homestay yg luas, kemas, bersih & aircond yg sejuk..town view yg colourfull..byk kmudahan fasiliti & senang utk mencari keperluan harian..owner yg baik & sporting..very recommended

Location was good

Owner did not respond fast as had issue collecting the keys. Typical owner mentality just shares the instruction and only contacted back when deposit was refunded.

The property has a pleasant overall environment, a good location and considerable potential to provide a comfortable stay.

There was no proper front desk, room service or regular housekeeping. Cleanliness was a concern, as the room had many tiny ants and there were no rubbish bins available on the floors. Basic bathroom amenities were also missing, apart from a large bottle of handwash, body wash and shampoo (multipurpose). These shortcomings made the stay less comfortable, particularly for tourists.

I dont like the bathroom because its too hard to close the door ,the bed was to thin and uncomfortable the tv wasn't working well ,the pilows were so thin.in addition,the paip was leaking in the bathroom

Strategic location with a beautiful view, and the cleanliness was excellent. The place felt very safe and secure, especially for a long stay. Highly recommended for anyone planning an extended visit.

Bilik dalam keadaan sangat bersih.. susunan perabot yang kemas,keperluan yang mencukupi. Layanan diberikan sangat bagus,memang pilihan yang tepat menginap disini.

Nice place to stay! Very clean, rumah besar and spacious. Katil pun besar and comfy. View nampak Penang Bridge dari jauh, memang cantik. Overall puas hati

Everything was great, just that the check-out time felt a bit too early. Check-in was at 3pm and check-out before 11am. We did request for a late check-out but only managed to get an extra 30 minutes

Nice n clean, beautiful n very well maintained facilities of the building. The apartment was clean.

The apartment lacked scent, even though clean, had a distinct odour in bathrooms and rooms. Also, it is a 3-bedroom apartment but equipped for 4, 4 chairs at dining, and 4 pieces of cutlery set only.

The swimming pool.

The location was not tourist friendly. Apartments around were noisy after 11pm. No plates and utensils provided, only one pot. Master bed and pillows uncomfortable. Worn out towels provided. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels.

Loved the big pool. Clean surroundings and a clean, comfortable apartment. Basic TV but suitable for a family stay focused on enjoying the pool. The host was friendly and helpful.

Overall, the stay was good. However, guests really need to follow the rules carefully, especially regarding parking, as the RM300 fine is quite worrying if a mistake is made. One suggestion for improvement would be to extend the checkout time to 12:00 p.m. The current checkout feels a bit rushed, especially for families with children who would like to enjoy the pool. Additionally, the RM300 deposit is quite high, even though it is refundable before 6:00 p.m. Lowering the deposit amount may help guests feel more comfortable.

The gym & swimming pool was good.

The front guard was very rude. Raised the voice to me and didn't give clear instructions re registration. Around 1am till 3am we can't sleep. Someone kept knocking on the door. Very scary.

Comfort and great stay with kids. The property manager was very helpful towards the booking done.

The property was nice, cozy, clean and new. They have complete kitchen, fridge and washing machine. Main bedroom has extra mattress. The view was nice. I got 2 parking. The best part is their tv is android and you can watch youtube or Netflix.

-the shower water heater is too loud and i didn’t use it all because i afraid it will make the neighbour angry -the towel they provided is too small and the size is for kids i think -if you hanging around on the balcony, don’t ever open the sliding door because it will attract Charlie ant to come inside the condo. -the security management. Don’t ever use a wrong turn when parking at the parking lot, or else you will be fined RM300.

I had a wonderful stay at the homestay. The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend it to others and would love to come back again
