I definitely didn’t expect much at the beginning but once I visited it I loved it … definitely suggesting the same for my friends as well

Everything was fine

Location - near to the main Auroville road and also the roads that go to cafes. A 20 min drive from white town. Rooms are nice, spacious, quiet and the property has the amenities as required for a stay. Abhishek was a great help, happily accomodating our very query and need. Will definitely be back here for more.

Nothing as such, but maybe the washrooms could be a tiny bit more cleaner well kept like the handwash soap holder.

Facilities are lacking no TV, no gyser / hot water facility

Tv not working, no breakfast and no parking too.

No daily necessities provided. Like. Brush, paste etc. No Regular cleaning. Terrace is out of question nothing there except waste. Water is very slow.. It takes 20min to fill a bucket. Bed springs are poking out.

Customer service was top notch, manager Abhishek helped us and gave us insights about local areas. Staff was welcoming, treat guests like family. They were available 24*7, even at 2 am if we need assistance they helped. Thank you 🫡

Lift was not there but staff carried our heavy luggage to second floor, so that’s fine.

The reception area was clean and gives the heritage look.

Repairing work in toilet needs to be done, fans, AC need to be changed. Illumination is not sufficient.

The Host is really helpful and kind, Special thanks to abishek. Krishna is well and easy to communicate with. The bed and mattress were so comfy. Good location and great host

There is electricity fluctuation in the room and sometimes AC turns off unexpectedly and the AC remote is not working properly and i can't adjust the temperature.

Team is helpful.....Host Krishna is always available....rooms are clean and they have amazing dog Jogi........they are like family now

I stayed here for two days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, humble, and treated us like friends. Special thanks to Abhishek for taking great care of us and to the owner, Ram, who personally checked in to ensure our comfort. The service was excellent, and they even helped plan our itinerary. Truly felt like a home away from home!

I had a pleasant stay here. The hospitality was really good – they were friendly, helpful, and even guided us with a local sightseeing plan. They also provided a rental bike, which made traveling around much easier. The location is convenient, very close to the Auroville bus stop. The stay itself was simple and neat, with a room that was spacious enough for two people. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience

Travstel staff were very accommodative. Frequently updating us the locations that we could visit and utilize the timings of our stay in pondicherry. Like the constant follow ups.

an amazing stay and even amazing host Auroville is the most secure place. I would suggest to book a stay in Auroville rather than in Pondicherry, that too in Casa De Neel. It is easily accessible from Pondi too. 200 mts walk for a beautiful sunrise spot in Auro beach suitable for anyone like solo travellers, friends, family, couple, mostly for female travellers. I would suggest book a stay in Casa De Neel Itself. Rooms are also very neat clean with AC Ram anna, an amazing host. Rarely u see the people who are soo giving and helpful to others, he is one of them. He made sure we had a great time in Auroville and Pondicherry. He planned us entire itinerary for whole 2 days, including cafes, restaurants, sunset spots, beaches (one less crowded beach too) We planned to stay for 2 days, but everything was soo good that decided to stay back one more day. All thanks to Ram Anna for making us feel so comfortable throughout our stay

Ram was super helpful. He had plenty of good ideas and really worked hard to make my stay great, even after I left. And he took me to a temple that was having a special celebration, which was awesome! Really nice rooftop view.

The neighbourhood has lots of trash around but that's India.

Rooms were good and clean, host was very responsive and friendly.

Just a suggestion: Mattress could've been better, it was too springy but still serves the purpose.

The staff was very welcoming and there was a very comfortable stay.

There is a locking of the hotel so ordering food late at night is sometimes extra work. Very springy bed.

We loved the ambiance and cozy room

It felt very safe and welcomed at Casa De Neel. The hosts, Ram, Ankush, treated us like family. They took care of everything, from the property to our daily needs. Truly felt like i was visiting Pondy and Auroville with a local friend who was guiding me at every step be it food , itinerary , things to do. It’s a one stop solution they have bike rentals , surfing instructors and great guides and top of everything good friends.

The property was great, little off beat from the city but was at a relaxing location. Great property though,would really recommend it you are aiming for a relaxing time . The hospitality was beyond good , special thanks to Ram , the manager of the property, very helpful and knows Pondicherry very well , great at suggesting itinerary , not limited only to Pondicherry

Travstel absolutely met my expectation in terms of location, courteous staff, ambience and Bonus part is their unique Reception area. The facilitator, Mr Ram, is one of the unique person I have ever met during my travels so far as he has cared about my itenary and program since the day I booked the hotel till the time I checked out. He has rendered service which is much beyond his scope and the kind of warmth he extended calls for a repeated visit with Travstel with family.

We came here as tourist from eastern part of India knowing very little about Pondycherry but when we entered the property with in 5 min we felt like this our second home. I specially want to mention about the property manager Mr. Ram and his amiable behaviour. He patiently listen our priority places and interests and as per that he made a complete tour plan for us. They took care of our visit, timing, bike hire and food everything. In one word, once you are here they will take care of everything. Will visit again this place and highly recommend this place for family, couples and family.

One cafe in house will be a complement.

I liked the helper staff who helped me for 2 days of my stay to get the lizards out of the room.

the rooms, the ambience, the size. the place felt like a scam after paying so much money to find out it's the size of a queen bed, the entire room. the bathrooms ares even worse.
