Reviewed Sep 17, 2026It's nice location, it's safe and clean around there, nice cafés in five minutes of walking. You can walk almost everywhere in the city centre from the place; there is also a tram stop pretty near. Room itself was clean too, bed was huge. It is exactly like stated in description. Suited for pairs, friends as well as solo travelers. :)
There is nothing I didn't like, just it's downtown and the room faces a street so you can hear a lot of noise, but in our case it was only at the weekend, weekdays were okay. Prepare accordingly though.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026De lokatie was perfect gelegen. Het was er lekker rustig, we hadden een kamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw. De kamer was ruim en verder prima. De bedden waren goed. De badkamer was ook ruim. De tv en de wifi airco alles deed het prima! Het is een fijne plek om te zijn.
De kit laag tussen de douchebak en de tegels was wel aan vervanging toe. Sommige zaken zoals de spiegel en wat bakjes en kleine zaken ook. De bank was behoorllijk gebruikt en zat niet zo lekker. Er was wel voor koffie maar niet voor thee gezorgd. Het zou wel veel leuker kunnen worden met wat meer kleur in het appartement. BV gordijnen of een kleurtje op de muren.

Wij waren met 3 personen en de kamer was groot genoeg voor ons drie. Wij hebben er praktisch alleen geslapen omdat we veel buiten de deur waren, daar is dit appartement echt perfect voor! Reviewed Aug 17, 2026It looked exactly like the pictures. Nice spacious Studio. It had everything we needed. We were able to check in 1 hour early which was amazing! The host answers pretty quickly.
The room had a weird smell to it when we first entered. Across from the studio is a very noisy bar (I mean it’s not the studios fault but it was still pretty annoying especially because people were basically screaming on the street all night even past midnight) but I guess if you bring earplugs it shouldn’t be an issue. It also seemed like the room hasn’t been vacuumed in a while because the room was a bit dusty don’t get me wrong it wasn’t dirty just some dust.

Wir haben uns sehr über die vielen guten Bewertungen gewundert. In Sachen Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Komfort hat die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, das Zimmer war verwohnt, ungepflegt und zweckmäßig. Nachdem wir das Zimmer persönlich gesehen haben, haben wir uns kurzfristig entschieden für unseren Aufenthalt umzuziehen. Wir hatten das Glück, dass in einem neu eröffneten Hotel nur 300m von der Unterkunft entfernt noch ein Zimmer für unseren Zeitraum noch verfügbar war. Dort waren das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, Sauberkeit und Komfort einwandfrei.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Wir hatten eine sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Jacky und fühlten uns willkommen. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ein riesiges, gemütliches Doppelbett. Das Bad ist geräumig und modern. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Lage. Die Altstadt und mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Vor der Tür gibt es viele gute Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man gutes Frühstück kaufen kann. W-Lan hat auch gut funktioniert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisse ist sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

READ UNTIL THE END Everything! We came to this place and the red flag was a very steep stairs, so to reach the last floor, our apartment was located in the last floor, was kind of a challenge. If you have at least one big suitcase, so this mission will turn into impossible. For those who have a physical limitations, it will turn into nightmare. There is no any info about these stairs in the description. But it was just a beginning, next when we opened the door and entered the apartment was a smell of an old place and the first thing that you see is a narrow corridor and a tiny table with two chairs. The room itself is quite tiny and not comfortable at all. The bed is very uncomfortable and hard. Me and my husband had a back pain after only one night here. But it was just a beginning of this mess. We decided to have a shower and it was our second mistake. No water pressure, it is even hard to clean off the shampoo from the head. I was shocked… The shower was also broken partially. Water is not running through the pipes and the whole tray down below is full of water. The fan was broken and heated in my hand. I was really afraid of the sound it produced..because I thought it will explode, I even asked my husband to stand next to me in order to pull it off it case of emergency. I am joking, it was our reality at that moment. Moreover, the air conditioner is only located above the entrance door, so it was a bit hot in the night. Next, we went to sleep in order to forget about this day, the bad was torture as you already know, but we were too tired after the flight. The night we did not sleep very well because the sound isolation is poor in this apartment and we literally heard everyone talking outside even with the window closed. So, in the morning we decided to leave this place and informed our apartment owner that we are planning to leave due to these extraordinary circumstances.

Der Treppenaufgang ist etwas schmal und steil, wichtig zu wissen für Leute die nicht so fit auf den Beinen sind und mit viel Gepäck reisen.

В квартире есть кухня, рядом магазин продуктов. Чисто, уютно. Все четные номера окнами во внутренний дворик, в них тихо. Удобная постель. Хороший душ с полотенцесушителем. Отличный бюджетный вариант в этом прекрасном старинном городе.

La saleté, surtout dans toute la "cuisine", mais aussi dans le sol, la table, les chaises, les draps de lit... L'odeur à pis dans les escaliers pendant les cinq jours que je me suis logée là. La tv ne marche pas. Il n' y a pas suffisante lumière. Tout est très vieux. Les coussins avec boules, les chaises en plastique bien dures. La porte du congélateur était cassée il y a longtemps et dédans plein de glace. Il n'y a pas presque vaisselle et toute sale. Le évier bouché. Pas de savon. La douche seulement avec le flexible, Alors, pas de douche.

Zeer attente gastvrouw: complimenten voor de hulpvaardigheid van Jacky; stroom was uitgevallen, zij kwam binnen een paar minuten kijken voor hulp (zelfs op zaterdagavond!) Zij was ook zeer goed bereikbaar voor van alles en nog wat. Dank daarvoor!

Grosse valise s’abstenir dans l’escalier 😅 Alcôve pour le lit étroite et le sol mais rien de rédhibitoire. Je conseille de laisser la voiture au P+R ( attention à la zone basse émission) olympiade par ex on a payé 2 € pour 2 jours 🤪 trajet tram + métro facile en plus on passe à la gare centrale magnifique.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Goede locatie! De kamers aan de achterkant zijn heel rustig, wij zaten in nummer 2 op de 1e verdieping. De trap is smal, er is geen lift. Als je het vraagt, kun je een fiets stallen in ruimte ernaast. Kamer is ruim met bank en eettafel en kleine keuken.
Let dus op bij het kiezen dat de even nummers aan de achterkant liggen en de oneven nummers aan de drukkere voorkant. Hoe hoger het nummer, hoe meer trappen je op moet.
