Lo que más me gusta del Hotel, es el trato de los empleados con nosotros los huéspedes, la limpieza es extraordinaria, El, desayunas, delicioso, la atención es realmente muy buena y también me encanta porque está a solo seis minutos aproximadamente del aeropuerto José María Córdova

Todo muy bien. Personal muy cordial. Chalet muy bonito, con jacuzzi externo, patio con manguita (perfecto para estar con mascotas). Hay ping-pong, futbolito, billar. Desayuno tradicional, bueno, incluido en el precio.

Es un precioso lugar que invita a disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sandra nos atendio explendidamente. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y esperamos regresar pronto.

La vegetation del lugar es demacido lindo. El trato de Sandra, su carisma y colaboracion en todo. Nos sentimos como en casa, las instalaciones inmejorabes. Ideales para is en familia.

Las camas son muy pequeñas. Para una pareja, la habitación debería tener una cama un poquito más grande. Fue un poquito alto.

Bellisimo, comodo, centrale, tutto quello che hai bisogno per una vacanza in centro di Parma. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e comoda. Buon caffè per colazione in camera. Grazie veramente per la simplicita e accoglienza

L accueil , le repas , le cadre rien n a redire tout était bien surtout le couple qui tient cet établissement.

Nice quiet location. Nice host. Liked the ramps that make it easy to get luggage to the 2nd floor. Close to the airport (8 minutes). Lovely setting. Would stay there again.

Would have liked to have airport transportation included. Needs a sign at the highway so you know where to turn (it's a little road with no markings whatsoever.

Quiet and relaxing hotel with spacious grounds. Close to airport.

The hot water is not consistent which results in cold showers.

Breakfast was average

We arrived late afternoon and our room was not ready, probably because they couldn't find our reservation, but the staff was friendly and offered us a tea while we waited. The garden was very pleasant. We booked the "chalet" because we wanted to make sure after a long flight we had a quiet room. It was a duplex room with a thin wooden door dividing the two rooms and we could hear people talking next door and their TV. When we complained to the owner he moved the other people. This room was more expensive than the others but we choose it thinking it would be quiet and because we thought we would enjoy the jacuzzi. The room was only a few feet away from the road and was EXTREAMLY NOISY with trucks and motorcycles and we both had a poor nights sleep. As for the jacuzzi, they didn't bother to clean it before starting to fill it and it was full of dirt and grit from being right next to the roadway. We never used it and at that point were anxious to leave.

The staff is attentive. Breakfast started immediately upon request. The property has good views. The property is well maintained.

Superb hosting by Marina :) a kind, helpful and friendly woman. she helped settle and accommodate our pets in a comfortable room, and made my mom and I feel very welcome. Like visiting a friend :) the place is spacious for your pets to roam in a beautiful manicured orchard with avocado trees, small fish tank for growing tilapia and an a small organic veggie garden. I approve this message :) and beautiful space especially if your re travelling with pets from the Rionegro Airport, since it is a 10 minute drive from here.

The hotel is truly a finca, meaning it is out of the way in a very quiet zone and in touch with nature. If you are looking for some silence and a place to rest and enjoy walks, this is the place. Also the service offered by the housekeeper will make you feel at home

There are stairways here and there, and guven the rooms have a lot of glass windows, you just need to be extra careful to maintain privacy

The property was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous views and wonderful room with well equipped mini fridge with everything we needed. The table on the deck outside the room was a really nice place to sit and they even brought our dinner to us there.

Nothing. It was an absolutely perfect place to stay to have some quiet relaxation after a long flight and transitioning into our stay in the city.

The surroundings are incredibly nice. The service was. The lady manager was fantastic and helpful all the time.

Not hot water or at least took ages to get the water to an acceptable temperature.

Property is well maintained, rooms were very clean, views are spectacular, staff was extremely nice, thanks to our hosts Sebastian and Marina, food was awesome, thanks a million tonthem

Short drive to the airport. Lots of games to play. Friendly staff. Good breakfast

Sauna & hot tub was not in use for our stay

Absolutely beautiful house only a five minute drive from the airport. The family was absolutely beautiful. The mother was so kind she poured us a glass of wine and lit the fire, she even offered us dinner. Such a sweet heart.

We stayed here so we could get a good night's sleep and not have to wake up early for the airport. Unfortunately I only got 4 hours of sleep because the neighbours dog barked from 2am till I left at 6am. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything the couple next door was saying. I even heard them flush the toilet.

Room was okay.

Requested shuttle. I confirmed with staff up to 1.5 hours before. Shuttle never arrived for me. Hotel did not answer phone. Address and phone did not work for new taxi to find correct location. Finally found taxi who knew hotel. Very stressful and disappointing. I then needed taxi to leave hotel next day and staff tried to charge me double going rate. I was only customer at hotel and everything about stay felt weird.

Large windows, beautiful view, very kind and sweet staff that are happy to help with anything. I will stay here again next time I’m flying out of the Santa María airport!

The location on the map shows it near the airport, by other hotels, but the actual location was in the country. Two Taxi drivers did not know the location, but luckily we had a google map link ( not the location shown in booking.com). There was no sign outside, which was worrying when the gate was large and closed. The Taxi driver waited for someone to come, fortunately. The room had interior windows, which were frosted, but had no curtains and let light in. The exterior windows were also frosted, which meant you could not see out. We had to ask for both a top sheet and towels, and the they did not have a sheet the right size for the bed, so we used 2 small ones. The communication about my logistical questions before arriving was poor.
