الايجابيات : قريبة للمرافق السويقة bim و غيرها ،يوجد مكان ركن السيارة بالمقابل ،الشخص المكلف في اي شيء تحتاجه تجده فقط اتصل به ،يوجد ايضا مكان لاستخراج النقود كبريد بنك و غيرها و المرحاض نضيف و المطبخ كذالك ، كشقة مقابل الثمن لا باس بها .

السلبيات: البرودة جد كثيرة لاي شخص يعاني منها و ايضا رائحتها كثيرة ،المكان الخاص بالاطفال قديم و فيه رائحة برودة و اضنه مكسور لا يقف فلم استعمله،بالنسبة الواي فاي يوجد لكنه ثقيل لانه مشترك و ايضا وجدت نتفليكس لكن بعدها بيومين توقف عن الاشتغال،اما البلاي 4 يوجد في الصور على الموقع و لا يوجد على الواقع و الضجيج بالمساء و اليل كثير لانها قريبة للطريق.

Ich hatte ein Hotel oder ein Apartment für zwei Personen gebucht, aber das Frühstück war nur für eine Person inbegriffen; für die zweite Person musste man extra bezahlen. Warum wurde das nirgendwo erwähnt? In keinem der drei Hotels, in denen wir in Marokko übernachtet haben, mussten wir extra für das Frühstück bezahlen – nur in diesem Apartment. Und man hat uns nicht mitgeteilt, wann das Frühstück serviert wird; wir sitzen hier und warten darauf, dass es gebracht wird. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass ich das gebucht habe. Am ersten Tag wurde uns das Frühstück nur für eine Person gebracht, und zwar erst, nachdem ich geschrieben hatte, wo unser Frühstück sei und wann und wie wir es bekommen würden. An den folgenden Tagen haben wir überhaupt kein Frühstück erhalten. Ich möchte, dass man uns das Geld für das Frühstück zurückerstattet, das wir bezahlt, aber nicht erhalten haben. Über Booking habe ich zum ersten Mal eine so negative Erfahrung gemacht. Das tut mir sehr leid.

I have stayed in this property in September 2024, and the changes and improvements were very up to date and done to a very high standard. The location is great too with every known amenity a stone throw away. In fact, it was even more lively and welcoming as compared to before. You have a pleasant and very friendly host as well. This property is not one to pass by if you want to stay in a place that would feel homely and cosy.

This little apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was unusually well equipped for an apartment as cheap to rent as this one. It was easy to find the market nearby and a good variety of local shops. We were glad to find it was a short walk to a Barid Bank ATM for drawing cash and even closer there was another bank with an ATM. Nearby there was a roundabout where we could get a petit taxi. We easily found our way on foot to the Souss river which had a natural wilderness on both banks. There we saw flamingoes, other birds and a tortoise.

Ubytování je snadno dostupné. Parkování u apartmánu. Vybavení bylo standartní a odpovídalo ceně. Jako plus hodnotím pračku. Kuchyň v základní výbavě.

Nedostali jsme snídani. Za tu cenu se ale ani nedivím. Cena za ubytování je dost nízká.

Apartment had everything I needed, fast WiFi, functional facilities and plenty of shops nearby, Nasser also had the fridge filled up with waters, juices and sodas which was a very welcoming touch! Would highly recommend

Kids were noisy outside but this is obviously to be expected, and they were quiet after 20:00pm so wasnt much of a problem at all!

Proximity to the airport. Host and property owner were friendly and welcoming. Had all the basic amenities plus a a big TV with a games console for amusement. Had a safe space to park my rental car.

We liked the quiet location and were pleased to have transport to the airport from the apartment for a very good price. Kitchen facilities were excellent, power points and lighting were good. Beds were good including the pillows.

Draps sales. Non changés. Couvertures poussiéreuses.

Gastgeber Nasser ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Sonne fällt wenig bis nicht in das Appartement, zumal es keine Terrasse bzw. Balkon gibt. Das macht aber nichts. Von Inezgane kann man schnell die Medina und auch die Marina erreichen. Das Bett könnte etwas weicher sein.

La situation géographique, je voulais un logement près du golf. Je ne voulais pas aller dans un hotel, l'appartement correspondait aux photos. J'ai eu un très bon accueil du propriétaire.

La literie est très dure, c'est peut être normal dans ce pays que je ne connaissais pas. J'ai eu un peu de mal à dormir le premier jour. Après je m'y suis fait.

Le petit déjeuner offert n'est que pour une personne et il faut que la deuxième personne achète un petit déjeuner payé plein pot, obligatoire. A notre arrivée il n'y avait qu'une petite serviette pour les mains. Pas de serviette de toilette. Après avoir appelé le propriétaire, il était très étonné que je réclame une serviette pour la douche et m'a dit que je n'oublie pas que le logement n'est pas cher !... Finalement, j'ai eu une serviette de toilette et un essuie-mains pour nous deux.

J’ai bien aimé l’accueil Nasser est super et aussi l’endroit c’est vraiment agréable .

Je laisse rarement des commentaires négatifs, mais cette fois-ci j’ai été extrêmement déçu. L’appartement est en sous-sol, sombre et mal isolé : le soir, on entend les chiens et chats comme si l’on dormait dehors. La porte principale reste entrouverte, laissant passer insectes et moustiques (piqûres toute la nuit, aucune prise anti-moustique). À l’arrivée, on m’a remis les clés sans accueil ni visite. Le petit déjeuner inclus s’est résumé être à un verre de lait et une baguette à commander soi-même dans un café, avec en plus une demande de 10 dhs de “taxe”, alors que je n’avais même pas été enregistré sur la fiche de police. Quand j’ai refusé, on m’a dit que ce n’était finalement “pas la peine” de payer cette fameuse taxe… En résumé : nuit blanche, aucun confort, et une expérience très loin de la description. Salle de bain n'est pas pratique et des toilettes uniquement pour les enfants car un adulte doit se casser la tête chaque fois qu'il envie d'y aller.

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment during my holiday in May 2025, and I must say it was one of the most memorable and comfortable travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The host went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and stress-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible local hospitality. The host treated me to traditional local cuisine, which was absolutely delicious and gave me a real taste of the culture. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and made with great care — it felt like eating at home away from home. The host was always available whenever I needed assistance. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, arranging transportation, or answering my questions, he was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. His friendliness made a big difference and made me feel very welcome and at ease. He also provided airport pickup and drop-off services, which made traveling so much more convenient. What impressed me even more was that he took the time to personally drop me off at a few locations that were difficult to access via regular car services — a gesture that shows his true commitment to hospitality. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. It was in a great location, and I felt safe and relaxed throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend this property, especially for families looking for a warm and authentic experience with all the comforts of home. The apartment is exactly as described in a local (non tourist) area. The owner picked me up from the airport and also showed me where to pick up my rental motorcycle the next day. Breakfast was great, simple Moroccan, eggs, bread and jam. I felt completely safe as a solo female in this area, obviously modest dress is advised. There was no hot water and the shower didn’t work. Although I suspect it was turned off. I should have asked!!

Our host collected us from the airport and he was very lovely and helpful throughout our trip! He gave us great advice about taxi services, surrounding areas and Ramadan (which is when we stayed). The place was clean and had everything that we needed- it is a lovely little house. We even had his little cats visiting us which was adorable and a bonus! Naser showed us some herbs in his garden that can be used for teas, he took us to an excursion in his car, and he gave us access to his Netflix and Youtube, so we had entertainment when we were at the accommodation. We felt very looked after and we really enjojyed our experience there. He was very nice to talk to and made our trip a lot better. Thank you Naser!

I will say, it is a little far away from central Agadir, so potentially not the safest for tourists. The area felt relatively safe to us, but we did get followed by children on several occassions who threw rocks at us- probably not the best. This can't be helped though, and it is only 4 dirham into Agadir central and to the beach, so very cheaply accessible. Also Inezgane has a lot of cool markets and shops :-)

I liked,that the property was clean and very well equiped. The host was nice and helped me to find the property. The market with vegetables was right next to the property.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed here one night before my flight back to Germany, it is near to the airport and Keltoum drove me to the airport for only a little amount of money. You get a lot for the little money, the apartment is big. Keltoum was super helpful and fulfilled my requests. If I'm in Morocco again, I'll come back.

This property was a real home from home place. It was tucked away in a cul de sac type of street. Spacious and yet not too overcrowded. The property also had a fenced in gate, which separated it from the rest of the houses. The rooms were comfortable and large, enabling you to feel relaxed, with a positive vibes to the place. The rooms were also airy and the day light brought in a good amount of sunshine and sunlight into the property. It was great value for money and more than lived up to the expectation of what you could imagine from an apartment, such as a sense of privacy and total autonomy. In fact, I didn't know what to expect, therefore, I was pleasantly surprised to have ever booked in such a type of property and felt at ease during my stay there. There were cafes and restaurants, not a stone thrown away. The local market felt like it was literally at your door step, as it was located about 300 yards from the property. There was a local guard that was close by, and who was really helpful on the first day of my stay. Who pointed me to the local masjid, or mosque. Top place. I would really highly recommend this place.

No soap dish. A minor fixture, which I am sure will be put in place. Other than that can't really fault the property.
