El departamento es muy lindo, amplio y cómodo. Tiene muchos detalles que se agradecen, como implementos de aseo en el baño y una caja de dulces de recibimiento. El ingreso automatizado anduvo perfecto. Las instrucciones son muy sencillas y fáciles de seguir.

La entrada al edificio es por una galería comercial que está un tanto abandonada y sucia. También los ascensores. Supongo que el departamento es una remodelación reciente de un edifcio antiguo en desuso, por eso el entorno no es de lo más garadable. Incluso la calle por donde se accede es muy comercial y no muy concurrida fuera del horario de atención.

Her şey harikaydı, çok rahat bir konaklamaydı. Kahve ve atıştırmalıklara da ayrıca bayıldık, çok teşekkürler. Her yere ulaşımımızı çok kolay gerçekleştirdik, metro çok yakınımızdaydı. Yatak çok rahattı ve odamız çok genişti.

Kahvaltılar ortalamaydı. Onun haricinde her şey iyiydi.

Struttura molto vicina al centro raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. Stanza pulita e molto grande e di recente ristrutturazione.

Le camere sono al terzo piano di una specie di centro commerciale ma abbastanza fatiscente. Quando i negozi sono chiusi è persino un po' inquietante. La zona è allo stesso tempo a 2 passi dal centro ma dove sono fortemente visibili i segni della lunga crisi greca, con molti edifici e negozi abbandonati. Purtroppo poi il giorno del nostro arrivo erano state fatte delle manutenzioni all'interno della struttura e c'era una puzza di vernice soffocante. Per fortuna la puzza non si sentiva in camera. Il personale messo al corrente non ha proposto nessuna soluzione né economica né di sistemazione.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était très propre, confortable et conforme à la description. L’emplacement était idéal pour visiter la ville. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

Excellent location, spacious and modern room We had a very good stay at Triple A near Ermou. The location is absolutely excellent – right in the heart of Athens and within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions, shops and restaurants. It really doesn’t get much better than this location. The room itself was excellent: spacious, very clean, modern and technologically well equipped. The shower was great, with plenty of hot water and very good water pressure. Breakfast was included and offered at a choice of nearby cafés. We chose Frog and really enjoyed it – good food, a pleasant atmosphere and a very cool area to sit and start the day. Communication with the property was always quick and helpful. Another big advantage was the option to store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The fantastic central location, excellent room, cleanliness and good communication easily outweighed the minor inconveniences. We would happily stay here again.

here are just a couple of things worth mentioning. The property can be a little difficult to find at first. The building itself is quite old and not particularly inviting when you enter, so there is a noticeable contrast between the dated common areas and the very clean, modern and well-maintained room inside. The parking provided is around 700 metres away, which is not ideal when carrying luggage. Still, having a parking option in such a central part of Athens is definitely better than having none, and those who prefer can always try to find something closer.

Sve je savrseno, lokacije prvenstvo ali i smeštaj je odličan sve je bilo što je potrebno, peškiri, šampon, kafa, voda sve pohvale. Parking je udaljen oko 7,8 minuta od samog smeštaja. Sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti. Savršeno je sve objašnjeno i uputstva su jako jasna i precizna.

El acceso un poco complicado por una galería comercial, y la puerta de cristal de acceso a los apartamentos que por lo general no cerraba.

Otopark ile otel arası yürüme en az 10 dakika . Odayı bulmak çok zor. Herhangi bir bilgilendirme tabelası veya levhası yok. Eski bir işhanına girip 3. Kata çıkıyorsunuz .

Step by bathroom was on a censor and it was permanently flashing on and off throughout the night so I had to cover it with towels so we could get to sleep as it was like being in a night club ..and there was no plug socket in the bathroom for the hair dryer ..

Bardzo przestronny apartament, dobra lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich najciekawszych atrakcji, blisko do stacji metra, obok dużo sklepów i lokali gastronomicznych. Fajne kosmetyki w łazience, miłe panie codziennie odwiedzają apartament, zapewniając świeże ręczniki i worki na śmieci. Dojście przez pasaż handlowy, następnie przez zwykła klatkę schodową i jeszcze mniejszy wewnętrzny hol tylko dla 3 apartamentów, łącznie 3 kody dzielą nas od ulicy, co daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Polecam kawę naprzeciwko wejścia do budynku, naprawdę dobra ;)

The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring the city on foot. It's situated on a quiet street while still being within easy walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very well maintained throughout our stay. The free parking was a great convenience, and the included breakfast options added excellent value for the price. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money and made our stay in Athens even more enjoyable.

One minor inconvenience was the glass entrance door. Guests often do not close it properly, which causes the automatic locking mechanism to make a continuous noise until someone closes the door completely. This can be annoying at times, especially during quieter hours. A more robust locking system or clearer instructions for guests on how to close the door correctly would help resolve the issue.

The ventilation in the toilet was terrible, and the bad smell spread throughout the entire room — it was unbearable. The automatic lighting system was also awful. If you just went to get a glass of water during the night, the lights would turn on automatically and wake up the whole family. People were smoking inside the building all the time. This was not just an occasional rule violation — it seemed completely systematic. It was unbelievable. The entrance area was also very noisy because people never closed the door properly. I had to wake up two or three times every night just to close it myself. I could continue with even more negative points, but I’ll stop here. Just don’t go there. Don’t risk it.

El taxi del aeropuerto nos dejó a 300 mts, difícil encontrar la galería, luego fue muy fácil habiendo conocido el lugar

The location is even better than expected—it’s on a relatively quiet part of the street, and everything you might want to visit during a few days in central Athens is easily accessible on foot; in the end, we used public transport only for the trip from and to the airport. The breakfast options were perfectly adequate, and there are plenty of other dining options in the area if needed. The apartment’s furnishings are new and very comfortable.

Personally, I would have appreciated the option to choose a lower pillow than the one provided.

the location is amazing and it consider at the heart of city center. the place is quit safe and easy to reach but with leading videos. the room was very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. the response of the stuff was magic for every inquiry.

a leading video to demonstrate how to reach the apartment is mandatory before arrival because upon arrival it is difficult to know the place by your self and you should ask for guidance. so it is better always to arrive in the morning time.

We liked that the room was clean, the shower was great and that we got to watch Netflix.

The exterior wasn’t great it was like trying to get into Fort Knox but somebody could easily get in if they wanted to. The arcade was grubby. I wouldn’t want to be a single girl staying there.

Lokalita je vyborna, centralna poloha, blizka dostupnost k pamiatkam, metru, restauraciam obchodom, Izba je priestranna s kuchynskym kutom, k dispozicii je chladnicka, kavovar, mikrovlnka. Kupelna je tiez preistranna a moderna. Ocenujem tiez virtualnu recepciu, ktora je k dispozicii 24/7 a promptne riesi vsetky otazky.

Pri vchode chyba oznacenie/nazov zariadenia, takze nie je jednoduche najst branu. Bolo potrebne telefonicky si potrvrdit, ze sme na spravnom mieste. V izbe chyba skrina/ulozny priestor. Je tam sice zabudovana vstavana skrina, pouzit sa da vsak len polovica, ta druha je uzamknuta a nie je k dispozicii hostom. Neodporucam rezervaciu s ranajkami, nakolko zariadenie neposkytuje vlastne stravovanie. Ranajky sa ponukaju v niekolkych kaviarnach v okoli, avsak vyber je znacne limitovany a kvalita nedostatocna. Kedze ubytovanie sa nachadza v centre, je lepsou alternativou vybrat si z blizkych pekarni alebo kaviarni podla vlastnej chute.

Everything is in a walking distance. Coffeshops, bars, restaurants, gift shops and even the Acropolis is in a 20min walking distance from the apartment.

When we have arrived on Sunday afternoon, the elevator did operate only from the 2nd floor. Using codes to get in to the house and to the apartment itself, without normal keys, was strange, but we got used to it for the 3rd day.

I liked how clean and large the room was!

La ubicación, lo fácil de la llegada y las instalaciones nuevas y de calidad . La amplitud del departamento es espectacular. Sensores de luz automática para señalizar escalón, me pareció muy adecuado. ➡️

Tal vez la estructura del edificio y la entrada general al mismo está bastante descuidada y sucia.

The apartment is well situated for exploring central Athens, without it being smack in the middle of the tourist crowds. We had the kitchenware we needed to cook meals and there was ample space for sleeping a family of four. The partnerships for free parking and for breakfast were a nice touch, they both made our stay easier and they worked well (we went to two different locations for breakfast - we recommend Frogs - and we ordered in as well on our last day, which was a tasty meal and delivered on time)

The apartment tends to stay very humid, as the window is located far from the kitchenette and the bathroom, and the steam extractors can only do so much. The couch is not the most comfortable one, but that is to be expected on most couches. The parking lots available are about 10-12 minutes walk away, and navigating the one way streets and road closures can be a bit of a hassle. We were able to bring the car up to the entrance in the pedestrian street on the morning we left, though.

The accommodation’s location was ideal: all major sights and services were easily accessible, even on foot. Although we were staying in the heart of the city, the street remained pleasantly quiet in the evenings, providing a truly relaxing environment. The room’s modern furnishings met all our needs; it was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bathroom was also in impeccable condition, and we were provided with fresh towels every day. We especially appreciated the coffee capsules, which allowed us to start each morning with a cup of fresh, aromatic coffee. We had breakfast at the Enteka café, where we enjoyed delicious dishes and kind, attentive service.
