La habitación era grande. Los jardines y la zona de la playa está bien. Es un hotel correcto, pero no destacaría nada.

Algunas zonas del hotel se ven descuidadas, pero en general tampoco hay nada a destacar.

Дякую за гарне обслуговування, смачну їжу та чудову атмосферу! Готель повністю виправдав очікування на свої 4 зірки. найбільше вразило — це територія та пляж. Доглянутий зелений сад, кілька басейнів і зручний доступ до моря. Харчування смачне та різноманітне: щодня були страви з м'яса, риби, декілька видів гарнірів, свіжі салати та дуже смачна випічка. Завжди можна знайти щось на свій смак. Номер охайний і затишний, прибирання проводилося регулярно. Деякі елементи інтер'єру вже потребують оновлення, але це дрібниці, які не псують загального враження. Персонал надзвичайно привітний, чуйний та завжди готовий допомогти. Окрема подяка адміністрації за швидке вирішення будь-яких питань! Співвідношення ціни та якості ідеальне. З задоволенням рекомендую цей готель для спокійного та приємного відпочинку!

Як на 4 зірки, все повністю відповідає. Найголовніший плюс готелю - риф! Чудовий, живий, густо заселений яскравими істотами. В меню ресторана все необхідне- завжди м'ясо, риба та курка. Рис, картопля, запечені овочі, свіжі овочі. Голодними не були. Мінус - відсутність душевих вздовж пляжу. В сезон мало місця для відпочиваючих на пляжі. Номери - єгипетський середній стандарт (десь потребує догляду), але точковий ремонт відбувається наразі по всьому готелю. Роблять нові доріжки, оновлюють душі біля басейнів, тобто-намагаються! Персонал привітний, є з чим порівняти. Всі запити виконуються. Окрема подяка чарівній Аліні! Вмілому, відпочинком більш ніж задоволена. Може, навіть, і повернусь. За таку ціну цілком адекватний готель.

Обирали готель біль за все орієнтуючись на відгуки щодо рифу. І тут ми не прогадали на всі 100% неймовірно гарний підводний світ, хочеться жити в воді. Щодо готелю: - сподобався персонал, дуже ввічливий, всі питання вирішувалися одразу ж; - поселення було з першого разу в гарні номера,без усяких доплат тощо; - самі номери просторі чисті, окремий респект це штори - реально блекаут; - зручне ліжко та подушки, що теж важливо під час відпочинку; - їжа смачна та свіжа, багато фруктів, асортимент класичний для готелів, раз на тиждень рибний день, з м'яса курка та яловичина, в цілому все чудово; - на території є чудові локації для інстаграмних фото, дайвінг центр та інші активності, чудова анімація; - зараз активно на території іде оновлення, роблять доріжки та додаткове освітлення. Тож, наступного року хочу повернутися, щоб побачити результати реновації і насолодитися чудовим рифом.

Nel complesso l’hotel è di buon livello: camere pulite e spaziose, letti molto comodi, bagno standard. La piscina è immensa e affacciata sul mare. Il cibo è nella norma, la sala da pranzo curata e il giardino grande e ben tenuto. Lo staff è gentile e accogliente. Molto comodi i bar, sia in piscina che sulla spiaggia: a pranzo servono pizza, a merenda cheeseburger, con bevande distribuite tutto il giorno. C’è inoltre un bar all’aperto dove servono drink e bibite, perfetto per trascorrere la serata.

La struttura ha del potenziale, ma presenta alcuni piccoli difetti: l’ascensore è un po’ lento, il cibo avrebbe bisogno di più varietà, e l’animazione, pur piacevole, risulta a volte insistente. In particolare, va segnalato l’atteggiamento eccessivamente insistente delle addette all’assistenza clienti: chiedono a tavola se si ha bisogno di servizi extra e, nonostante il rifiuto, insistono per avere il numero della camera. Poi chiamano quasi ogni giorno e scrivono ripetutamente anche su WhatsApp, nonostante sia stato detto no più volte (5-6). Questo comportamento andrebbe decisamente moderato. La spiaggia è molto bella ma i lettini sono insufficienti: spesso è difficile trovarne uno libero. Infine, la struttura nel complesso necessiterebbe di un po’ di manutenzione. In sintesi, nonostante questi piccoli difetti, la struttura offre molto per ciò che si paga: non c’è molto da lamentarsi.

Отель имеет свой риф, красивая территория. Номерной фонд хорошего уровня. Для 4* питание отличное. Рыба, мясо, птица все было, и в разных формах приготовления. Овощи, фрукты, сладости-всего достаточно и выбор большой.

Bravissimo e Gentilissimo Imed della spiaggia sempre cortese, e Mostafa della reception che è sempre stato cordiale e gentile. Ci dovessimo tornare ci torneremo anche se spererei che fosse più rimodernato e ci fosse un pò di animazione italiana o comunque organizzassero più cose.

Dovrebbe essere un pò ristrutturato nel generale, camere belle ma il bagno non troppo.

Il punto forte della struttura è senza dubbio il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff: personale sempre cordiale, sorridente.

La ristorazione manca di varietà: per un soggiorno lungo (da due settimane in su) il cibo diventa estremamente ripetitivo, con le stesse opzioni proposte ogni giorno e cucinate sempre allo stesso modo.La gestione delle bevande: i succhi della colazione erano tiepidi e troppo allungati, mentre le bibite venivano servite calde e facevano sciogliere subito il ghiaccio.

La struttura è molto bella, ha tanti punti di forza, e la pozione è ottima ma deve essere curato un pó di più.

L’’arredamento è vecchio e poco curato, anche la piscina non è molto pulita. In tanti punti manca l’aria condizionata come il ristorante principale. Dovrebbero anche migliorare la gestione del ristorante principale, ci sono molti uccelli e piccioni e corvi durante la consumazione dei l’pasti, è nn è molto igienico.

Excellent séjour Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande chambre, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer Rouge, ainsi que la nourriture, très variée et de bonne qualité. Nous avons également eu une très belle surprise à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon fils : une délicieuse tarte offerte par l’hôtel. Une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. 🎂❤️ Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour son accueil et son professionnalisme, et particulièrement à Mustapha à la réception, toujours à l’écoute des clients, disponible et très serviable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ascenseur et couloirs un peu dégradés

Séjour agréable. Chambres confortables et propres et très bien nettoyées tous les jours. L'ensenble du personnel est très courtois, toujours prêt à aider et rendre le séjour agréable. Un grand merci à Mustafa, à la réception. D'entrée, il fait tout pour vous mettre à l'aise et vous sentir le bienvenu. Merci au personnel des restaurants ( Saber. Abdu )pour nous avoir procuré un service efficace, professionnel et ce, toujours avec le sourire, malgré les longues heures de travail qu'ils enchaînent. La nourritureest très correcte. Il y en apour tous les goûts Merci à Ahmed , de la piscine, qui se tue à la tâche pour faire en sorte que tout le monde benéficie d'une chaise longue et de l'ombre. Merci à Seham qui est guest-relation , qui est très professionnelle, efficace et toujours souriante. Elle veille à ce que votre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions possibles, elle est vraiment au petit soin avec tous les clients. Nous avons testé les activités proposées par l'hôtel : massage, salon de beauté et activités mer : prix corrects et bons services et les vendeurs ne font pas le forcing.

Les boissons ne sont pas suffisamment fraîches, elles doivent toujours être accompagnées de glaçons, ce qui dénature le goût et l'aire de la piscine mériterait un revêtement adapté, le ponton pour se rendre à la mer est assez mouvant, une structure en bois serait plus adaptée et un 2ème ponton serait le bienvenu ( les fonds marins sont vraiment époustouflants, surtout si près du rivage). La propreté des toilettes à la piscine est à revoir, mais ce sont les clients qui sont responsables des états des lieux et non le personnel en charge du nettoyage.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، أود تقديم شكوى بخصوص مستوى النظافة والخدمة، حيث إن الوضع الحالي لا يتناسب إطلاقًا مع مستوى المكان وإمكانياته. فالنظافة في الغرف سيئة جدًا، والتكييف لا يعمل بالشكل المطلوب، كما أن مستوى الأكل وجودته كان سيئًا جدًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن تعامل بعض الموظفين كان غير بشوش وغير مناسب، كما أن نظافة وترتيب ملابس بعض الموظفين كانت سيئة وغير لائقة بمستوى المكان. وأود التأكيد أن الموقع ممتاز وإمكانياته كبيرة جدًا، ويستحق مستوى خدمة أفضل بكثير مما هو موجود حاليًا. لذلك نأمل من الإدارة التعامل مع هذه الملاحظات بجدية واتخاذ إجراءات واضحة وعاجلة لتحسين النظافة، والخدمة، والتكييف، وجودة الطعام، ومظهر الموظفين. نرجو أن يتم تحسين الوضع بما يليق بالمكان وبما يحقق رضا وراحة الزوار. وشكرًا لكم.

The hotel building is somewhat old. The thing I disliked the most was the elevator. It was not working properly; several times, it stopped with people inside and made strange noises, and it was very slow. There were also many times when it was not working at all, so we had to use the stairs. There were maintenance works going on as well. The staff service was also somewhat slow.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique au Siva Sharm Resort & SPA. Un hôtel que je recommande vivement pour la qualité de son service, son accueil chaleureux et surtout pour le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe. Un grand merci à Mahmoud, pour son excellent travail et l’attention qu’il porte à la propreté et au confort des chambres. Merci également à Abd El Muneum pour son excellent service, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Des personnes vraiment professionnelles et très agréables. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe de la réception, toujours souriante, professionnelle et à l’écoute, avec une mention spéciale à Mustapha, pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Et bien sûr, un grand merci à Gaber, notre serveur, pour son excellent service, sa gentillesse et son attention à chaque moment. 👏 Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance, la propreté, la qualité du service et surtout l’attention portée aux clients. Esperienza ottima. Il cibo internazionale era molto buono e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prenotare in un ristorante cinese e in uno di pesce. La stanza era molto grande con vista su piscina e mare, silenziosa e pulita. Il plus è la bellissima barriera corallina sotto, spettacolare! Ottima esperienza con la hall, personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Ali della reception ci ha coccolati fino alla fine, dimostrandosi sempre attento al cliente e non facendoci pesare la barriera linguistica. Sempre sorridente e cordiale! Vi consigliamo questo Resort!

الفندق يتمتع بموقع رائع وإطلالة جميلة، لكن للأسف مستوى الخدمة لا يرقى إلى مستوى المكان. منذ الوصول عند البوابة وحتى الاستقبال، كان التعامل غير احترافي وغير مرحب. كما أن طاقم العمل عند حمام السباحة الرئيسي كان من أسوأ ما واجهته. تجربة مخيبة للآمال، ولن أكرر الزيارة، ولا أنصح بالإقامة فيه

I like that The property has many views and it’s big. The staff are amazing. The hospitality are off the limit and I was amazed actually very much with the safety because I lost my mobile phone and they found it to me right after 30 minutes so it was super safe. It was super comfortable for me and my family. My two kids. I’ve never felt worried about my two girls 15 and 13 years old I recommend this place for the families with kids and even with singles.

The one thing I didn’t like about the property that the Internet is not covering all the locations second, the Internet signal is very weak in the room. We need a better Internet services because we work online and we used to stay for longer. If you guys serve the Internet signal well in the rooms and every in every location is around swimming pool even in garden and inside the rooms we’re gonna be able to stay more and spend more days if you guys cover the Internet well thank you

A személyzet nagyon figyelmes és kedves volt. Azt tartják szem előtt mi a vendégeknek a legkényelmesebb. Mustafa a recepciós többször volt segítségünkre az itt eltöltött időnk során. A pincérek nagyon udvariasak és akivel barátságot kötnek attól még borravalót sem fogadnak el. A környezet gyönyörű, az ételek európa barátok, mindenki talál saját ízlésének megfelelőt. Nagyon odafigyelnek a vendégek biztonságára és egészségügyi állapotára, a jeget is palackos vízből készítik. Nagyon szeretik a magyarokat, barátságosak és nyitottak feléjük.

A biztonsági előírások miatt a medence és a part 18:00 órakor bezár, mivel a helyi törvények szerint sötétedés után szigorúan tilos a fürdés.

كانت إقامتنا في هذا الفندق من أجمل الإقامات التي عشناها، وأستطيع أن أقول بكل صدق إنه من أفضل الفنادق التي زرتها في حياتي. منذ لحظة الوصول شعرنا بالترحيب والاهتمام، وكان جميع الموظفين يتعاملون معنا بابتسامة واحترام واحترافية. أود أن أخص بالشكر والتقدير مستر رضا التومي، مدير المسبح ومدير الأنشطة الرياضية والشاطئ. تعرفت عليه في فندق آخر، وعندما علمت أنه يعمل في هذا الفندق قررت الحجز هنا دون تردد، لأنني أعرف أخلاقه وأمانته واحترافيته. مستر رضا شخص راقٍ جدًا في تعامله، خلوق، أمين، ولا يتوقف عن متابعة راحة النزلاء وسلامتهم. إذا كنتم تسافرون مع أطفال، فستشعرون براحة واطمئنان كبيرين، لأنه يراقب كل شيء بنفسه ويهتم بأدق التفاصيل داخل المسبح وعلى الشاطئ، وهذا منحنا شعورًا بالأمان طوال الإقامة. كل الشكر أيضًا لـ مستر وليد مساعد المدير العام، الذي كان ينزل بنفسه لاستقبال النزلاء ويسأل الجميع باستمرار إن كانوا يحتاجون أي مساعدة، وهذا يدل على اهتمام الإدارة الحقيقي براحة الضيوف. كما أشكر مستر محمد عبد الوهاب ومستر رضا على اهتمامهما الدائم بأمان المسبح والشاطئ، وشكر خاص لـ أحمد عاشور المسؤول عن نظافة المسبح، الذي يعمل دائمًا بابتسامة ولا تفارق الابتسامة وجهه، وكان المسبح نظيفًا طوال الوقت. أما موظفو الاستقبال فكانوا في غاية التعاون والاحترام، واستقبالهم الراقي جعلنا نشعر وكأننا بين أهلنا. وأمن الفندق ممتاز جدًا، وشكر خاص لـ عبد العزيز المسؤول عن أمن الفندق، حيث تشعر بالأمان في كل مكان، ولم نواجه أي مشكلة طوال الإقامة. أما الطعام فكان أكثر من رائع، مع بوفيه متنوع يتغير يوميًا، وأصناف كثيرة من الحلويات اللذيذة. بالإضافة إلى مطعم البيتزا، ومطعم الأسماك، والمطعم الصيني، والمطعم الإيطالي، وكل ذلك ضمن نظام الإقامة الشاملة مع المأكولات والمشروبات طوال اليوم. ونظافة الغرف كانت على أعلى مستوى، وشكر خاص لعبد العزيز وفريقه على اهتمامهم اليومي، وتغيير المناشف، وترتيب الغرف بأناقة ونظافة مميزة. أما بالنسبة للرحلات والأنشطة، فكل شيء متوفر داخل الفندق، مثل الباراشوت، والبنانا بوت، ورحلات القوارب، والسفاري، وغيرها الكثير. وكان مستر سيد ومستر سعيد من أروع الأشخاص في تنظيم الرحلات والتعامل مع الضيوف بكل صدق واحترام. ولمن يحب جلسات المساج، فالفندق يوفر مركزًا ممتازًا بإشراف مستر محمود.

ملاحظة بسيطة فقط: خدمة الإنترنت كانت متوفرة في بعض الأماكن داخل الفندق، لكنها لم تكن تغطي جميع المرافق وكانت الإشارة ضعيفة أحيانًا. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق تحسين وتقوية شبكة الإنترنت لتشمل جميع أنحاء الفندق، لأن ذلك سيجعل الإقامة مثالية بكل المقاييس.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a beautiful coral reef, stunning sea views, and a great beach. Special thanks to Mustafa at the reception for the quick check-in and for arranging a late check-out, which made our stay much more comfortable.

The swimming pools were dirty, there were long queues for food, and the selection of dishes was quite limited and repetitive.

Хороший отель для отдыха. Персонал очень старается, большое спасибо! Особенно ребята на ресепшене Абдулла ,Мустафа Таха были внимательнее и отзывчивые по всем вопросам. Еда нормальная,риф не плохой,первая линия и все окна с видом на море, большая хорошая территория,с чистыми бассейнами,рядом Сохо.

I especially liked the location, the room view, and the quality of the staff. They truly made my trip memorable with their kindness and excellent service. What stood out the most, however, was the location and the beautiful structure of the hotel—it was absolutely stunning.

What I didn't like was that the restaurant was on the 7th floor and the elevators were not working properly, which made it difficult to get there. The 4th floor, where my room was located, was still under construction and had to be used to move from one elevator to another. The shower also needed maintenance, as it had rust and did not work properly. In addition, the cleanliness could be improved, as several areas, including the bar and kitchen, were somewhat dirty.

Nothing the hotel is horrible

The food in the main restaurant was very delicious, the view is amazing the personal assistant Monica was very helpful also Ellena the one responsible for reservations when ever I had a problem she immediately assisted me, I won't forget chef fattoh was very welcoming. I had some trouble while checking in and once Mr walid sherif heard about it he came him self to meet me and he made the stay much more comfortable and great he made sure that everything is going well and fixed everything. Finally the bar men Mohamed and Abdo were amazing welcoming and friendly. Last but not least there is an Italian restaurant it is wonderful and special the food is amazing the service is perfect the waiter Eslam was very nice also chef Hassan greeted us himself and made sure that everything is good.

First of all when checking in the receptionist Mostafa was very rude and when I told him that I booked from booking his way wasn't welcoming at all as I booked 2 single rooms and I had my friend with me I asked for the rooms to be beside each other or at least close the receptionist told me it is not possible as we are not married and he was talking in humiliating way so I asked for the manager at first he told me he is the manager ! I insisted to meet the manager so he told me to wait till he comes from prayer for half an hour then Mr.Abdulla came he seemed understanding and helpful but he wasn't at all as he was taking the side of the receptionist and he gave me 2 far away rooms and he told me no availablity however in the beginning he told me that it is available!!! I booked 2 superior sea view and he gave me one superior and one standard room just to put the rooms far away from each other!!! Mr Abdullah was convincing me that this room is superior but it wasn't as the pictures on the booking app. However the superior room had problem with the bathroom with a very bad smell doesn't vanish also the AC wasn't functioning well. Finally the bar I booked for all inclusive and the there were 2 of the bar men they were very rude Mina and Steven not helpful at all. Last but not least they told me that there is fish restaurant and they told me it is exceptional I found out that nothing special and the main restaurant is much better as the pictures show the food was less than normal also they add one piece of shrimp in the soup and the salad which was weird!!

مصعد واحد فقط لايكفى وحتى المصعد اللى شغال مش احسن حاجه سيء جدا

مكان جميل ورائع واستف زوق وراقي بالاخص الاستاذ عبدالله في الرسيبشن
