La ducha ya está dañado ya casi no salía agua y de los lavamanos tampoco salía agua y la neverita no enfriaba mucho pero muy cómodo

Recht weit vom Zentrum, wir fühlten uns in der Umgebung nicht wohl. Appartement sehr klein, Wasserdruck kaum vorhanden, beim Kühlschrank steht Wasser. Betten sehr hart.

La atención de Dana impecable, muy atenta y hospitalaria. El departamento muy cómodo y limpio.

Lo malo fue que no tuvimos wifi en los 3 días que estuvimos, fue un problema de carácter general pero bueno, era un servicio que estaba incluido y no pudimos utilizarlo. El resto todo genial!

Que era habitación para cuatro personas, y no había 4 de cada cosa. Ejemplo: solo habían 2 vasos, 3 tenedores. Detalles que si importan.

Amei a localização, a infra do apartamento e a decoração tbm... Super recomendo! Fiel a descrição e com o bônus da vista para a praia.

Tolle und sichere (!) Lage mit seitlichem Meerblick, Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig entfernt. Apartment mit sehr liebevollen Details. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da disponibilidade de fazermos uma entrada cedo.

Por termos feito a entrada cedo, nos mudaram de apartamento mas não tinham me avisado antes. Dessa forma, ficamos num apartamento inferior ao que tínhamos contratado. O chuveiro estava quebrado, saia água pra todo lado e não podíamos ligar a água quente por esse motivo. Avisei ao gerenciador do imóvel mas não fizeram nada.

La ubicación nos encantó. Seguro y accesible para todos lados. La cama bastante cómoda y la cocina genial! También el aire acondicionado andaba perfecto

No pudimos tener agua caliente pero de todas maneras hacia calor así que no fue problema

David nos recibió muy bien, fue muy atento a nuestras dudas y necesidades. Afuera se escuchaba mucho ruido, pero una vez cerramos la puerta, estuvo silenciosa la estadía.

Es un apartamento cómodo para parejas, tiene lo esencial para una linda estadia, la vista es muy bella! La cama es comoda y pensamos que se iba a escuchar el ruido de la música del restaurante ubicado en el mismo edificio pero nos sorprendió que no se siente, es muy tranquilo para descansar, la playa a una cuadra super linda y muy tranquila.

En general el aseo estaba muy bien, solo la cortina del baño ya está demasiado gastada.

The Apartment is lovely and has all the features needed for a few days stay. The airconditioning works well. Although the apartment is not located in the tourist centre of Cartagena there was no issue to walk or get a Taxi from the hotel to the centre and was a short drive. I can highly recommend this place for couples or groups who are staying in Cartagena. The hosts were nice, helpful and responsive.

Delightful, colourful, compact apartment with enough space to host two extra guests during our stay during the FICCI film festival. One guest slept on the single bed in the bedroom and one the living room/kitchen bed. The design of the small space worked well and we loved being able to cook for ourselves in the unit. The AC worked great to keep the bedroom section cool. The location is FANTASTIC - only a 15 minute walk to the historic downtown and 10 minutes to the local supermarket. Splendid view of the beach and a comfy balcony to watch thunderstorms or birds in the trees across the way. We had some work meetings to take care of during our vacation, and I was able to set up my laptop & portable monitor comfortable at the high kitchen table - with a local plug and high wicker chair, this worked just fine as a temporary work station. Our host Cesar was extremely accommodating and communicative both before and after arrival - we connected with him via Whatsapp to arrange early drop-off of our stuff and get access. He even went out of his way to ship us an item that we left behind by accident! Although you may hear the neighborhood is not safe for walking after dark, (true most places), it is right by the main beachfront road for pickup by Uber, and the front door is monitored by friendly onsite security person who also works at the downstairs taco bar. We felt safe and secure in this apartment and it was very close to the main historic and tourist areas. The on-site laundry service was great - you can leave your laundry out whenever you need it washed, and for a small fee it will be returned to you clean & folded! We enjoyed several meals from the downstairs bar and also enjoyed the Red Ruf rooftop patio for evening drinks in a blustery wind with a view of the rolling waves on the beach. Dreamy!

We were super happy with the apartment! The points below are mainly for other readers in case they have different preferences from us :) This apartment was great for my husband and I - both small statured people - but might be a bit tight for larger/tall couple as the bathroom is a tight squeeze. There is limited privacy as the bathroom door opens right into the kitchen and the bedroom is only closed by a curtain. Not a concern for us, but keep this in mind depending on your group! If you need to work from the apartment: The electrical/WiFi cut out on us a couple times, which is normal for the area (it also cut out in the supermarket and fancy shopping mall), so as I had some work meetings I needed to use a hotspot data plan to bridge the gap. Check out an app like Airalo if your phone supports eSim, or buy a mobile data plan once you arrive. In the kitchen: We had most items we needed but we did need to use the fridge for our shopping. (I have Celiac disease and it is safer to cook at the apartment!) Our only concern here was (1) some recurring water leakage from the sink - not a dealbreaker but we put a bowl under it and (2) we had to empty the mini fridge since it was full of many alcoholic beverages for purchase. This took up a bit of space on the counter. Cesar is very accommodating, so if we asked I'm sure we could have moved them back to his bar :)
