No lift! You have to carry luggages by yourself. They staffs didn't offer to help. And they neighbors beside our room even smoked omg. And the sink has weird smell.

The room cleanliness could be better. Dust along the bed frame, and dust on the water bottle. I recommend to look into this minot feedback to keep customers happy.

Location-wise though close to AEON Kulaijaya Mall, not convenient for us who didn’t drive there. If walking, needed to cross a major highway without convenient pedestrian crossing facility nearby. OK if by GRAB rides.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Really clean and tidy, looks like it’s just been renovated. Convenient to Aeon, IOI Mall, and shop lots. Price is reasonable and perfect for a short overnight stay. They even provide toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste, a kettle with cups, shampoo, and towels.
The only downside is that the window does not block out noise, so traffic from the front road can be heard at night, and the property also does not have a lift

The room was generally clean, though I did notice some ants on the countertop. The bathroom was also clean, but water tended to pool slightly after a shower - a simple fix could be to provide a wiper.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025It's super clean and cozy. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. Loved the toiletries provided. The laundry bag isn't expected. Loved it! I'll make sure to stay here for my next visit to Johor.
No room service to deliver things but it's okay. Not a big deal for me.
