Reviewed Jul 24, 2025I enjoyed my stay at the house as it was cozy, clean, and well-furnished. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a short getaway. The basic amenities were provided, and the interior had a nice, relaxing vibe. Overall, it was a comfortable place to unwind.
There were a few things that could have been handled better. I was not informed beforehand that a repairman would be coming into the house during my stay, which affected my privacy and comfort. There was also some misinformation regarding the house lock, which caused confusion when checking in. I hope future guests are clearly informed about such matters in advance to ensure a smoother experience.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2025This house is comfortable to stay in, especially if you're staying with your family. It has a complete set of kitchen appliances, a comfortable bedroom, and a spacious backyard. It truly feels like home.
It has cockroach issues and a hidden trash trap under the sofa. Other than that, everything is good.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2024- The property met all my expectations, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for my family. - I appreciated the easy check-in process with the lockbox for the keys, which made our arrival hassle-free. - The beds were particularly comfy, allowing us to rest well after our long days.
One downside was the lack of Wi-Fi service, which made it a bit challenging for us to stay connected and plan our activities.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2024They provided basic amenities the location was great not too far from sarawak heart centre because that’s our main purpose went there
They don’t have iron everything else was great

Reviewed Feb 6, 2024I like the arrangement of furniture, it's so simple and minimalist. It's clean and neat as well. A place very suitable for families to live in. The place is secure!
I don't like the low water pressure and the faucet is far from the toilet bowl in the master bedroom. The bed is quite hard and uncomfortable for me as well as the pillow. The toilet near the kitchen is easily flooded because there's a pipe between the toilet and the place to shower.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2023We were looking for a place to stay at last minute. House was very spacious & clean, well facilitated. They even provided complete toothbrush kits, instant noodles & water. 11/10 would recommend. Definitely will recommend this place & stay here again. Thank you 👍🏻
