Proche de la mer et sur la corniche. Appartement spacieux. Proche d’un centre commercial pour le côté pratique. Le parking, un vrai plus dans cette ville.

Logement très bien placé entre la plage et le centre commercial. Très pratique pour se ravitailler ou faire du shopping. Ebrahim est une personne superbe elle est venue nous chercher car on ne trouvait pas. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Les ustensiles de.cuisine devraient être renouvelés.

Très bel appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé à Anfa Place. L’appartement est très spacieux et parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille. Il dispose d’un très beau salon avec un grand canapé, idéal pour se détendre tous ensemble, ainsi que d’une télévision avec un très large choix de chaînes. Il y a également deux belles suites avec chacune leur salle de bain, ainsi qu’une petite chambre supplémentaire avec une douche et des toilettes séparées. La grande cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui est vraiment appréciable pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. La climatisation est également un vrai plus. L’emplacement est également un gros avantage : l’appartement est proche de nombreux commerces et restaurants, ce qui permet de trouver facilement tout ce dont on a besoin sans avoir à parcourir de longues distances. Et comme son nom l’indique, la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est bien au rendez-vous. C’est vraiment agréable de pouvoir profiter de cette vue, notamment en famille. 🔧 Points à améliorer : Nous avons constaté une tache d’infiltration d’eau au niveau du plafond des toilettes, qui mériterait d’être traitée et réparée. Autre gros point à améliorer : l’accès au parking et au sous-sol est très mal indiqué. Il manque clairement de signalisation, notamment pour trouver facilement la place de stationnement attribuée à l’appartement. Lorsqu’on arrive pour la première fois, il est vraiment difficile de s’y retrouver. Malgré ces quelques points, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’appartement est confortable, spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé, notamment pour un séjour en famille.

Nice apartment, clean and well equipped ( even washer-dryer). Very close to the beach and annexed to a shopping mall (Anfa Place)

There are not enough explanations on how to get to the apartment. Our taxi driver lost patience because the address is simply “Anfa Place”, which is a shopping mall. We didn’t know where to go. However, know that you can simply stop at the shopping mall and contact Ebrahim (or your other contact) and he’ll take you to the apartment.

Appartement bien situé en plein Anfa mall et bien sécurisé. Ebrahim est très sympa et nous a bien tout expliqué. C'est calme, même avec les fenêtres ouvertes, malgré qu'il y a le centre commercial à côté. Grand salon. Il y a une machine à laver et même un séchoir et de la lessive. On peut monter sur le toit et admirer la vue. C'est propre, mais les grilles de la hotte et la plaque du four ont besoin d'un bon nettoyage. Petite idée : une chaise pour le balcon serait un bon plus.

Fourmis dans la cuisine. Le store électrique de la chambre qui bug. Après avoir réussi à l'ouvrir très difficilement, il s'est fermé seul et je n'ai plus su l'ouvrir et il est très bien occultant. Les grilles de la hotte et la plaque du four ont besoin d'un bon nettoyage, sinon le reste est propre.

Het appartement was mooi groot, maar het heeft wel een update nodig. Met name in de badkamers en keuken.

L'appartement est magnifique, grand, joliment décoré et très bien situé. Il y a un beau salon, de nombreux toilettes et salles de bain. C'est plutôt calme la nuit alors que l'appartement est entre la plage et le centre commercial. Il y a tout à proximité (centre commercial, restos...) et accès direct à la plage. Le sèche-linge et la machine à laver fonctionnent.

Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y a pas assez de serviettes/draps de bain. L'étendoir à linge est cassé.

Appartement très grand et confortable, sur la plage avec centre commercial et restaurants.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The host was extremely detailed, helpful, and communicated promptly. The location was great with all the convinces nearby and an amazing oceanfront view.

Отличное расположение, рядом абсолютно все: магазин, море, Старбакс и фудкорт. В 500 метрах табачный магаз в 1 километра алкогольный магазин. При заезде могут возникнуть сложности, потому что хост не говорит на английском языке

L’équipement de la cuisine aurait pu être mieux

The apartment was very comfortable—the four of us adults stayed here. There was plenty of space. As mentioned in other reviews, the small, enclosed room (which does have a bathroom and toilet) might feel a bit cramped—plus, it lacks air conditioning. However, our son was happy there. The air conditioning worked very well throughout the apartment (we needed to turn the heat up slightly). The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is very quiet and clean. And the location itself is fantastic—that makes all the difference. Practically on the beach, right next to a shopping centre, and close to public buses. The whole neighbourhood is very clean and safe. There wasn’t even a problem with check-in (for an extra fee) late at night—thank you.

Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't working—that's usually important to us when we're on vacation. I hope it's been fixed by now.

Location is great. Modern apartment. Clean and crisp.

We had some difficulty parking and getting the correct elevator to meet the host. But communications were prompt and the host helped us get to the right place.

The unit is dated and needs upkeep. The location is excellent.

Ibrahim couldn't speak a word of English. He showed the TV and that's it. The sink in the bathroom was not draining, even after using the pump. Ibrahim wrote every thing is working and never showed up

Bien situé , propre, bien équipé

Location is fantastique! Property is between the Anfa Place Mall and the deep blue sea (50 meters both ways). Cannot get any better. The Marina, Ain Diab and Bab Marrakech are also close by and easily accessible by Yango/InDrive.

We didn’t have the check in codes on time, so we spent so much time just trying to reach out to the owner in the night. We panicked since we had an answer later on and that was not it : the key of the apartment remains with another person that is supposed to give it to us but no contacts are given to find that person once there… so very hectic debut to just get into the apartment

Location was excellent and it's a very spacious apartment.

Balcony is not private and no seating here. Beds are too firm for me. Several light bulbs in bathroom not working and the front door difficult to get open.

Super groot appartement met zelfs 4 toiletten en 3 badkamers. direct aan zee en bij de Mall met mogelijkheid tot auto parkeren.

Het appartement is echt aan renovatie toe. De badkamers, keuken en wasmachine moet echt vervangen worden. Wasmachine zat verstopt maar hebben we zelf gerepareerd!

Top locatie aan het strand en bij alle voorzieningen van de mall. Parkeerplek onder de appartementen. Veel ruimte!

Het was schoon, maar kan een echte grote schoonmaak gebruiken (voegen badkamers, apperatuur in de keuken).

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló. Ha tengerpartra vágysz, tökéletes választék. 4 fürdőszoba.

Igaz, van 3 hálószoba, de az egyik inkább mosókonyha lehetett, ami kicsit kényelmetlen. Búgnak és csepegnek a csövek. Az egyik szobában az egyik ágy NAGYON nyikorog. Az egész lakás hallja, ha a másik oldaladra fordulsz. A tisztasággal nem volt baj, de nincs olyan ajtó a lakásban ami jól működne. A legzavaróbb az, hogy az udvaron nincs egy csap vagy locsoló, hogy lemosd magadról az apró homokot, amit akarva, akaratlanul beviszel a lakásba, majd belemosod a lefolyóba, amitől kb az összes kád, tusoló es kagyló félig el van dugulva. Bár van terasz, de nem a vízre néz, illetve olyan kicsi, hogy maximum cigizésre lehet használni (állva, mert egy szék vagy asztalka sincs). A lakás valahol a földszint és az első emeleten között van.

Close to the beach

Only towels provided were wet and drying on the balcony. Broken toilet seats. No toilet paper provided. Third bedroom was a utility closet off the kitchen with no A/C. Broken and rusted washing machine.

The location was great right on the beach. It was also directly next to the AnfaPlace Mall that included a grocery store.

Easy communication with the owner of the apartment, who was so kind as to take us to a large market. the apartment is phenomenal, the location is also... the ocean is a few minutes away, the shopping center is 2 minutes away, 15 minutes to the city center by taxi, 10 minutes to the Hasan tower by taxi. I heartily recommend this apartment!

3rd bedroom is not habitable. It is in the aircon room where all the hot air extracted from rest of apartment is fed into. Not as per pictures
