Reviewed Sep 10, 2026الحاجه الوحيده الحلوة فى المكان هو موقعه ، بعد كمين عيون موسى بخمس دقايق تقريبا غير كده الفندق لا يصلح تسميته فندق من الاصل.
اولا :- المفروض ان ده اوتيل 4 نجوم لكن هما عباره عن شويه غرف حوالين بسين و اكوا بارك اطفال تعبانه جدا بمدخل خاص جوه قريه تعبانه و بيسمحوا لدخول الناس اللى فى القريه جوه بتيكت ب 150 جنيه ، ف بتبقى مولد فعليا ثانيا :- الاكل مأساه حرفيا غير مناسب للبنى آدمين حاجات كلها كوالتى تحت السلم و مفيش اى تنوع فى الاكل خالص ثالثا :- العاملين بالمكان غير محترفين بالمره خاصه الشخص اللى على الاكوا بارك كان بيحدف الاطفال بالطوب!! ، و الريسبشنيت لا يصلح واجهه لموظف استقبال فى بنك حتى رابعا :- القيمه مقابل السعر ياخد اسوأ فندق بجداره ، انا لفيت فنادق مصر كلها و دى كانت اول تجربه ليا فى راس سدر كنت عايز اشوف حاجه نضيف و قريبه فى المسافه لكن الحقيقه انى كنت فى الباتروس قبليها بكام شهر ارخص منهم و طبعا مفيش مقارنه. خامسا :- هيقولولك ان فى عربيه هتوديك البحر عشان المسافه بعيده بس ده بلح هيضيعولك اليوم فى انتظار واحد مش طايق نفسه ولا طايقك عشان يوديك اى حته ، ف هتاخد عربيتك عشان تريح دماغك. سادسا :- اصغر غرفه ممكن تخشها فى حياتك احنا كن شخصين و الحمام منشع مياه من كل حته غير ان التواليت مايل!!! حاجه كده غريبه تحسهم من كوكب تانى. تجربه لن تتكرر ابدا و اديها لقب الأسوأ بجداره..

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026بدايه من الاستقبال قمه في الأدب والذوق المساعده بعدها الغرفه نظافه مستمره والموظفين هناك يتمني يسمعوا منك انك محتاج حاجه أنا كنت واخد غرفه 140 اول ما قولتلهم مكانها غير مناسب تمت الاستجابه في دقايق واتغيرت لغرفه افضل الاكل حاجه مشالله والعمال ناس حسن الاختيار وتحياتي للموظف خالد كان معانا علي طول في رحله الشاطي أنا حجزت اول مره 4 ليالي وسوف اكررها تاني
بعد اللعب في الإكوا محتاجه مراجعه شويه من قسم الفني فريق الانميش غير مفيد للمكان بالمره حيث المفروض انه روح المكان لكن غير ذالك

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026الفندق جميل ونظيف وتجربه كانت فوق توقعاتي فعلا،الاكل كان جيد وافضل حاجه في الفندق الstaff قمه في الذوق والاحترام خصوصا : *ا/ محمد (مسؤول ال house keeping ) طلبت منه نضافه للشاليه ، عملي احلي مفاجأة انا وزوجتي وكان متابع معايا فتره الاقامه كلها. *مستر بكر جاد( مدير إدارة housekeeping ) *مستر حسام (الاستقبال). بجد ال staff كله كان بشوش وجميل وبذلوا كل جهدهم علشان يبسطونا👏👏👏 البحر كان تحفه وفيه انشطه كتير .
1-ال pools محتاجه اهتمام شويه واتمني ارتفاع منسوب المياه فيها شويه 2-فريق الانميشن بصراحه مش اكتيف والفندق محتاج يعمل حفلات بليل افضل

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Very near to Cairo 2 hours or less if you are in new Cairo. Hotel rooms & chalets are clean & furniture is new. Sea is clear & beach have some rocks but not much rocky, Overall very good beach. Aqua park is also good to children & adults despite small pool. Food is very good with several varieties in lunch & dinner. All staff are polite & helpful specially Mr.Hossam at reception & lady at restaurant entrance. Overall, it was very good experience & recommended for families.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The beach is pleasant and the rooms all Infront of swimming pool, the swimming pool aquapark fun and kids friendly.
The room smell sewage from day one and i discovered that this smell effect other part of hotels rooms as well. the aquapark works only 4 hrs per whole day specially in weekend, 11 to 1 and 3 to 5 which is a bit limited time for who waking up. the beach required golf car to take u and pick u up not beach front. the foods very limited no butter, boiled eggs looks like been reboiled many times is obvious on it's inner whitness is yellow and green. their pasta station is very limited and they don't offer garlic,onion,chili peppers and cheese is just red/white sauce and that it specially at lunch time. their lift is very horrible for family with pram, and one time the lift was not working and I have to take the stairs with pram upstairs without anyone offer to even help. the pram access is very high steep and unsafe.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026معاملة طاقم الفندق من رسيبشن ومطعم وكل العاملين في الشاطئ كل طاقم الفندق ياخد 10/10 وشكرا جدا علي معاملتهم المحترمة جدا. التسكين تم بسرعة جدا في غضون 10 دقايق من الوصول. التجربة بالنسبالى مرضية جدا والفندق عائلى جدا.
عدم وجود حمام سباحة كبير مخصص للكبار ولكن اللي موجود للأطفال كويس جدا. عدم الاهتمام بنظافة حمامات السباحة إللي موجودة بشكل كبير. الشاطئ صخرى شوية لازم شوز للبحر ولكن اظن لو تم الاهتمام بزيادة الرمل في الشاطئ هيكون الشاطئ حلو جدا. عدم وجود فريق للانميشن والحفلات.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Everything was wonderful from the property to hospitality and the beautiful beaches. The food was also very delicious. I have never stayed at a resort that allowed you to take your food away, which was a plus. I dont like to waste so I asked and gladly they boxed it up for me to take it with me. Everyone was very kind and giving. The room was very clean and even had a plate of fruits and water to drink. There was even a little store on the grounds, very convienent! The only thing missing was a microwave but everything else was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave.
There was nothing to not like about our stay. Everything was great! we could not have asked for a better stay. My son spoke to everyone as if he knew them, because they were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were very good, with lots of variety for every taste.The staff was very welcoming and pleasant throught our stay, and our requests were met in a timely manner. Special thanks to Ms.Soha & the Receptionists, Mr.Mohamed; the housekeeping supervisor, Ms.Eman at the restaurant. Highly reccommended for families. Keep up the good work.
