Plutôt bruyant toute la nuit, passage des voitures ;les fenêtres porte fenêtre elle sont pas en double vitrage ! Loin de la ville ,il faut une locomotion pour se déplacer,baignade interdite sur la mer, heureusement il y a la piscine !

She provided detailed video instructions from arrival to parking and accessing the unit, which made everything hassle-free. Her responsiveness was outstanding—even after we checked in, she was always available to answer our questions. We requested an extra car check-in, and our request was attended to promptly without any issues. Kudos to the owner for such excellent hospitality! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-managed and stress-free stay. Will definitely book again! the view from the bedroom. spectacular view.

Local food stalls are set up by the beach and a small warong just 5 mins away that serves amazing kampung dishes tjat me and my partner still thinks about to this day. Will definitely return. Though it is abt 30 to 45 mins drive from town but it was a hassle for us as we stayed ard the accomodations alot.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024I booked the property as it was sea view and the reviews were good.
I recently stayed at Laluna and had an extremely disappointing experience. The property was infested with ants, even on the beds, and there was dust everywhere, including on the rugs and furniture. Despite contacting the owner, who sent a cleaner, the issues were not resolved. The cleaner did a poor job and did not use any ant repellent. The living room AC was leaking water and we had to put a bucket for a bandaid solution as the owner refused to send someone to get it fixed. We had to leave the property in the middle of the night due to the ants biting us while we tried to rest. This was highly stressful, especially as we had to find alternative accommodation and transportation at such a late hour. The owner did not acknowledge the unlivable conditions and the trauma we experienced, let alone offering any resolution or refund. Overall, I do not recommend this property due to the severe cleanliness issues and the inadequate response to our concerns.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2023The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host and building maintenance was also v responsive. Beautiful ocean view with little food stalls nearby throughout the day but more active at night.
Loud traffic in the middle of the night, especially during weekends, possibly from illegal motorbike racers. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem. This spoiled an otherwise great stay.

1) There was only 1 key provided. It is more convenient if host can provide at least 2 keys. 2) Two types of ants were everywhere but it was not a big deal as long as you can keep the area clean like your own home. 3) Serviette papers were provided which might not convenient for other people. Better to provide normal tissue paper.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2023The place is newly refurbished. It is truly 20 steps to the beach, beach view unobstructed. The place is clean and looks exactly like in pics. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice-sized bathroom, good facilities in the unit, washing machine, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, iron & ironing board, broom, etc. Lots of hangers in the built-in wardrobes. Hassle free check-in. Swimming pool is small but good for kids. We are free to use the gym and games room too. Reasonable amount of channels on tv. As long as you're driving, the place is a good escape from the usual city stuff.
The common bathroom did not have a water heater when I stayed, i hope it is installed already by now. The aircon in the 2nd bedroom is the best one, guess cos it's daikin 😄 and the rest of the hse is a local brand (i think). Can be a bit warm as there are 3 of us in the master bedroom, but manageable. I suggest that clothes hooks are installed in both bedrooms, behind the doors would be good place. As this unit will likely be taken by families or groups, need more place to hang clothes & items. Dining tables n chairs are light and too highly movable, maybe stick better quality non-slip pads on them.
