Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Lage sehr zentral, Altstadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zimmer sind gross, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, der Eierkocher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
So schön eine Klimanalage ist, nachts ist sie zu laut und bei geöffnetem Fenster kann es mit Nachtschwärmern lauter werden.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026de kamer en badkamer waren echt top. Het waren warme dagen en er was gelukkig een airco. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk. We spreken slecht Frans, maar de mensen daar bleven hartelijk en we communiceerden in het engels.
Eigenlijk niets. Zij kunnen er niets aan doen dat het hotel midden in het centrum ligt en dat er daardoor beperkte plekken voor parkeren waren.

The passing cars can be heard due to the cobblestone street, but the hotel kindly provides earplugs for light sleepers.

Hard to say other than the faux flowers were just on the wrong side of fake - garish colours that made it were fake - there are much better ones out there. Breakfast at 17 euros each just felt too much

一切都很美好。唯有去楼下淋浴房洗澡感到略有不便（在另一间卫生间浴缸洗澡非常舒适）

Position centrale dans Semur du coup ; l’hôtel est situé côté rue pavée donc un peu bruyant avec les voitures mais l’hôtel met à dispo des bouchons d’oreilles très pratiques

le confort n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles mais plutôt d'un 3. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas bon.

Le "check in" compliqué. Le système à l'entrée ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait personne sur place pour aider. Nous avons eu une chambre bruyante sur la rue. Il est préférable de demander les chambres qui ne sont pas directement sur la rue mais vu que nous avions fait la réservation tardivement ces chambres n'étaient pas disponibles.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Il supporto e l'attenzione del personale sono di altissimo livello. La camera pulita e con la giusta fusione tra moderno e vintage. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Consigliato per un tour della Borgogna o per spezzare un viaggio lungo.
Purtroppo come molti paesini medievali quando esci non hai molte soluzioni per cercare, anche se il personale ti consiglia in base ai gusti. Il materasso per noi era troppo molle, però è molto suggestivo.

Poor cloaking service arrangement. Customer is pushing to get back their luggage after checking out. Front desk ppl is not friendly and do not help to carry your luggage when you finish your room payment.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und die Bäder neuwertig. Die Lage ist zentral am Rand der Altstadt. Das kontinentale Frühstück reichhaltig in seiner Auswahl. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder einkehren.

Parking is very restricted but we got lucky when another person staying went out so we nipped in the space .

Reviewed May 19, 2026This quaint hotel seemed to morph into exactly what was needed at the time. Upon our return from a walk through the town a hotel bar seemingly appeared from behind a wall. In the morning the breakfast room similarly appeared! Staff were very helpful and the room was bright and spacious.
