Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Lots of afternoon natural light, very nice bed and general layout. 2pm check in was very much appreciated, as were the clear check in instructions. Property seemed well cleaned. Location was very convenient and lively but felt fairly safe. A good base.
Smaller than expected, though not to the extent of being a significant problem. A couple of areas could do with polishing to be a little bit nicer aesthetically. The staircase is very steep and there isn’t much headroom, though it’s manageable. It was quite hot while we were there during the afternoon. But the fans helped. An oven would have been nice, not sure if I missed it. While the provided spice and seasoning rack was nice, there wasn’t any salt that we could find. But the provision was very helpful nonetheless. The label for my room’s key safe had fallen off when I arrived. There were a few random pieces of left behind possessions at the flat in drawers here and there. All of this is really minor tbh.

Le studio est propre et propose des draps de bains, savons , sèche cheveux …Il y a un ventilateur de prévu en cas de forte chaleur. Le studio dispose de tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine et la salle de bain et le confort des électroménagers. Il y a de quoi boire un thé ou un café…Suffisamment de vaisselle. L’accès est facilité par un boîtier à clés.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral in einer kleinen Nebenstraße. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. Es gibt keine Ofen aber eine Mikrowelle und ein Herd. Wir haben unsere Fahrräder im Fahrradraum (welcher in einem separat verschlossenen Raum direkt nach dem Eingang war) abgestellt.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026I liked the location. Walking distance to the touristic attractions and restaurants. Very close to a safe and good parking place. The towels provided were new and clean.
The general cleaness of the flat was not good. There was dust and non-cleaned corners everywhere. The fridge was dirty. The boiler had old water inside, even with a big green-grey funghi. Luckily there was vinnegar in the kitchen and we could wash the boiler properly to heat water. The WC was not clean. The sheet on the bed was so old that you could see and feel cotton balls everywhere. Sleep was not pleasant. Sheets gave the impression that were not clean, although the bed linen was washed. Not enough pans and pots to cook basic stuff, not even to cook eggs for breakfast. All in all, not an enjoyable experience. Owners shall request the cleaning person to increase the cleaning standards. It is better to increase a bit the price of the stay per night to cover for the costs of proper cleaning standards. Owners shall buy new bed linen. Booking.com customers are used to higher standards of cleaness.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026O apartamento é muito bom no geral, espaçoso para uma casal, muito bem cuidado e com todos os utensílios de cozinha e toilette necessários para uma boa estadia. A comunicação com os proprietários funcionou sem qualquer problema, além do apartamento possuir uma localização central, ao lado da Place du Marche, com uma parada de tram muito próxima. É, definitivamente, uma ótima opção de estadia em Liége.
Tudo funcionou perfeitamente.

Lo único malo es que queda en un tercer piso, hay que subir por una escalera muy estrecha, lo que se dificulta bastante con equipaje grande y pesado, pero es solo un detalle, lo demás todo excelente.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Je suis venue en vélo de Hamoir et j'ai fort apprécié la possibilité de mettre son vélo dans la cave situé au rez de chaussée. L'emplacement est ideal pour découvrir le centre historique de Liège. L'hôte est très reactif et flexible. Bref, je coche cet endroit pour un deuxième passage !

L'espace repas. Les tabourets hauts sont très inconfortables. L'escalier est particulièrement malaisé pour des personnes vieillissantes ou à mobilité réduite. Il est aussi très sonore quand des personnes l'empruntent.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Les hôtes sont très réactifs et arrangeants (il faut rester raisonnable tout de même). La chambre est confortable, jolie et fonctionnelle. La literie est super. C'est très bien situé dans le cœur historique. Tout est à portée : des endroits pour se nourrir, des sites historiques, les transports en commun, les boutiques... Au coin de la rue, une bonne adresse pour déguster une gaufre. Plus bas sur la rue perpendiculaire, on achète des spécialités belges pour les savourer sur une terrasse en commandant une bière.
Le lit est installé pile en face de la porte. Le parquet craque et je me suis réveillee facilement. Quand il fait chaud, ouvrir la fenêtre est obligatoire et comme la chambre est bien située, c'est bruyant pour moi. Le problème du sommeil à été notre difficulté.

Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, zelfs basis ingrediënten als olie, azijn, kruiden etc. Het ligt in het centrum van Luik dus alles wat je wilt bezoeken ligt op loopafstand. Een paar comfortabele stoelen zou het helemaal perfect maken. (Wij hadden er geen problemen mee omdat we altijd, voor de zekerheid, een paar opvouwbare stoeltjes meenemen). De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en reageren vlot op vragen.

Super bien placé près du centre historique. Hôtes très sympas et accueillants. Il y a une farde avec pleins d'infos sur la ville.
Petit point négatif; le bruit dans la rue et dans les apparts au dessus en et dessous.Pas très bien insonorisé.

The property was located in a noisy part of Liege. Upon arrival the burglar alarm of an adjacent building was sounding which was going off continuously. This disturbed my stay to the point of which I ended up having to book somewhere else. This was a huge inconvenience and resulted in me arriving at the new accommodation just before midnight having walked another 3km to reach it. I applied for a refund which was declined. The property is not in a safe or quiet neighborhood. This was my worst ever experience and WILL never stop here or in Liege ever again.

Отопление автономное, можно выбрать любую температуру для комфортного проживания. Людям которым тяжело подниматься по лестнице, лучше этот номер не брать. Все было замечательно.
Узкая лестница, но в этом может и есть какой-то шарм.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025Nuit tranquille dans une chambre confortable. L'appartement est situé dans une rue piétonne, génial. Tous les commerces sont à deux pas, dont une excellente boulangerie. Douche parfaite, spacieuse, avec gel, shampooing et plus encore.
Le seul défaut, c'est que c'est au deuxième étage, via un escalier étroit. Aucun problème pour nous, mais ça peut être embêtant pour des personnes avec des problèmes physiques.
