Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Amazing family holiday, great location. Perfect for our young kids with a gate across the driveway making it very safe. Concrete driveway was great for kids riding scooters and bikes too. House was so lovely, spacious and clean. Spa was an added bonus.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Perfect place for our two families to enjoy the School Holidays in Papamoa. Middle of winter but was cosy and warm. Everyone slept well. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. Spa was great. Left my watch and they kindly couried it back with no charge. Great communication offering earlier arrival and throughout our stay. We'll be back in Summer. Thank you.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2025The most amazing property!!! Absolutely everything you could possibly need including boogie boards for the beach! Plenty of space, super clean and a perfect spot to make precious whānau memories. Highly recommend to all, we will def be back!

Reviewed Jul 28, 2024I love that we walked in feeling like it was our home and that we felt the peace within our stay. Hot tub was a bonus and we made the most of the opportunity we had during our stay. Also were allowed to enter bnb earlier to the time scheduled. Will definitely book for future trips and recommend to others.
