Sporca e trasandata. Il bagno comunicante è scomodissimo. La seconda camera piccola e malridotta. Non è stata pulita.

Un logement confortable et calme. Une très belle piscine sur le toit. Un propriétaire sympathique.

L’appartamento è al 25º piano di questo grande condominio e al sesto piano si trova una piscina a sfioro aperta fino alle 10 di sera e una palestra non troppo grande ma ben fornita dove purtroppo fa abbastanza caldo per allenarsi. Sotto il palazzo ci sono vari bar tra cui McDonald’s e un altro bar per fare una buona colazione (un po’ cara) ma poco altro. L’aria condizionata funziona bene e sono presenti anche le pale per l’aria. C’è un distributore di acqua calda e fredda molto utile, la presenza della lavatrice è molto comoda e con il caldo che c’è sul balcone le cose si asciugano in una notte. Divani e tv con Netflix sono apprezzati.

Non amo particolarmente i tappeti perché non li trovo igienici e purtroppo sono dappertutto. Forte odore di canfora negli armadi. Le pareti bianche andrebbero ridipinte. Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie. Le porte sbattono in continuazione perché la porta fa corrente con la finestra del bagno. Il cancello all’ingresso dell’appartamento cigola molto. Le istruzioni per il check in devono essere aggiornate perché la cassetta di sicurezza è cambiata.

There are many small cockroaches in kitchen, living room, as well as in the rooms (and even found crawling on the side of one of the beds). Despite goodlocations and free Netflix, these cockroaches will definitely not make me feel like wanting to stay there again.

The guidance from parking to house was very clear. The parking was right in front of the lift. The house was very clean and gives a very homely ambience. Internet and TV was excellent. The host was very responsive too. This house fits every requirements for a family. We had good night rest here too. We will definitely return to this house for our next stay in Kota Bharu. Thank you Mr Afif.

The location is at the heart of KB. There are McD and other convenience shops at the ground floor same building. Host was very detailed on the steps for check in and fast to reply my queries. I would recommend this unit if you have small families as it comes with 1 bath room attached to both rooms. Very clean unit and it’s equipped with Coway filter dispenser water machine and washing machine for laundry. Laundry detergent is available at the 6th floor vending machine. Especially liked the availability of Netflix entertainment channels and the strong shower water pressure. Cleanliness of the unit is tiptop. Nice KB view out the window.

Nous avons résidé une nuit seulement dans cet appartement très confortable (mention pour la literie), propre, spacieux et bien équipé pour 4 (arrivée en soirée de notre avion provenant de KL avant de prendre le speed-boat le lendemain à Kuala Besut pour les Perhentian). Communication fluide et efficace avec l'hôte qui nous a proposé de garder nos bagages une semaine plus tard de retour des Perhentian, en attendant le décollage de notre avion en soirée. La piscine en roof top est immense. On en a profité le soir et le matin, à chaque fois seuls. Plein de petits commerces au pied de la résidence. Et contrairement à ce que l'on pense, la ville de Kota Bharu mérite d'être visitée, ce que nous avons fait une semaine après notre séjour, en attendant notre avion.

La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraichissement mais rien de grave.

The unit is well maintained and it made us feel like home. Convenient stores on the ground floor. It has Starbucks, Emart 24, Coffee Beans, Nasken Coffee outlet and McD... Facilities has internet with Netflix... It has a beautiful view out of the window ..especially the sunset over the river's horizon...wow..... Will definitely stay here on my onward trips. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here! This apartment is super cute and very homey. There’s a convenience store and coffee shop right downstairs and it’s a quick walk to a mall with a grocery store. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the ability to cook and do laundry. Would definitely recommend

Easy access to troika. The unit is clean, nice and comfortable. having coway is a plus point as well. the host is friendly and fast response. a lot of good eateries nearby. definitely going to repeat the stay here.

It could be better if 2 access card were given for our easy access to the unit if we are going to other location separately.

Spacious and calm apartment with 2 nicely sized bedrooms. Nice that soap and shampoo is provided; moreover there is a washing machine and a water dispenser so you can refill your own bottles. Good water pressure. Nice swimmingpool.

The pictures are probably from back in days; especially the bathroom doesn’t look the way nowadays. Moreover it is a connecting bathroom (that isn’t in the description). Swimmingpool is closed on Tuesday and Friday for a couple of hours; the host wasn’t aware and that’s why it wasn’t in the instructions but it was quite difficult with a toddler that desperately wanted to swim. That same toddler tripped over something in the living room and in his fall broke a vase. We honestly told the host right away and to our opinion - in this accident by odds - the owner tried to scam us into paying 250MYR for a simple ceramic vase. That’s not a nice feeling to leave with when trying to be moral and fair. We’ll let booking.com decide whether we should reimburse. Lastly the AC remote in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working and this wasn’t told upfront - so we could immediately use the one from the living room because they’re compatible - but when we asked.

Loved the pool. Loved how late it was open for. The room was tidy and neat. The master bedroom was a really nice size. Tea and coffee was supplied though I couldn’t figure out how to make hot water. Location is perfect, 5 mins away from the mall and food places. A McDonald’s and coffee shop underneath the complex. A lovely stay, thanks again.

Second time staying here, was just as good as the first time around. High standards of cleanliness, comfortable beds for both rooms that aren't too soft, really comfy sofa in the living room too. Most other homestays here in Troika don't bother changing the developer given furniture. Host was very communicative, easy to talk to and super accommodating.

The shared toilet uses a sliding lock for both sides which is a little inconvenient, but I can see why this was done because the wind would cause the door to rattle if it had used a regular lock + knob.
